Este espacioso condominio 2/2 en Inverness Condominiums está ubicado en el corazón de New Braunfels. Con Schlitterbahn al otro lado de la calle y el río Comal justo en la puerta de atrás con acceso directo al río, este es el lugar de vacaciones perfecto. Este concepto de vida abierta tiene una amplia sala de estar / comedor y una cocina completamente equipada. Las dos habitaciones tienen una cama Queen size y un baño privado y también hay un sofá cama Queen para invitados adicionales. Ropa de cama de alta calidad se proporcionan para camas y baños. Venga y relájese durante un fin de semana o una semana completa en este maravilloso condominio en el río.

Location was great!. We walked to nearby restaurants & bars. Brought our own tubes and entered the comal right in front to enjoy a 1.5 hour float to the last exit & then had a short walk back to the condo. The condo was stocked with essentials & the stay was very comfortable.

Pros:Near town, you could walk to all the restaurants and downtown areas, perfect opening to the river and could float for about an hour with a short walk back. Comfy beds. Quiet area, hardly any noise. We cooked outside a few times and used the pool. Cons:Dirty restrooms and bedroom- hair in the shower and on the ground, dried up contact on the dresser. I am not confident that the cleaning crew is actually cleaning and washing the linens. I had to clean the restrooms and wash the linens. Guest shower was clogged with cigarettes. Both restrooms are pretty small. Toilets would run, the handles were loose. Wasp on patio could not sit outside. Door would not lock properly, we had to try multiple times before it would latch on to lock.

Everything was as described and very comfortable. The location is the best because you can float from the condo to the last public exit in about 45 minutes with about an 8 minute walk back to the condo.

How had great communication, check in was super easy. Condo was very clean and well stocked, my girls loved it. Parking under was very difficult since we were in an SUV but we had plenty of un-covered parking. Loved being right on the river! It was about a 40 min relaxing float from the condo to the last exit with only about a 10 min walk back.

Reviewer Comments: The place is could use some updating but for the price it was great I travel 100% for work so it is a much nicer stay then a hotel. My only problem with the place was the kitchen sink smells very bad. The garbage disposal does not work so I think there is some rotting food down in there. The parking was very limited and pretty hard to park a full size truck in the lot. Other then that the place was great

Memorial Day Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Condo was a bit outdated for the price. Was good enough but nothing really nice. The toilet overflowed the first day so we had water all in the floor that we had to clean up, which wasn't fun. The parking situation was terrible and extremely frustrating. Every evening regardless of when we got back there were no spots and we were told we couldn't park in the reserved parking. I mean, we paid a lot of money to be there and can't park? That situation needs to be handled. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Hi Aron, Thank you for your feedback on this condo. We are sorry that you did not find your stay at Inverness 302 to be absolutely perfect. We wish you would have let us know about the toilet issue on the first day, we would have sen our maintenance out immediately to remedy the situation. Pparking at this complex is regulated to two spots, one of which is reserved and one is for general parking. Unfortunately, many guests do not abide by the instructions which makes parking more difficult than necessary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was nice. It does not overlook the water and the dishes need to be checked when you get in... but other than that, totally worth the money and the location!

We have made sure to talk to our cleaning crew about doing a more thorough check of the dishes so that there are no longer any issues with that. We are sorry that the condo was not river view. Extraordinary stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
