We loved EVERYTHING about this house. Memories were made with my husband and myself PLUS we had our daughter and son in law AND our 1 year old grandbaby. We also had the son in laws mom and the 2 great grandmas!!! Best vacation in a long time

This is the 2nd time we have stopped here, the villa is homely and exactly what we needed. Everything is only a short drive away, with the Disney parks being about 25 minutes away. Andy the host was very helpful and always there for any questions I needed to ask. We will be coming back again, and can’t wait

Nice house with a lot of amenities

Good location close to a lot of things and Disney. Good communication with owner. Would stay again. Plenty of room for our party of 6.

Great place to stay

Very well great house for the prize, it needs some little repairs in the scream outside but very nice house to stay. The mattresses are not that confortable .

Thank you for the review, we are at the home ourselves in a couple of weeks so will have a look at the pool screens. Regarding the mattresses we are planning to replace them on this next visit.

Nice Home

Good location, with some good stores close for groceries and eating out. Fair location for Disney - about 30 minutes in traffic, so not too bad. Home was very clean and well presented with great facilities. 8 of us stayed and enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Andy, the owner - great communication - would recommend!

Perfect Location for Disney!

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. The location is perfect! The longest we drove to a Diney location was 30min in heavy traffic. Lots of restaurants around and a Walmart. Only complaint we had is the beds need an upgrade! After walking all day a Disney they were rough to sleep on. Other than that our stay was perfect!

What a great time!

The owner was extremely helpful and thorough from the booking process all the way to check out. He answered every question I had in a timely matter. When we arrived, everything in the house was clean and in working order. My family had a blast! The game area in the garage was a nice bonus. The location was in a relaxing and quiet neighborhood. It was a very short drive to supermarkets and restaurants which was also nice for my family. I would highly recommend this home.

Amazing house & clean pool

This house and pool was everything I read about! Everything was clean, pool was nice and clean and warm. Very close to Walmart & other attractions. I would highly recommend as there was plenty of room and everything worked as it should. Andy, the owner, was pretty awesome with quick responses. I walked every morning around the block and it was very safe. You wont regret staying here. We didnt want to leave. Enjoy this beautiful home!

Awesome!!

This home is beautiful! Check in was a breeze, the beds were comfortable and it offered plenty of towels and extra blankets. The best part was the pack patio. The color changing lights in the pool really made all the difference. The view of the lake was also a nice feature. Our stay was very short so we did not get to enjoy the pool or the game room as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again! It’s a 45 minute ride to the airport, but only 15-20 minutes to Disney by Uber. So glad I found this listing!

Great stay

We had a great time on our vacation to Florida and staying in Andy’s home. He was very receptive to any questions I had and replied very fast- usually within the hour. Upon arrival, we realized the pucks were missing from the air hockey. He had replacements delivered to our door within two days. The house had everything we needed. The lights in the pool were fun for the kids swimming later during the day. I needed a pack n play for my son, and that was also waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

only thing that was messed up was the air went out on friday talk to the person , they had someone out saturday and he got it fixed by that evening . so was without ac for a day

Worth it

Everything was neat, roomy and pretty quiet. Great location but be prepared for 30-45 minutes of driving for desired restaurants and activities. It would be nice if there were at least basic necessities such as trash bags, broom, paper towels, dish soap, an extra blanket or two. I was excited for the pool table but it was not level and very dirty so hard to play on but entertained the teenagers. The master bed is quite hard and uncomfortable. Overall it was a great property.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry the home did not fully meet your expectations, It does state in listing details that there is only a basic supply of essentials to get guests started, your travel times mentioned do depend on what the "desired" amenities are preferred there are closer attractions available. I am not sure why the pool table would be so bad but I will mention it to our MC. Roaches

