Dear Darius, thank you for your review and the words you wrote. I'm sorry for the constructions works outside my property, unfortunately it is something I can't do nothing about. I hope you could enjoy your holiday though. About your observation that there are no basic things such as salt, sugar, water... in the house, you are right and I will make it my priority to have all these items available from now on. Thank you for telling me. About your complain "manager response slow", I think our communication was quite good and quick, I've always answered you within hours. Hello Gay, thank you for your review. I'm very sorry that the pool was not as warm as you expected it. Actually, the heater was working properly and the temperature was at about 27/28 degrees, as always. Sometimes, when the weather is good, it arrives even at 29 degrees. Of course it is not like a jacuzzi. About your late arrival, usually when clients ask about having something at home for their arrival we provide it. We don't provide anything without an express request because sometimes clients don't use things (food especially) that is left for them, despite being new and never opened. Hello Edward, thank you for writing this review. I'm glad you have appreciated my property, especially the outside space and the pool. I'm sorry you have been bothered by the building works that are actually going on.... they are quite on the opposite side of Caleta Golf Villas complex but I can understand that the traffic may be a problem.... Unfortunately I can't do nothing about this issue. I can, on the other hand, provide the basics for the guests who are arriving. The reason I don't usually do it is the very big difference in taste and habits of my guests. And so far nobody has had any issue about not finding basics at home. Nonetheless, if someone wish to have milk and coffee or other products at their arrival, I can sure provide them. Thank you for bringing up this issue in your review, this is helpful for me!
