I'm surprised by your review, as it doesn't reflect reality. My goal is for guests to have a pleasant stay, which is why I'm always receptive to feedback and try to take it into account. The only thing that's true is that there is no soap in the villa. This is a choice I made for hygiene reasons. I ask the housekeeper not to leave other guests' soap. Furthermore, there is a convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the villa where you can buy some. Regarding the waterfall, it is indeed turned off for everyone's peace and quiet, as it makes a bit of noise. However, all guests who requested it were able to turn it back on. They simply had to ask me, rather than waiting until the end of their stay to complain. I respond to all requests, often within 30 minutes of receiving the email or WhatsApp message. I also recommend wearing goggles, as the pool light switch is located right next to the front door. As for the bathroom plumbing issues, you're the only one to have encountered them, while more than 10 clients before you haven't had this kind of problem. Regarding checkout, I just checked with the villa manager. The housekeeper arrived at 10:45 a.m. and asked if she could start. You could have told her to wait 15 minutes. In summary, I will therefore ignore your comments, which are not very constructive, and I inform you that I will share our discussion with the Abritel community so that other guests are aware of this type of inconvenience.