This home while in a convenient location and plenty of space has a major roach problem.The first night I didn’t think anything of if when we only saw one alive a few dead but the back bedroom literally has roach feces all along the baseboards and then we kept finding live roaches everywhere one night alone we found 6 in the kitchen and one fell off the door frame onto one of our guests arms. We then kept finding them. The tub in the guest bathroom doesn’t drain and the faucet was on wrong the first night we only had hot or cold no in between and it burnt my skin - then we realized why and we fixed it ourselves. We tried to overlook some things but the sheets while they assured us were washed and changed could not possibly have been, hair was stuck to the pillow cases and sheets. We took photos of everything and sent them to the owner, he was apologetic and while they assured us the sheets were cleaned they had clearly been laid in and not washed. It doesn’t appear anyone went in the back bedroom to clean a thing and the front room we found dead roaches in the night stand and those sheets were also dirty they claimed a stain but when we washed them it came out. We had to throw out all our food as we weren’t taking any chances. The last night we had to spend shaking out every item of clothing and all of our bags as we did not want to take any additional unwanted “guests” home with us. I did email the property owner and he responded immediately and he said they had pest control in and sprayed the Tuesday before we arrived. I get it’s florida and occasionally one may get in but this is a roach problem and the feces alone not being cleaned up and underneath the master bathroom sink all sorts of droppings as well. This has been a problem for awhile and the cleaning crew and management company has clearly ignored this. It was not hard to see all of the feces it did not take searching for, if the place was cleaned as it should have been there wouldn’t have been that amount of droppings. There was a sanitary napkin in the couch, which we didn’t even notice until we saw it in a picture we took and then went to look to see what it was. The sink in the half bath drain was stuck down and we had to get something to lift the drain and then get under the sink and attach the sink plug the proper way as it was not connected.Alone, 1 or 2 of these minor things is no big deal but once so many things start to go wrong it’s enough to put a damper on your vacation

This is a very disappointing review and is one we do not intend to receive again, the issues we was informed about have all been rectified we was not aware of the extent of the roaches until the reviewer had left the property on Christmas eve, the home was treated a couple of days before the reviewer arrived due to a previous guest who had just left said they had seen just a couple of roaches, when I was made aware by the reviewer that further roaches was still present pest control was sent in for a second time. The comments and photos from the reviewer about the cleaning and bed linen was sent to our management company along with some stern words that it was unacceptable that our guests had arrived to these issues. I am confident it will not happen again and a close eye will be kept on things going forward. It is worth pointing out that the next guests who followed the reviewer into the home on the day that they departed did not have any problems and have subsequently left us positive comments and a five star review.

OUR FLORIDA FAMILY HOLIDAY

Can only say this villa was perfect for our family holiday, all bedrooms were big with plenty of storage. Kitchen and living room area was also a good size, so with 8 of us there was still plenty of room for us all. The Villa is only 20 minutes away from the Disney parks, and close to so many other places. The pool was fantastic, while over looking the lake behind the property. We will be coming back in the future and will hope to stop here again,

Family vacation

We found this property in 2021 and went ahead and booked it due to the amount of bedrooms. The drive to Disney or beaches isn't bad at all. The price was fair for what you're getting. The kids loved the pool and air hockey. Overall when we come back to Florida we'll do our best to get this property again

This is a great distance from Disney world which is where we spent most of our time. Andy was very helpful to make sure our needs were taken care off and we were satisfied with everything.

Not clean

My wife is wrong a much longer, in detail review with photos, BUT. We had to clean up a bloody used bandaid off the kitchen floor, There was blood on the master bed sheets, blood on the living room wall above the TV, old food under the place mats on the table because moving them to clean is apparently very hard to do, and broken glass in the door jam leading out to the pool. Whoever cleaned this place did a HORRIBLE job and I feel a refund is required for how poorly this was cleaned. There was freakin BLOOD IN OUR BED AND ON OUR WALLS, as well as a bloody bandaid. Not only is that disgusting, but it’s dangerous to all guests staying in the house.

It is obviously very disappointing to see this review after consecutive 5 star reviews. However what is confusing is the guest decided to fully complete there 3 night stay without making contact with anybody and only felt the need to complain 6 Hours AFTER checking out? even though he "claimed" it was "disgusting and dangerous". He also "claimed" to have photos however I asked on two occasions for them but they did not get sent and has not made any contact since?. The home was checked asap after the guest eventually decided make contact but no signs of the "alleged" blood etc was found. So I am asking any potential future guests reading this response to judge the legitimacy of this review considering the actions of the guest.
