Had a wonderful stay in the villa. We were a family of 6 adults and a child and it had everything and more. It’s very spacious, the pool is lovely and the roof terrace is a sun trap!The location is perfect for the beach and there are a few restaurants within walking distance.Would definitely stay again.

Large villa near some lovely restaurants and a few bars . Villa had a lovely pool and was a lot bigger than it looks on the photos , plenty of utensils in the kitchen and was good to have a dishwasher , do feel the bathrooms could do with some modernisation and a chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom with a few more plug sockets would be good but all in all a lovely villa in a great location and great communication from the owner who was very helpful and quick to reply to messages

Great spot

Lovely villa, much bigger than we imagined from the photos with a nice pool area and sun terrace. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Easy check in/out and we appreciated being able to get into the villa earlier than expected. Location is great, right next to a few good restaurants, a small supermarket and the beach is about a 5/10 minute walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thanks!

Wonderful stay, would return again.

Spacious property within a Beautifull area, all amenities provided and more to make your stay enjoyable. We would seriously consider staying here again. This property is excellent value for your money.

Bring your own hand soap and TP. Also the waterfall feature of the pool was never on. The pool lights couldn't be turned on by any light switch in the house. Check out says 11 am expect a knock at 930 am from the owner pressuring you to leave. Bathrooms have plumbing issues open all the bathroom windows when you get there.

Everything was great, except...the mattresses were all a little too firm, But having said that, we've never found a soft mattress in Portugal. 😆

Amazing villa, so handy for bars & a few shops, lovely short walk to beautiful beach. As others have said, the pictures don't do it justice, has absolutely everything you would need and more. Host helpfull with queries etc. We will be back!!

Great stay

Myself, my partner and our friends visited this villa on the 10th of September for one week. The villa was in a beautiful area, with a fantastic location, and was very spacious. The only thing we had to do was sort out the hot water, but we contacted the owner, who responded straight away to let us know how to fix the issue. This was fixed very quickly. The pool was lovely, and the outdoor space was great. The pool table was an extra bonus, and this was used daily. We would highly recommend this villa and the location. We had a fantastic holiday.

Superb villa in excellent location

A beautiful and well equipped villa- as noted by others, the photos barely do it justice. Location is fantastic - a few minutes' walk from 5 restaurants, a reasonably good supermarket and one of the best beaches we've visited. Communication with the owner, Antonio, was excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house

The house was much nicer than what is shown in the photos. Each room had its own ensuite plus a half bathroom on mainfloor which worked great for our group. The location was 1 minute walk to a nice plaza of restaurants and supermarket. It exceeded our expecting.

Fantastic

Antonio was a fantastic host and always helped us out with every single question we had. I would love to stay here again because the villa was prime location and looked 100x better than the pictures! Thank you Antonio!

Praia da Felesia Villa

The villa exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for the 6 of us (3 couples) and having our own bathrooms was perfect. The large dining room table and modern kitchen allowed us to have great meals without going out. The weather was also excellent so we got to enjoy the pool and the rooftop terrace. The location was very close to the beautiful Praia da Falisia beach, restaurants and grocery stores, as well everything else the Algarve has to offer. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely plan to return in the future.

Fabulous stay!

A truly lovely villa. Photos do not do it justice. It is so spacious. We were a family of 6 adults and everyone thought it was great. Lots of seating indoors and out. Pool was a welcome addition which we made full use of. The beach is literally a few minutes walk away and the views are stunning from the cliff top. There is a great little supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a number of restaurants/cafes in the same vicinity. No, it's not in the middle of the town, but for us it was perfect! A taxi for the 6 of us was about £13 each way into Albufeira old town. The host was so informative and replied quickly with any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa and didn't want to leave!

Very spacious home

Plenty of room to spread out, we didn't even use one bedroom. Lots of bathrooms so everyone had their own. Pool was nice, and not too cold for a quick swim in late October/early November. Great beach nearby and a market and a few restaurants. Easy/plentiful parking this time of year. Car is almost necessary in the Algarve, though one could conceivably uber/taxi/bus into the various towns if left with no other option. We would like to return for the summer high season and enjoy the beautiful praias.

Overall the accommodations fit us well, 3 bedrooms and lots of space. We had a delightful stay. It was a short distance to an awesome beach. Great for walks anytime of day. On arrival there were no hand soaps, dish towels (poor condition), no cleaning supplies dish soap, toilet cleaners, and toilet paper was minimal. Bath tubs had no non-slip mats, very slippery while showering. we found a temporary solution. Would have expected more in this area. Good parking and communication with the owner.

Excellent affordable villa for family of 6

We were a family of 6 adults and stayed at the villa for a week in May. It’s very conveniently located, with good restaurants & bars and a mini-market just a stone’s throw away. And it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Falésia beach. The villa itself is very clean and spacious. It’s very well equipped and furnished with more than ample furniture, both indoors and outside on the terrace by the pool. The 3 double bedrooms were en-suite, and everything is as described on the website. The pool table in the living room is a real bonus and the very clean swimming pool with its waterfall feature a real delight. Last, but by no means least, communication with the owner, Antonio, is easy and seamless. He provided me with all the necessary info about the villa well in advance. And while we were there, he responded to the very smallest of requests, either for information or otherwise, very promptly and in perfect English! For example, the shower curtain in our room, came down all of a sudden, rod and all, while no one was in the bathroom. Antonio sent someone to see to it very promptly. So all in all, I’d thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Faro. It has all the facilities and amenities nearby, - the city vibes of Albufeira new & old town is only a15 minute taxi ride away - yet is quiet and tranquil for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday. If we go back to Faro, Antonio’s villa would be our first choice. Thank you Antonio. Regards Charlie
