Lakeside retreat: Your stylish cottage getaway

Guest house with terrace in a secluded position in our large garden plot - 50 meters from the lake Viksjön.

The cottage includes a living room and kitchen in an open solution (dishwasher, stove, oven, freezer, fridge, microwave), dining for 4 people, sofa, fireplace and TV. The cottage is also equipped with a conservatory where you have a nice view over the lake.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and a separate washing-cabin with washing machine.

Little paradise

I can highly recommend this little cabin, if you need some peace and relaxation. It is really idyllic and beautiful. There is also a lot to do, everything from outdoor activities to visiting different towns nearby. There even is a little zoo, not so far away. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much :)

The house is in a great spot. The deer park was amazing. This time of year the leaves are changing and everywhere we looked was beautiful. I wish the car charging had been clearer how to use. We were not able to charge our car. But we did catch fish! The nearby mall was fun and the waterfalls were just so refreshing.

Very cozy house and very friendly hosts

It was our first stay in Sweden and it was absolut wonderful and cozy in the house of Alexandra and Jesper. We will come back! :)

Family holiday

We have booked the sweet Lodge for seven days. The Furnishings are very comfortable and lovingly. The conservatory was beautiful, we sit every morning and evening in her. The view is lovely, and we were able to observe the animals that came by, and for cold days are the fireplace perfect. It was very quiet, and the nature was very beautiful. It was a great trip and a wonderful time.

Wonderful guest house

Jesper and Alexandra are super friendly landlords. The guest house and the surroundings were as described and fantastically beautiful. courteous people who are always friendly and helpful. The pictures are all real. We more than enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. If you want to experience peace and a fantastic nature, you have to travel to Jesper and Alexandra. Absolute booking recommendation.

The cottage is directly on the lake, expecially in the morning and the evening the sunlights falls through the trees and on the water to create a beautiful mood.The house is small but has everything you need. The bathroom is a little tiny and theres less space to store clothes etc. In particular the kitchen is very well equipped.We rented the kajaks and had some nice paddle days on the lake. We started super comfortable directly behind the property.The hosts are suoer friendly and always reachable for any needs and problems or if you need tips.The village is located very central. We did many daytrips to the coast (e.g. Smögen, Fjällbäcka, Fiskebäckskill) and explored Dalsland and its beautiful lakes and forests.We loved spending our holiday there. Highly recommend!

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit gut sortierter Küche. Idealerweise können Boot und Kayaks dazu gemietet werden. Ruhige Lage mit diversen Angelmöglichkeiten und Steinpilzwald in der Nähe. Falls man doch zwischendurch mal arbeiten muß, ist sehr gutes Internet vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. ;-)

Sehr schöner Bungalow auf großer Wiese mit super Blick auf den See (auch vom Wintergarten). Das Bad ist ziemlich eng. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, bietet aber nicht viel Ablagefläche. Spülmittel bzw Tabs für den kleinen Geschirrspüler müssen mitgebracht werden, genauso wie Spülschwamm und Toilettenpapier (nur eine Rolle bei Ankunft vorhanden), es sei denn, die Vormieter haben etwas da gelassen. Der Kaminofen funktioniert einwandfrei und Holz könnten wir uns nehmen.Leider sind die Zugangsbedingungen sowohl für das Motorboot als auch für die Paddelboote ziemlich umständlich. Die Wasserqualität des Flüsschens war erstaunlich schlecht, vielleicht wegen des sehr niedrigen Wasserstandes, der auch ein Paddeln in die anderen Seen unmöglich machte. Schade, denn wir hatten beide Boote für eine Woche gebucht und bezahlt, aber nur 2 Tage genutzt. Also lieber nicht vorbuchen sondern erst die aktuellen Bedingungen checken.

Es war wie immer ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir sind immer wieder gerne die Gäste von Jesper und Alexandra. Es ist eine sehr gemütliche Styga, man fühlt sich einfach zu Hause. Es gibt viel zu erkunden, wenn man die Natur liebt. Es ist zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenhalt war sehr angenehm. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Umgehbung haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und auch bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Alles nur zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig diese Urlaubsreise geplant, auf Empfehlung dieses Haus gebucht und es nicht bereut. Es war eine rundum tolle Woche. Trotz der kurzfristigen Buchung hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Lage mit Blick auf den See besonders vom Wintergarten aus wunderschön. Und auch die schon häufiger erwähnten Rehe kamen jeden Abend vorbei. Wir sind eigentlich nur in der näheren Umgebung geblieben, es gibt sowohl direkt vom Haus aus als auch ca. 15 min mit dem Auto schöne Wanderungen. Trotz des kühlen Wetters hatten wir ein Kajak gemietet, mit etwas Paddelerfahrung und der richtigen Kleidung waren die Touren auf dem Fluss und See kein Problem (ansonsten wg. des offenen Decks schnell nass und eher etwas für den Sommer). Besonders hilfreich war die detaillierte Mappe mit allem, was man wissen sollte - vielen lieben Dank für die sehr erholsame Zeit an die sehr unkomplizierten, aufmerksamen und freundlichen Vermieter Alexandra und Jesper

Wunderschöne Weihnachten im cozy Cottage mit Rehbesuch im Garten

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See und Wald. Gemütliches, perfekt ausgestattetes Cottage. Der Kontakt mit Alexandra und Jesper war sehr herzlich und sie hatten tolle Ausflugstipps in der Umgebung für uns.Wir hatten tolle Weihnachten Tack så mycket!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Schweden verbracht. Das Haus , die Lage, der Vermieter … alles super. Das einzige Manko, das Bad war für uns zu klein, soll aber demnächst renoviert werden.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wintergarten mit Blick auf den See ist herrlich, abends kamen sogar mal Rehe vorbei. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, z.B. an die Westküste oder nach Norwegen, aber auch an den Vänernsee und nach Haverud. Eine Leiter in der Küche wäre für uns kleine Leute hilfreich.

