Apartments Veramenta **** is situated on a hill near picturesque small town Cavtat . It is spacious and comfortable modern place in a new build house with three apartments.

Huge sunny terrace and outdoor swimming pool provide atmosphere and comfort. Parasols, sun beds, as well the bath towels are available at the pool.

Free of charge WI FI internet connection and SAT TV are available.Private parking is ensured, and there is a garage place on request.

The Apartment 1 is on the ground floor with the pool view and the terrace. There are two bedrooms (one with double bed and the second with twin beds) , two bathrooms and kitchen with living room.

Apartment contains everything necessary for pleasant and comfortable stay, and the owners are at your disposal for any additional requirements.

Excellent Apartment, highly recommend

We stayed in the Veramenta ground floor apartment for 10 days in August 2023. The apartment is really clean, air conditioned and well equipped. We unexpectedly had an extra guest and the property owner was very helpful and let him stay on the sofa bed and provided extra sheets, etc. The apartment is about a 15 min walk into Cavtat, which is easy to do, although the walk back up the hill in the heat isn’t easy, but it keeps you fit! Cavtat itself is lovely, lots of restaurants and walks. Also lots of trips from Cavtat. Dubrovnik is about a half hour on the bus. There is a bus every half hour or so and it costs 4 euro per person, so it’s easy to do. There are also boat trips to Dubrovnik for about 10 euro each way. Overall a would highly recommend Veramenta Apartments and thank the owner for being so friendly and helpful.

2 week family stay

We were a family of 4 staying for 2 weeks- would highly recommend ! Really good location -10 min walk down steep hill to harbour, maybe 15-20 back up, - quite steep - fine for us ( kids 13 and 15) but could get taxi or bus back up easily. nice and quiet location but so close to hustle and bustle of cavtat. Shop and restaurant 5 mins away. Loads to do in area - bus 30-40 mins to Dubrovnik. Some trips run from cavtat too. Good base to explore- we didn’t have a car - no need. Fantastic host - really friendly , always around, nothing too much bother at all! Loads of info and advice on what to do. Apartment really clean - even had a mid break clean with clean towels snd sheets - fantastic! Pool area and little garden lovely - smallish pool but perfect for us to cool down in and play in. Usually really quiet around pool - only shared with 2 other apartments - often had to ourselves. 2 bathrooms and small kitchen - everything worked well! Kitchen could have had a toaster - but very minor issue! Washing machines and aircon all worked really well. Really good stay - thank you! Would recommend !

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, the host is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We were able to check in slightly earlier which was helpful and there were lots of helpful practical bits and pieces in the apartment (cling film, bin bags etc) The pool is lovely with a nice terrace area. The aeroplanes do fly over head, but as the apartment is air conditioned, you can shut the doors and windows at night without getting too hot so you don’t hear them. We didn’t really find them to be a problem. Thoroughly enjoyable, comfortable place to stay.

Nice apartment and pool, but ...

The apartment and pool were very nice. The host could not have been more helpful and pleasant. However, the apartment is on a direct flight path with low flying planes passing overhead on a regular basis throughout the day and into the evening. This was an issue for us however we accept that this may not be an issue for other people. One of the bedrooms does not have air con. Everything else was very good.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful place

This apartment is lovely and the town is beautiful. The owners, Vlaho and Silva, were very helpful right from the start and even arranged the taxi for the short transfer from and to the airport. The owners live in the block and are on hand if anything is needed but do not impose themselves on your holiday and are very friendly and welcoming. The pool is small but just right for cooling off. The beautiful shoreline is only a 15-20 minute walk depending on which bit you go to. There aren't sandy beaches but plenty of picturesque rocky outcrops from which to swim in the clear water. The waterfront has plenty of restaurants serving a good variety of quality food at reasonable prices. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away to keep the fridge stocked. We are a family of 4 including 2 teenagers 14 and 17 and we agreed it is one of the best holidays we've ever had. I would recommend this apartment and this town to anyone thinking of going to Croatia. Thank you Vlaho and Silva, we will be back!

Lovely clean bright apartment with amazing host

We had a lovely 10 days in Cavtat, the apartment was clean, comfortable, relatively well equipped and the pool was so welcome in the heat. We didn't need to ask for anything, our host checked everything was alright as he saw us outside but otherwise we were left in privacy but were in no doubt that we could ask if we did need anything. The beds were comfortable, the showers worked brilliantly, the bathrooms were spacious and the pool area was a joy to spend time in. We would thoroughly recommend Cavtat and Aparments Veramenta, it was a fantastic holiday
