Oasis Palms est une luxueuse villa privée avec une grande piscine privée chauffée (12m x 6m) située dans la zone de phase blanche cinq. Il dispose de 4 chambres, toutes avec salle de bains privative. Il est grand, spacieux et situé dans un cadre calme et relaxant, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour se détendre. La villa est entièrement climatisée. Oasis Palms est de norme européenne et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La grande terrasse a le soleil de l'aube au coucher du soleil. Il y a aussi un espace couvert qui a une table à manger à l'extérieur. La piscine a un bar et un coin salon qui a un barbecue intégré, tandis qu'à l'autre extrémité de la piscine est un bain à remous. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure. La terrasse mène à la plage du lagon, au lagon et aux vues dégagées sur les montagnes.
Oasis Palms a une terrasse sur le toit avec des sièges et un autre espace barbecue d'où vous profitez d'une vue imprenable à 360 degrés.
Toutes les commodités sont à portée de main de la villa

Lovely Villa

This Villa was perfect for my family. All 4 rooms are good sizes, Kitchen had everything we needed (not that we did much eating in). The location is very quiet and only a short ride in a tuk tuk to any location in El Gouna. A huge thank you to Richard & Jane for being so helpful in answering any questions we had, as it was our first time in El Gouna. The WIFI could do with a booster to make is accessible in every bedroom as the teenagers can’t live without it these days 😂 We’ll definitely be staying here again!

A Perfect El Gouna Villa

We had a completely perfect stay at Oasis Palms and will definitely return! Communication with the owners and managers prior to check-in was so easy and made for a seamless arrival. The villa itself is just as pictured, with an incredible outdoor area (be sure to use the grill for a poolside lunch or dinner) - lots of space, a beautiful view over the lagoon, plenty of seating and dining spaces, covered and uncovered (and barstools IN the pool - so cool!). The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and the property managers left some basic groceries for us, which was much appreciated. We were a group of three so only used the two large bedrooms on the second floor, but all the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and cool. The villa itself is in a great location - a short tuktuk ride or a pleasant walk into downtown, and very close to Abydos Marina, where our dive boat left from each morning. The neighbourhood is beautiful to walk around and all El Gouna is extremely safe and easy to navigate. Do have some cash on hand at check-in to provide a security deposit to the management company; this is returned at the end of your visit, though you will have to pay cash for the water and electrical usage when you depart. And get the Careem app for your phone - it’s the easiest way to order a tuktuk to the Villa and to pay by card. All in all, a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

A perfect place to relax

I was delighted to return once again to this heavenly place. The hosts and the agent in El Gouna were very helpful. The villa is well equiped and the outside area is glorious. The pool has a shallow end for children which was perfect for my 5 year old who is learning to swim and there is a deeper end also for adult swimmers. Villa is clean, heated pool is wonderful and views are amazing. Will be back again soon, I hope!

Found AC and internet confusing but management helped figure it out- no matches for the stove. Dust pan and broom on their last legs. Appreciated the iron and ironing board. Internet best downstairs- The pool was delightful/ very clean. Enjoyed walking the loop. All and all a delightful spot for 5 adults and a five year old. Particularly appreciated the flexibility re departure/ Gwyn Smith

Superb villa

Everything was excellent, Richard’s communication was spot on and couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Felt very secure with the guards and using the Tuc Tuc’s was a laugh! Villa in a lovely quiet area, just a wee pity about some barking dogs nearby at night

Amazing house in Gouna!

The house was beautiful and well located in Gouna - swimming pool was heated which was really great! Also hosts were very nice during the process and helped us at all times. Really recommend the house!

Marvelous Villa

We had an amazing time in the villa, it is equipped with everything that one needs, the pool is wonderful, gets cleaned twice every day. The location is magical, sitting in the terrace with a sundowner watching the sunset was the highlight of our day. The BBQ by the pool was also great, we actually used it twice within the week we were here, although the restaurants in Elgouna are quite tempting...the serene location of the villa is quite chillaxing. The rooms were perfect, everyone had it's own bath, linens and towels were available and clean. One of the reasons why I chose this villa is because it's basically the only one which is barrier free, a person in wheelchair can get in and out easily, and it has a bedroom downstairs which one wouldn't find in Elgouna easily. The real estate agents were very active and helped us swiftly with all our requests, even extending one day at short notice wasnt a problem. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and we will for sure come back again when we visit Elgouna. Thank you so much Jane and Richard for the great time we had at your place.