Idyllischer Landurlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal in Schweden und haben bewusst eine Unterkunft zwischen Küste und Vänern gesucht, um möglichst eine große Bandbreite an Natur und Aktivitäten kennenlernen zu können. Der Plan ist voll aufgegangen. Wir haben mit dem Fahrrad (super, um viel Landschaft zu sehen) und zu Fuß (selbst als geübte Wanderer anspruchsvoll) gemeinsam mit unserem Hund einen Teil der Küste, des Landesinneren und der Umgebung des Vänern erkunden können. Und abends konnten wir bei Bedarf noch die Ruhe auf dem See mittels Kajak genießen. Hier ist der Einstieg momentan noch etwas schwierig (aber machbar) und leider ist das Baden direkt vom Haus aus nur mit einem kleinen Fuß- oder schneller Fahrrad"marsch" zu bewerkstelligen. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich, ruhig und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Wintergarten ist der perfekte Platz, um die Aussicht zu genießen und tatsächlich haben auch wir einmal ein Reh mit ihren Kitzen vorüberziehen sehen. Geschlafen haben wir wie die Murmeltiere! Bei vier Personen muss man bedenken, dass es nur einen kleinen Schrank im Kinderzimmer gibt. Aber da eine Waschmaschine vor Ort ist, braucht man ja auch nicht viel mitzunehmen. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Und durch den Tiefkühler kann man sich gut einrichten, sollte man nicht jeden Tag in einen Supermarkt gehen wollen. Wir haben Haus und Umgebung genossen und sind prima erholt mit vielen Eindrücken heimgekehrt. Danke an Jesper und Alexandra auch für den problemlosen Check in

Entspannung pur

Es war wirklich ein gelungener Urlaub. Es ist angenehm ruhig, keine Hektik. Kleinere Kritikpunkte betreffen die Ausstattung. So müsste dringend mal die Bratpfanne ersetzt werden, ebenso der Kochhandschuh. Das Bad ist wirklich unheimlich klein, was an für sich kein Problem ist, aber das Waschen am Waschbecken ist schon eine kleine Herausforderung. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft aber nur jedem der mal abschalten möchte dringend empfehlen.

Einfach nur toll!!

Das Häuschen ist klein aber fein und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Tolle Gastgeber und ein fantastischer Ausblick auf den See. Nutzt die Gelegenheit und mietet ein Kajak von Jesper. Den See damit zu erkunden hat sowohl uns Erwachsenen als auch den Kinder viel Spaß gemacht!

Traumhaft, ruhig, sehr Freundliche Gastgeber und einfach idyllisch.

Liebe Alexandra, lieber Jesper. Der Aufenthalt bei euch war wirklich wunderbar. Ein wunderschöner See genau in Sichtweite, tägliche Besuche von einer Ricke (Reh) mit ihren beiden Jährlingsböckchen die immer zum fotografieren vorbeikamen ;-) Es ist eine tolle Wandergegend und absolut perfekt für Naturliebhaber. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Charme eingerichtet, genauso wie man sich ein Schwedenhäuschen vorstellt oder aus Kindertagen in Erinnerung hat. Die ganze Gegend im Darlsland ist von vielen kleinen Schwedenhäuschen in allen Farben zu bewundern. Absolut empfehlenswert sind die Ausflugsziele die im Gästebuch genau beschrieben sind. Absoluter Favorit war definitiv Smögen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder und wünschen euch alles erdenklich gute für eure junge Familie. Traumhaftes Ferienhaus für Naturliebhaber

Wir waren nun das 2. Mal bei Jesper und Alexandra! Das Ferienhaus ist absolut super und vollständig eingerichtet, es fehlt aus unserer Sicht an nichts! Zwischen dem letzten Besuch und diesem wurde eine Klimaanlage für den Wohnbereich nachgerüstet. Weiterhin sind Jesper und Alexandra stets bemüht, und stehen bei Fragen zur Seite! Ausflüge mit dem Boot auf den See sind super und es lässt sich dort auch gut angeln! Die Abende vorm Kamin bei einem Kartenspiel sind super und man kann perfekt entspannen! Wir planen bereits unseren 3. Besuch! Die Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sowohl für Erkundungen der Gegend als auch für das reine Genießen der Natur! 5/5 Sterne 😊

Herbst in Schweden

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche dort bei teilweise sehr schönen Wetter sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Rehe schauten uns beim Essen durchs Fenster zu. Die Vermieter Jesper und Alexandra waren sehr hilfsbereit, stets ansprechbar aber nie aufdringlich. Ich habe im Viksjön gut angeln können, der Fischbestand scheint sehr gut zu sein. Von dort aus haben wir Touren nach Smögen, Åsnens Tierpark, Lysekil und Oslo unternommen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Woche in Schweden.
