Spaziosa villa a Orlando in ottima posizione vicino a Disney World e tutti i comfort

La nostra casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e ricercata di chiara insenatura nel Clermont, la posizione è a soli 5 minuti di auto dai principali supermercati e farmacie e circa 15 minuti dal Walt Disney World con resort Universal a circa 30 minuti di auto, per gli amanti del golf ci sono diversi corsi a breve distanza.
La casa può ospitare 10 persone in 5 camere da letto, il padrone è un bagno privato con letto king size e cabina armadio, la seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno letti Queen e la quarta e la quinta camera da letto sono doppie (due letti), la maggior parte delle camere sono dotate di TV via cavo con WiFi in tutto. Il soggiorno ha la TV principale, il telefono e il lettore DVD con un ampio tavolo da pranzo a 6 posti e beneficia anche di avere le principali porte scorrevoli allarmate sulla terrazza della piscina completamente schermata esposta a sud dove puoi goderti il sole della Florida in qualsiasi momento della giornata con un vista libera sul suggestivo lago argenteo d'argento mentre si fa un tuffo nell'invitante piscina o semplicemente rilassarsi sui lettini, la piscina può essere illuminata la sera con la vostra scelta di colore o scegliere uno spettacolo di luci cangiante su cui può anche essere riscaldata richiesta per i mesi più freddi dell'anno (per il riscaldamento della piscina verranno applicati costi aggiuntivi).
La cucina è ben attrezzata con il solito fornello a grandezza naturale, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e frigorifero con macchina per il ghiaccio, macchina per il caffè e tostapane insieme a un tavolo per la colazione a 4 posti. Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto nel soggiorno e in tutte le camere da letto per far circolare l'aria di raffreddamento CA.
Il garage doppio ha lavatrice e asciugatrice ed è anche la sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, air hockey, biliardino e freccette elettroniche.
La casa è un self-catering, tuttavia per comodità all'arrivo una quantità limitata di fazzoletti da bagno e saponi sarà disponibile nei bagni che non verranno sostituiti durante il soggiorno e sarà necessario acquistare i propri materiali per il resto della visita.
L'ingresso principale della casa è gestito da tastiera, quindi nessuna chiave persa o rotta dopo forse una lunga giornata nei parchi o appena tornata dai supermercati o dai ristoranti locali.

Great Place

The listing is very accurate. That being said It would have been more accommodating to have had some paper towels, more than one roll of tp! Overall it is a great place in a nice neighborhood.

Perfect Location for Disney!

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. The location is perfect! The longest we drove to a Diney location was 30min in heavy traffic. Lots of restaurants around and a Walmart. Only complaint we had is the beds need an upgrade! After walking all day a Disney they were rough to sleep on. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Amazing house & clean pool

This house and pool was everything I read about! Everything was clean, pool was nice and clean and warm. Very close to Walmart & other attractions. I would highly recommend as there was plenty of room and everything worked as it should. Andy, the owner, was pretty awesome with quick responses. I walked every morning around the block and it was very safe. You wont regret staying here. We didnt want to leave. Enjoy this beautiful home!

Awesome!!

This home is beautiful! Check in was a breeze, the beds were comfortable and it offered plenty of towels and extra blankets. The best part was the pack patio. The color changing lights in the pool really made all the difference. The view of the lake was also a nice feature. Our stay was very short so we did not get to enjoy the pool or the game room as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again! It’s a 45 minute ride to the airport, but only 15-20 minutes to Disney by Uber. So glad I found this listing!

Great stay

We had a great time on our vacation to Florida and staying in Andy’s home. He was very receptive to any questions I had and replied very fast- usually within the hour. Upon arrival, we realized the pucks were missing from the air hockey. He had replacements delivered to our door within two days. The house had everything we needed. The lights in the pool were fun for the kids swimming later during the day. I needed a pack n play for my son, and that was also waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Worth it

Everything was neat, roomy and pretty quiet. Great location but be prepared for 30-45 minutes of driving for desired restaurants and activities. It would be nice if there were at least basic necessities such as trash bags, broom, paper towels, dish soap, an extra blanket or two. I was excited for the pool table but it was not level and very dirty so hard to play on but entertained the teenagers. The master bed is quite hard and uncomfortable. Overall it was a great property.

