Bedroom 1 off the hallway, King size bed with support handles to aid getting in or out of bed. Wash basin, wardrobes and dresser.

Bedroom 2 off the hallway, double bed, wardrobe and dresser, with en-suite walk in shower room, low level shower, hand rail, hand basin, WC. Shower seat available if required.

Bedroom 3 off the hallway, with bunk beds and single bed, wardrobe and dresser.

Bathroom with modern white suite, WC and wash basin. Shower over bath.

Carpeted lounge/diner with comfortable furniture, TV, freesat receiver, Wi-fi, electric fire. Table and chairs to seat 7. Lovely rural views over rear garden.

From the lounge access to small conservatory with seating and Please note that there is a step down from the lounge area to the conservatory. Rural views.

A well equipped kitchen with breakfast table and seating, electric double oven and hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. There is a tabletop freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer available in the garage. Stable door leading out to rear garden

Outside – off road parking for one vehicle to the front of the property with further space on the road. Patio area to the front. Please note that there are 2 steps down from the rear door to the garden area at the side and rear, sloping rear lawn, patio furniture and Gas BBQ stored in the garage. There is level access to the rear garden via the side of the garage.

Ideal base on the Llyn Peninsula

Very cosy and spacious bungalow in Abersoch, I'd highly recommend it. It's just a few mins walk into the centre of Abersoch, close to lots of lovely beaches and not far from the hills in Snowdonia. A great place to stay for an enjoyable break.

Perfect Abersoch Location

David is great to answer questions. The house has lots of space and is very clean. A few minutes walk to the main beach and about 10-15 min walk to Abersoch main beach.

Great place to stay

Very nicely equipped and we cook a lot! Great street - very quiet but close enough to Abersoch to walk. Spacious and airy. Loved the sun lounge. Could do with WiFi but not a deal breaker - more because we had to work a bit whilst away. And supply of towels.

Well equipped bungalow close to village and beaches.

We have had a week in this property we found it well equipped, we could wash and either dry outside or with a tumble drier which can be useful with teenagers. We used the barbecue and there was some boules and other things we could use on the beach. The bungalow itself was very spacious, having an en-suite and separate bathroom was great too. I would definitely stay here again, the host was very helpful at the beginning of the booking process and rang the evening before I went to tell me the check in process and answer any questions I had.

Home from home holiday stay

The property was in an excellent location in walking distance of central Abersoch and had lovely gardens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and tidy. We all had a great time.

Just outside Abersoch 19 minute walk to the centre spacious warm accommodation traditionally decorated everything required for a holiday rented property will definitely stop there again

Enjoyable Stay

A spacious and comfortable bungalow with a large garden, away from the hustle and bustle of Abersoch. Uphill, so perhaps not suited to people with walking difficulties. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic space for all the family with in easy walk of the village and beach.

Brilliant location close to everything, yet very peaceful with open views to the rear of the property. Three great bedrooms although the storage in the kids bedroom is poor as most of the cupboard and chest of draws was in use. Only real down side is there is no freezer and the fridge is very small and froze most of our food. Brilliant house for anyone with poor mobility - my parents loved it! Very helpful owner.
