Apartamento en la mejor zona de Lisboa, el famoso nuevas vías, muy céntrico y salir de la crisis de la edad y turístico (10 minutos en metro) al lado del famoso Museo Gulbenkian Calloust y el gran centro comercial El Corte Inglés. Metro a cinco minutos a pie, estación S. Sebastián, con la posibilidad de tomar la línea azul en la línea directa y sólo 10 minutos le llevará a la vieja y turístico centro de Lisboa, o la línea roja que tiene acceso directo al aeropuerto y la zona de la Expo.
Este apartamento es muy espacioso, con mucha luz natural y con una decoración lujosa y práctica al mismo tiempo.
Está insertado, junto con otros 2 apartamentos turísticos, uno más grande y otro más pequeño, en un edificio con ascensor totalmente remodelado en el pasado año.
Supermercado, parking y Rent a car a la puerta, muchos restaurantes, peluqueros, farmacia, hospital y comercio vario en la zona.

This is apartment is well located, with a good market and cafes within a block. The Gulbenkian garden is across the street. There is transportation close. It is spacious and well firnished. The kitchen had all I needed. Plenty of closet space. The only possible downside is the planes coming over.

Another great stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we had another excellent visit. The host is great and had no problem accommodating our check in time.The apartment is in wonderful condition and we love the safety and convenience of the neighborhood. The property location is convenient to shops, groceries, restaurants, parks and Metro line. Property Management was readily available and responsive. The space itself is beautiful and well appointed. This was my second time in the complex.

Beautiful place

We stayed for three days after a cruise , place it’s exactly like pictures, is close to great restaurants and shopping . Would've love to go back and cook and enjoy the place longer .

Lovely comfortable place near big public garden

We enjoyed the garden and the art museums within it. The porch was nice to hang out on, and the restaurant next door was wonderful! There was a mix-up on our part on check-in, but host graciously accommodated our early arrival.

The property was in a great location and was as lovely as advertised. The check in process and communication prior to arrival were exceptionally well handled. Lovely comfortable apartment for 5 adults

The accommodations were very comfortable. We spent Christmas week exploring Lisbon. Metro and bus line nearby as well as easy Uber connections. The gardens and museum across the street are worth a visit.We did some cooking and found the kitchen pretty well equipped for our needs. The bedrooms are well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Definitely would reserve again.

We enjoyed our time here

We spent three nights in this lovely apartment. Big closets, ample living spaces and a functional kitchen. We walked most places. The subway is a ten minute walk away. Would certainly stay here again.

Lisbon Stay

Overall the property was ok. Only complaints were they only give you one towel per person, kitchen is not really fully equipped for cooking real meals. Owner/manager was ok but kind of talked down to us and made us feel like we were imposing on their home even though it is clearly just a rental property.

Lovely Lisbon stay

This apartment is lovely and quite large fo Lisbon. Nice residential neighborhood with some good restaurants and supermarkets close as well. Well equipped apartment and our host supplied us with a bottle of wine as well which was a nice touch. We used Uber to get around Lisbon which is very reasonable compared to the US. Only downside is the noise from the plane landed at the airport which is about 15 minutes away but not a big deal. Would stay here again.

Seeing Lisbon with Friends

This apartment was perfect for our group of 5. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. There are many good restaurants and a general store within walking distance. The apartment is on the flight path so the landing planes can be quite loud. Overall an excellent experience and we would recommend this apartment

This was a great apartment in a great location. Maria contacted us several times to make sure we had everything. It was doors away from a grocery store and the neighborhood restaurant was excellent. Recommend it highly.

Wonderful Stay

This was a great experience. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. Very clean and plenty of room for 6 people. No waiting for bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. We kept in contact with the host and he was very responsive if we had any questions. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores very close. The Metro was only a couple minute walk which allowed us to get downtown quickly and a day trip to Sintra. Kitchen was clean and everything was rather new. I would not hesitate to rent again when we return to Lisbon. Julio (Host) will set up tours and transportation upon request. Enjoyed meeting and speaking to him. You can't go wrong here.

