2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: King. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Beautiful 2/2 condo at Waterwheel Condominiums along the scenic Guadalupe River near the convergence of the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. Only 3 blocks from Schlitterbahn. This condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a patio to relax and take in the views. Master bedroom with a new Sealy comfort essentials king bed, and guest bedroom with a king bed. In both rooms you will find brand new flat screen smart TV's with cable The family friendly living room boasts views of the rolling lawn. In the living room there is a large TV with cable as well as a brand new queen size memory foam sleeper sofa and new love seat. The dining table seats 4 and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

This complex also offers 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and lush, rolling green space for that resort, get-away feel. Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away to make accommodations for tubing. Walking distance to the famed Schlitterbahn Water Park, less than 1 mile from downtown New Braunfels, and less than 3 miles to historic Gruene. 2 parking spots provided. This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator for easy access. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.


**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

River Weekend Getaway

We had a nice stay at this condo. There was a short walk down the hill to a nice slow spot in the river. Good for exploring and a little deeper spot good for swimming. The pool and hot tub by the river were also very nice. The condo had comfortable beds, a beautiful view, and a decently stocked kitchen. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer available. Overall, great stay and would love to visit again!

GNew Braunfels Escapes was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We hope to make this an annual visit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was well located in building, well stocked, had comfortable furniture, & Management was attentive to our needs. That being said, we discovered COCKROACHES 2d after arrival, & DEAD BEETLES in the egg-crate mattress topper. After 2 pest control visits, & personally having to clean EVERYTHING, we could finally rest.. until the PARTIES started!! This resort has NO gate, NO security, NO enforcement of policies. Police were called many X to remove interlopers (locals) from pool & grounds. With no BR/shower by pool, by Mon the pool was disgusting! This HOA needs to step it up.. starting with full-time security on weekends, and mandatory pest control! (I can only assume the roaches moved on to the unit next door)! If you're only interested in a short term party rental, and don't have regard for your neighbors, this is the place for you!!

Property was as described. Clean and well stocked kitchen supplies. A few extra blankets and a fan would be great additions! The primary bedroom was just super quiet, and the parking lot noise could be drowned out with a fan!

We wanted a peaceful weekend by the river, we found it.

The wife and I had a great time. We wanted a cozy stay next to the river to enjoy sitting out relaxing next to the stream, and have a quiet house (or in this case condo). The condo was very nice, very clean, filled with river charm. The property was beautiful, and only a short walk from cypress bend park and a two minute drive to river access park. We liked that there were four hot tubs on the property because we were able to make use of those while the river was still too cold for us to enjoy. Once it warms up we want to return, and be able to swim in the river and also float the comal! They have a shuttle service to take you to the comal, and also one for the river if you’d rather float that. Definitely recommend, we didn’t bring family and kids this time but are planning to in the future because property is a great place for them too.

Great time for the river awful to sleep here

The room experience was great everything is provided for you and close access to the river but good luck trying to sleep here! So many rules and no one obeys them. Says there is a curfew and neighbors didnt respect that. Two nights people were yelling screaming arguing till 3 in the morning! Then your expected to check out at 11am, ridiculous. Won't stay here again.

The condo was just perfect for us. Slept 6 comfortably. The inside was so cute and clean. Beautiful grounds and pools. The Rockin R bus picks up right there and brings you back for a fun day floating the river. We would definitely stay there again.
