1.1. The availability of rooms is determined by the number of people in the reservation. Depending on the booking, guests can access one to three fully furnished rooms.
1.2. Guests and visitors must adhere to all house rules, by-laws, and instructions from the owner and security services during their stay.
1.3. In the event of disputes or complaints from neighbors, guests should promptly notify the owner.
**NOISE AND RESIDENTIAL AMENITY**
2.1. Guests and visitors must avoid creating noise that may disturb neighboring occupants, especially between 10 pm and 8 am, and during arrival and departure at any time during the stay.
2.2. The creation of offensive noise is strictly prohibited and may lead to eviction, forfeiture of rental fees, and additional charges for security and related expenses, which may be deducted from the security deposit or bond according to the terms and conditions.
2.3. Guests and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the residential amenity of neighbors and the local community.
**VISITORS**
3.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the specified limits on visitor numbers are consistently followed.
3.2. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that their visitors comply with these house rules.
3.3. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property must not exceed a total of four persons.
**GATHERINGS OR FUNCTIONS**
4.1. The property is not intended for hosting parties, and such activities are strictly prohibited.
4.2. Any gatherings, celebrations, or entertainment at the property must not disrupt the residential amenity and must adhere to all other requirements.
Additionally, please be aware that extra cleaning fees may be incurred for the following issues:
- **NOISE AND PARTY**: Maintain noise levels at a minimum after 10 pm. Additional cleaning fees may apply to address odor and stains.
- **NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME**: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning fees may be applied to address odor and stains.
- **WASH SAND OFF BEFORE ENTERING**: Additional cleaning fees may be applied for sand removal.
- **WASH YOUR DISHES**: Kindly wash your dishes after use. If not, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Ideally, place the dishes in the dishwasher.
- **TAKE OUT THE TRASH**: Ensure that trash is disposed of properly. Additional cleaning fees may apply to address odor and stains.