The home was comfortable and spacious

I gave the review 5 stars as I know how important reviews are but there are a couple of items I was surprised by. This was our first time renting a home so maybe I had higher expectations. A couple of 'creature comforts' would have been appreciated - there was no more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dish soap (or other cleaning product), no paper towels, garbage bags were cheap and small. The bathroom amenities were awful chiclets of soap. The bedroom mattresses were a step up from a good air mattress. The home can sleep 10 people yet there weren't 10 bath towels in the home. Bath linen was stained and appeared old. Few beach towels - also old and stained. The home was 'company ready' clean but not clean enough for a new arrival. I may be biased as I work in hotels but the base boards were quite dirty in the bathroom (and other areas of the home); there was a razor cap from the previous guest in the shower, couches appeared to be very worn, one sink wouldn't drain (we couldn't get the stopper to come out of the drain). We did appreciate the coffee filters, hair dryers, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The washer and dryer was great as was the pool. Upgraded cable package from what we have at home. TV's in every room except for one. Pool table and air hockey table were great but never had a chance to use them. Pool was warm (for an extra fee). We would use homeaway again in future travels.

Roaches

This home while in a convenient location and plenty of space has a major roach problem.The first night I didn’t think anything of if when we only saw one alive a few dead but the back bedroom literally has roach feces all along the baseboards and then we kept finding live roaches everywhere one night alone we found 6 in the kitchen and one fell off the door frame onto one of our guests arms. We then kept finding them. The tub in the guest bathroom doesn’t drain and the faucet was on wrong the first night we only had hot or cold no in between and it burnt my skin - then we realized why and we fixed it ourselves. We tried to overlook some things but the sheets while they assured us were washed and changed could not possibly have been, hair was stuck to the pillow cases and sheets. We took photos of everything and sent them to the owner, he was apologetic and while they assured us the sheets were cleaned they had clearly been laid in and not washed. It doesn’t appear anyone went in the back bedroom to clean a thing and the front room we found dead roaches in the night stand and those sheets were also dirty they claimed a stain but when we washed them it came out. We had to throw out all our food as we weren’t taking any chances. The last night we had to spend shaking out every item of clothing and all of our bags as we did not want to take any additional unwanted “guests” home with us. I did email the property owner and he responded immediately and he said they had pest control in and sprayed the Tuesday before we arrived. I get it’s florida and occasionally one may get in but this is a roach problem and the feces alone not being cleaned up and underneath the master bathroom sink all sorts of droppings as well. This has been a problem for awhile and the cleaning crew and management company has clearly ignored this. It was not hard to see all of the feces it did not take searching for, if the place was cleaned as it should have been there wouldn’t have been that amount of droppings. There was a sanitary napkin in the couch, which we didn’t even notice until we saw it in a picture we took and then went to look to see what it was. The sink in the half bath drain was stuck down and we had to get something to lift the drain and then get under the sink and attach the sink plug the proper way as it was not connected.Alone, 1 or 2 of these minor things is no big deal but once so many things start to go wrong it’s enough to put a damper on your vacation

Nice Home

Good location, with some good stores close for groceries and eating out. Fair location for Disney - about 30 minutes in traffic, so not too bad. Home was very clean and well presented with great facilities. 8 of us stayed and enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Andy, the owner - great communication - would recommend!

OUR FLORIDA FAMILY HOLIDAY

Can only say this villa was perfect for our family holiday, all bedrooms were big with plenty of storage. Kitchen and living room area was also a good size, so with 8 of us there was still plenty of room for us all. The Villa is only 20 minutes away from the Disney parks, and close to so many other places. The pool was fantastic, while over looking the lake behind the property. We will be coming back in the future and will hope to stop here again,

Family vacation

We found this property in 2021 and went ahead and booked it due to the amount of bedrooms. The drive to Disney or beaches isn't bad at all. The price was fair for what you're getting. The kids loved the pool and air hockey. Overall when we come back to Florida we'll do our best to get this property again

This is a great distance from Disney world which is where we spent most of our time. Andy was very helpful to make sure our needs were taken care off and we were satisfied with everything.

Not clean

My wife is wrong a much longer, in detail review with photos, BUT. We had to clean up a bloody used bandaid off the kitchen floor, There was blood on the master bed sheets, blood on the living room wall above the TV, old food under the place mats on the table because moving them to clean is apparently very hard to do, and broken glass in the door jam leading out to the pool. Whoever cleaned this place did a HORRIBLE job and I feel a refund is required for how poorly this was cleaned. There was freakin BLOOD IN OUR BED AND ON OUR WALLS, as well as a bloody bandaid. Not only is that disgusting, but it’s dangerous to all guests staying in the house.

Great Property for DisneyWorld Stay

This 5 bedroom property is perfect for a family visiting DisneyWorld. Easily sleeps 10 people and the two kids rooms are nicely decorated with a Disney theme. No problems with anything and came with a starting supply of paper products and soaps. Plenty of towels available, including at least 4 pool towels. We paid for the pool to be heated which was invaluable because it was late October and we used the pool every evening with the grandkids Andy was very responsive to my many questions and an outstanding host. I highly recommend this property and host
