We had a great time. The house was very spacious and clean. The pool was very clean and heated during the whole stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and was easy to access the supermakets, restaurants and attractions. The host answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful.

The house was not clean when we got there. The walls were dirty and the kitchen was disgusting. We had to clean everything before we unpacked. The beds were uncomfortable and dirty. The bathrooms were gross. We spent more money making the house clean and comfortable then we planned. The pool is small and has no lights for night time swimming. Towels had stains on them we had to buy more before we could get ourselves clean. The sofas are uncomfortable and the AC did not work properly. Overall the only good thing was the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms.

We were taken back by your review, as we were never contacted during your stay regarding the cleanliness concerns you mentioned, nor did we receive any photos to make us aware of these issues. Had we known, we would have immediately sent someone out to address them. We strive to make all guests stays stress free and enjoyable. We did note that you mentioned the AC during your stay, and we offered to have a technician come out to check it. Our offer was declined at the time. Following your departure, we still had the AC inspected and no issues were found. We appreciate your feedback. This allows us to work on the making the neccessary improvements.

House was very nice. Had everything we needed

We were very disappointed in the pool though. We paid extra for pool heat and even with covering it every night, could not get it very warm.

Dear Robert, Thank you kindly for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and regret the challenge with pool heat. Residential pool heaters do have a nuance where when the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees, it will shut off to prevent the system from overheating itself. The heater will reactivate once the outside temperature rises above 55 degrees. We do try to communicate this in our arrival instructions so guests are aware this could happen and we are regretful it affected you. Despite this, we hope you had a most enjoyable time in Orlando. Has Potential but Rundown and Dirty

The house has potential to be nice. This property is not maintained and needs so many repairs. The pool is dirty, green algae growing in the pool and the pool water is cloudy and dirty. The walls, baseboards, and doors in the house are filthy. The showers have mold, the kitchen counters and cabinet knobs are dirty. There are over 20 broken items in this house. The furniture in the living room needs replaced because it’s old, broken and rundown. All bedding in the house needs replaced including several mattresses. There are 2 towels for the pool. 1 towel per person for showering. All women need a hair towel. The refrigerator shelves and drawers are broken and falling apart. The windows.

Vacation Home

I am not rating this house a 1 since we were not able to stay here. I am rating my experience with Vrbo and the house they moved us to a 1. We were not able to stay in this property. The day we were to arrive, we were informed the air conditioner went out and a part had to be ordered. The part would not be in to get the air conditioner fixed before we were to arrive at the house. I wish we could have stayed here. We were so looking forward to being able to stay in this home since we spent so much time looking at properties before deciding to stay here. Maybe next time we will get a chance to stay at this property. Instead, we were moved to a different house not in the same resort. The house we were moved to had roaches in it. It was not up to cleaning standards anyone would expect for a vacation home or a motel. I was very disappointed in the house we were moved to and Vrbo did not seem to really care about our concerns. The kitchen table had food dried and caked on sides. The ceiling fans need to be dusted very badly. This house obviously needs a deep cleaning. I spend a day cleaning areas we would be at and had to change and wash bed sheets on 2 of the beds before family could sleep in it. Granted they did send pest control over to spray for the roaches but that did not get rid of them. Several lights were out. They did send maintenance to replace the light bulbs but in one of the bedrooms upstairs the light fixture needed to be replaced according to maintenance. The carpet on stairway and upstairs bedrooms and game room was very stained and nasty. Thank goodness the living room and kitchen area had tile floors. I would have expected Vrbo management to make sure the property was cleaned, all light bulbs worked, and no roaches before placing families in the home.

We wish we could have repaired it in a timely manner for you to enjoy the home. Unfortunately, it wasn't something we could quickly turn around. My family really enjoyed our stay here.

We only experience a few problems while visiting the home. We experienced a bug problem we had to purchase bug spray. There wasn't enough containers to cook properly, when you are cooking for 10 people you need utensils. It was everything that that picture show. Overall a wonderful stay. If ever back in the Florida area will try to stay again. Thanks for everything.
