This is a very spacious 2 bedroom home (king, queen) sleeps 4 very comfortably. There is a formal dining, roomy and modern kitchen and a sunny and sweet breakfast nook. This home sleeps up to 4. This home may allow 1 well behaved dog by request and with written approval.

Outside you'll find large, landscaped and grassy yards. The private backyard hot tub is perfect for a soak any time of year! Feel free to fire up the grill for a BBQ and enjoy the warm and sunny patio on those perfect Bend afternoons. There is a locked garage for parking and storing your gear. You'll also find bikes and river floaties in the garage to use.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION

So close to downtown Bend, just 3 blocks away, it will feel like downtown Bend is your front yard! Grab one of the provided cruiser bikes and roll into town or just walk, it will only take a couple minutes. You will be staying in the great westside neighborhood between Downtown Bend and the Newport neighborhood. You'll find local favorites 10 blocks away on Newport Ave like Spork, Cuppa Yo and the local gourmet grocer, Newport Market...and of course Mt Bachelor is just 30 minutes up the road! Local favorites just around the corner including Spork, Chow, and local gourmet grocer, Newport Market.

SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
Vintage Awbrey is a very spacious 2-bedroom home with 1 king and 1 queen bed. Plenty of fresh linens and pillows for the entire house, allowing this home to accommodate 6 guests total in total. You will be provided with high thread count sheets and linens.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a formal dining room, spacious kitchen and a sunny, sweet breakfast nook with seating for everyone! The modern and fully furnished kitchen with modern finishes (pots, pans, blender, salad spinner, dishes and lots more included) is perfect for making meals at home.

OUTDOOR SPACES & SALT WATER HOT TUB
Outside you'll find a private backyard with your own salt water hot tub. You'll be equipped with a BBQ and supplied propane. Patio table to enjoy your summer meals, and a large locked garage to store your gear year-round! You'll also find bikes and helmets in the garage for your use. Please bring your helmet for the perfect fit. Don't miss the ski waxing station in the basement. We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the hot tub after 10pm.

PARKING
You will have your own private alley parking spot for 1 vehicle. You may also park in the locked single car garage, also accessed via the alley. The garage has a garage door opener and a code is provided. There is plenty of on-street parking in front of the home.

PET-FRIENDLY
Vintage Awbrey is a pet-friendly home with an enclosed backyard. Pet sheets are provided for furniture. If you plan to bring your sweet pup(s), kindly let us know prior and remember to pick up your piles! A pet fee applies to each reservation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is nestled into a lovely residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