Perfect Stay

The pictures doesn't reflect the real beauty of the property. It is actually a lot nicer than the pictures on the platform. Will almost definitely return back and book it in the future. It is perfect for 9 people or less, as it is very spacious.

A wonderful week in El Gouna

My family and I had a wonderful week in Oasis Palms. The villa was clean and tastefully decorated. I was concerned that the pool might not be warm enough but it was properly heated and there was even a lovely jacuzzi. The villa has everything you need and we didn't want for anything. The rental company and the owners were attentive and responsive. Thanks to Richard and Jane for a perfect week!

Habe ich mit Familie in der herrlichen Villa verbracht. Bei Ankunft war schon Wasser , Milch, Pepsi und Toast im Kuehlschrank vorbereitet.Villa ist sehr schoen, sauber, modern und voll Klimatisiert. Kann ich nur empfehlen, denke es wird fuer uns auch nicht das erste und letzte mal sein. Sonnenuntergang am Pool zu beobachten ist atemberaubend!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa in a quiet location with stunning views of the lagoon and mountains. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Furnished to a high standard throughout with a stunning pool area that won't disappoint. The owners and local agent could not have been more helpful and were very quick to answer any questions we had and even arranged our airport transfers. The welcome pack that included basic grocery provisions was a very nice gesture and included everything you need to get you through the first day or two. The flowers were also a lovely touch. The installed water filter meant we could make use of the tap water, ice maker etc without any concerns. El Gouna itself is beautiful and easy to get around with a variety of low cost transport options including taxis, tuk tuk's etc, all of which can be contacted via the free internal phone system. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend Richard and Jane's villa highly enough. It is perfect for families and couples alike and we look forward to returning asap.

Perfect Place to be

We spent nearly two weeks at this lovely place with our family. We enjoyed this a lot. Pool and outside terrace are perfect for relaxation. The pool consists of two levels wich is great for children and adults. The grill at the pool side is great for sunset dinner and the villa itself is spacious, modern and we all felt well from the very beginning. Pool service has been there every day in the morning and did a fabulous job. Jane and Richard have been extremely helpful in all matters prior to the arrival. Instant replies and always customer oriented. Thanks a lot again we only can reccomend this place for a holliday.

Excellent villa for a relaxing vacation

The spacious villa is located at an inner lagoon in the Phase 5 area of El Gouna. It is well maintained and excellent for a relaxing vacation. The owners are extremely responsive and very helpful. Also the local management team takes care of any issues. We fully recommend the villa and would book it again in the future. We enjoyed the sunshine from morning to evening and had a dip in the heated pool from time to time. The lagoon itself is probably not well suited for swimming. For eating out and shopping in the grocery store we either walked approx. 25 minutes to Downtown El Gouna or took a Tuk-tuk Taxi. Also the lovely Abou Tig marina with its excellent selection of various restaurants and marina beach are easily reachable by tuk-tuk.

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Super Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Prima Ausblick auf die Berge Ägyptens. Ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Villa bietet 2 große geräumige Schlafzimmer, plus ein 3-Bett und 2-Bettzimmer. Großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, sowie große Küche. Wir hatten richtig viel Platz mit 7 Personen. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Fenster/Balkontüren auch alle mit Fliegengitter. Dachterasse kann man für den Ausblick nutzen, für mehr nicht. Serviceteam ruft am 3 Tag an und fragt nach. Sind für einem da und zuverlässig, pünktlich. Reinigung oder frische Handtücher nach Wunsch. Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt, so wie Garten. Die Arbeiter sind 30 min. da, die man nicht bemerkt. Supermarkt, Pizza-Service, Brötchen-Service, gibt es alles. Man ist also völlig für sich. Hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Hatten jeden Tag über 30°C, Klimaanlagen waren fast immer an. Die Nebenkosten am Ende waren völlig überschaubar. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.
