Villa Itia is a luxury holiday home with a private swimming pool, paddling pool, outdoor shower and several terraces, in the middle of the Natura 2000 nature reserve. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful sea view. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, even with clean drinking water. On the same floor are the cozy living room and master bedroom with air conditioning and doors to the terraces with sea view, a toilet and a luxurious bathroom. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all windows and doors have mosquito nets. You can walk to the Apolafsy tavern. The villages of Finikounda and Methoni are nearby with various restaurants on the beach or in the harbor. Here are the most beautiful quiet sandy beaches. You can take wonderful walks and trips to places such as Koroni, Methoni and Pylos. Golf enthusiasts can visit the beautiful golf resort of Costa Navarino near Pylos. Nature lovers can visit the waterfalls of Polilimnio. A piece of history can be seen at the excavations in Ancient Messinia.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor; of which 1 bedroom with a large double bed, 2x 90, an air conditioning and sliding doors to the terrace with swimming pool, a bedroom with 2x a single bed, air conditioning and sliding doors to the terrace with swimming pool and a bedroom with a double bed on the shaded side with air conditioning, bathroom (shower, 1x washbasin, toilet).
There is a washing machine. The swimming pool is private and 5 x 12. A cot, high chair and a bouncer are also at your disposal.

Personal tips. The kitchen is equipped with a drinking water filter, so there is no need to drag bottles of water. There is a water softener, so you have soft water.
