Casita Kihlberg - Small Spanish house on the south coast
Welcome to rent our Spanish little house near Puerto Banus, Marbella. The house is completely renovated in 2017 and is efficient with its 80m2. It offers two spacious bedrooms, outdoor kitchen, air conditioning and high speed internet, Swedish TV and three spacious terraces - one with sea views. La Campana
Are you looking for sun and relaxation?
Then we can recommend renting houses in the Costa del Sol, which, with 320 days of sunshine per year, offers high class holiday pleasures!
If the sun and sea are not attractive enough, there are excellent golf courses, fantastic restaurants, an inland with beautiful scenery and small white villages, plenty of tennis and canoeing and both exclusive and budget shopping. If you want to make further excursions, Gibraltar is a must, even a day trip to Morocco is recommended which is something of a cultural rock itself. Experience Marbella from the horseback or riverwalk in Benahavis. Or sit on one of many beach restaurants and enjoy an ice cold white Sangria. In Spain you are enjoying!
Our Casita, which means just a small house, is well placed in the area of La Campana on the outskirts of Nueva Andalucia, about 2 km from the beach. Here you live in a genuine Spanish area but close to luxury Puerto Banus.
As the name suggests, La Campana was once "rural", but is now a lively residential area, on the main street there is life and movement. Here you buy good meat from the local butcher or have a beer and some tapas with the locals at Bar La Fuente. In the evenings you hear the neighbors have lively discussions with singing and the Spaniards never have a long way to a smile. In the alleys, the bouganvillan and the uncle brothers play boules under the squirrel. At the same time, it is as Spanish messy as it can be, cars park on sidewalks and the power lines go cross and across the street. Outside the windows hangs laundry in all its colors.
The area is about 2 km from the sea. There is a nice bike path down to the sea's longest canal and horse farms. During the summer months, the communal pool is open to long-awaited coolness. If you wish to go bus, bus No. 4 will take you to the beach, Puerto Banus and San Pedro 4 times an hour.
