Charming Andalusian house with a great view from the roof terrace

Lovely house close to the center of Vélez-Málaga with all its art ,culture and restaurants. Great views on the flat , 5 mins walk from town hall and mins to local swimming pool.Shopping ,water-park and stunning beach 4 km away. Malaga city center 32 km all accessible by bus. It has will have please read all information regarding the property lay out as it is a traditional Andalusian house and they are all unique.
The house is a town house split across three storeys , the sitting room kitchen and bathroom are on the downstairs floor .On the 2nd floor the main bedroom is separate and has a Spanish double bed .Their is also a common space/bedroom which you go through to access the main bedroom , this has a double bed settee .. The bathroom downstairs has a toilet and a small shower .The 3rd floor has a utility area for washing , ironing and a 2nd food preparation area , I have also fitted a new has a normal size shower upstairs so you have access to 2 if you need them , handy when larger groups and a solar show on the roof terrace so she can cool down in the heat. This leads on to the roof terrace which has a table and 4 chairs and great views of the mountains,fort and Church . Air-conditioning is planned but not guaranteed but plenty of fans the price reflects no air-conditioning.
