Situé dans le tout nouveau développement de Quayside Court, cet appartement moderne et contemporain offre un espace de vie ouvert comprenant le salon, salle à manger et cuisine, avec des portes fran��aises ouvrant sur un petit balcon et une seconde fenêtre, toutes avec une vue imprenable sur la port et les marais salants à la mer au-delà. Il y a une grande chambre et une salle de bains s��parée, assurant ainsi un séjour confortable, ce qui est très pratique car vous ne voudrez peut-être pas partir!

Brilliant Lookout

Amazing views, perfect location. Like to give it a 10 all round but a few niggles like broken showerhead, faulty fire in lounge area, faulty dimmer switches on most lights and a wonky leaning fridge. So nearly perfect but not quite.

Lookout, a room with a view.

Quayside Lookout, one of the best. On arrival open the door, walk in, unpack and enjoy. We did. Already booked for next January before we left because we enjoyed our stay so much.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view

A lovely warm modern apartment right on the front of the harbour with amazing views. Very well equipped with everything you need.There are four flights of stairs to climb but the view is worth that. Has its own dedicated parking space and a short walk from all the shops.

Another nice stay

The apartment was warm and comfortable. Loved the views over the Quay and salt marshes. It is an excellent base, close to all the amenities in the town. Wells-next-the-Sea is central to all the places in North Norfolk that we love to visit. We hope to stay here again.

Have stayed here three times over the last 4 years - it is still as good as our first visit. Views and location are perfect - we would hopefully be able to stay many more times in the future. Would highly recommend it.

The ever changing view

Quayside Lookout is a superb, quality property for two; with all the facilities you need, in a peaceful location with wonderful, panoramic, ever changing views of Wells harbour and beyond. Watch the fishing boats come in and out on the tides, and mellow out in the evenings with the backdrop of amazing sunsets,

Fantastic Outlook

Close to places to eat and drink, shops, and the parking place is a bonus. However, still a very peaceful spot and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The beach is 1 mile and the ever-changing tides and boat activity makes it an ideal place to stay. Have been here twice now and it is brilliant.

Excellent location and property but kitchen utensils poor

This property is marketed as luxury. It would be appropriate if the kitchen utensils were upgraded (they are well worn and incomplete) and if a freezer was installed. Luxury properties usually have dressing gowns and include a starter pack of milk, coffee, tea and sugar etc.

Excellent location and accommodation

Very pleased with our experience on our first visit to Quayside Lookout, so much so that we have reserved the flat for next year. The flat being 4 years old this year is very well presented and the availability of Freesat TV and an Internet hub is a bonus for holidaying here. The price we paid for the week in early May was the most we have ever paid for holiday accomodation along the North Norfolk coast and doubtless reflects that holiday let’s in Wells with sea views are very limited. Quayside Lookout is well located for access to most facilities. We particularly liked it because we spend a lot of time in our holiday accommodation and the ever changing sea view added to the enjoyment of being in such an excellent and well equipped flat.

The perfect Wells apartment

Even if the weather is poor, the views from the flat are wonderful. The tidal landscape is always changing and the skies are dramatic. The flat is well equipped, comfortable and immaculately presented. We're returning next year for our fourth visit.

Our yearly holiday

We think it speaks for itself, the fact that this is our fourth year at Quayside Lookout, its not a cheap holiday but we love it, the apartment is excellent with everything you need, the views are breath-taking, we always have felt that its like home from home, we park up and don't use the car again until we go home, we use the coast hopper bus, it takes us to all the places we love to visit, we never realised how beautiful the Norfolk coastline was until we moved here, we simply don't think about going anywhere else, it suits us, so we think that just about sums it up

Cosy, comfortable with superb view.

The apartment was fantastic, warm and cosy. We enjoyed our stay and the views out of the front balcony were superb. You can stay inside and watch the scenery change and we would recommend this as an ideal base to stay.

Nice little apartment in super location

In a chilly November this was a lovely cosy apartment, superb location on the quay with fantastic views over Wells harbour and salt marsh. We would happily stay again but please do something about the toilet flush - there are endless comments about it in the visitor book. Yes it does work, most of the time, but sometimes it just doesn't want to know. It really lets the place down especially as it would take a plumber no more than an hour to fix.

Our stay at Quayside Lookout Wells - Next - The- Seas

This is our third year, and you never get used to the view, as you walk in, it takes your breath away, lovely place, lovely location, the apartment is always clean and tidy, it's like home from home, as I suffer with anxiety we don't travel too far from home, so it's just right for us, we have our own parking space and just use the coast hopper, it's great, so yes next years booked and ready to go, thanks so much.

Great location

We had a very relaxing week. The apartment is in a perfect location. Ideal to watch life go by in the harbour and very near to shops, pubs and restaurants.

There is also a charming lookout post to the side of the apartment with small windows to both the rear and quayside. Smart television.

Contemporary dining table and seating for four.

Wall and under counter fitted units, microwave, granite worktops and integral ceramic hob with electric oven beneath and extractor fan. There is an under counter fridge, small table top freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

With a king-size bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and television.

Fully tiled with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
