Beautiful villa with fenced pool, located 1.5 km from the City of Ibiza, in a very quiet residential area the city of Puig den Valls, It has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Separate kitchen fully equipped. All areas have AACC. The outdoor area is very comfortable, with fenced pool and fenced covered terrace, in addition to an outdoor bbc area with chill out. The large garden area enjoyed by the villa has fruit trees, an organic garden area, with birds and turtles. For your safety it is ideal for families with young children and to spend time with friends. The location of the villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy the nightlife of the city of Ibiza, the most popular nightclubs.