Our vacation in Lisbon was fantastic, thanks to the excellent apartment rental. The comfortable and convenient apartment felt like home.Ideally located, it was within walking distance of subway stops, a shopping mall, cafes, and lively neighborhoods. We enjoyed taking the subway to explore historic riverfront streets and buildings. The quiet neighborhood is across from the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum.The beautifully furnished space welcomed us with warmth and elegance. The spacious living area was tastefully decorated and cozy. The kitchen had state-of-the-art appliances. The bedrooms featured comfortable beds and high-quality linens, offering a restful environment after sightseeing. Impeccable cleanliness added to our comfort.Our host, Julio, was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. He arranged airport transportation and managed early luggage drop-off due to our flight schedule. Providing tips on local attractions and dining, Julio's hospitality made us feel special.In conclusion, the five-star apartment rental in Lisbon offered prime location, luxurious accommodation, and outstanding service, making our vacation unforgettable. A lovely place to come home to after a day of touring

This light and spacious apartment is located across from a lovely park, in which the Gulbenkian Museum is located (the museum is a must see). The manager arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, for which we were grateful after a long, delayed flight, and met us at the apartment with the keys and walked us through the various systems. My husband and I were traveling with a good friend. We all appreciated the privacy of ensuite bathrooms for two bedrooms as well as the comfortable common areas for spending time together. The kitchen is well appointed and, at the end of a long trip, I was very grateful for a washing machine. The apartment is 10" to 15" from the historic center of the city. However, Uber and taxi rides as well as buses were very easy to find and we were happy to be in a quieter and less touristy area. There is a small convenience store two doors away, which was very useful for basic provisions such as milk, bread, fruit etc. Note that if you don't use WhatsApp, you will want to install it! The manager communicated with us through only this app as did drivers and other services during our stay.

This was our second time being here. We love the location being near a metro stop, has a parking garage with Telepark providing reasonable rates, the spaciousness of the apartment allows you to unwind, the kitchen appliances and laundry machines are nice bonus. The property management is very responsive to your needs if you have any. We find the grocery store next door to be very convenient for a lot of your needs and a local restaurant next to the store had wonderful food. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay in Lisbon

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. There were five of us and the place was huge by European standards, particularly the bedrooms. The place was centrally located and close to a lot of walkable restaurants and a few blocks from the must visit Gulbekian Museum. Maria provided the place with a large bottle of water and a bottle of wine to help you start your visit. Maria was easy to communicate with and always prompt with her replies. The only drawback was the noise from the people above us. But highly recommend this place and will stay here, again.

Well appointed and located apt for family stay

We loved this apt! We traveled with our 9-year old son and another couple with their 7-year old. The apt was spacious with roomy bedrooms which easily accommodated our multiple - and large (car seats, scooters, etc had to be checked in) - suitcases. The living area was comfy and dining room provided the ideal space for daily breakfast which we prepared in the well equipped kitchen. My son loved the third bedroom with sliding doors, insisting that like Harry Potter he was sleeping in a cupboard. The location opposite Gulbenkian Gardens worked well for us as the kids went their daily. We also enjoyed the proximity to El Corte Ingles as we stocked up at the supermarket; ate Nanarella gelato (don’t miss it!); and had a meal at the excellent 7th floor there one day. The aircon worked well, the apt was light and airy with a balcony door and windows we could open without being overwhelmed by noise and dust; it had an elevator to transport luggage - all very important to us when we travel. One caveat. We enjoyed the location but it may not suit you if you desire walk-ability from Praça Commercial and the city center attractions. We Uber’ed mostly and had no trouble. For our needs this apt was perfect. Highly recommended!

Traumhaftes Appartement in idealer Lage

Besonders toll: 3 Badezimmer, Küche bestens ausgestattet (Gefrierschrank, Mikro, Geschirrspüler, ...) Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)) Besonders empfehlenswert auch für Familien mit schon größeren Kindern. Fragen an Maria (Vermieterin) wurden immer prompt beantwortet!!
