We had an amazing time. The property was very central and walking distance to the main sites of Rome. We ate at some of the local restaurants which were superb. We booked transport through the property which was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location
We stayed here over the New Year with 3 children. Plenty of space and everything you need for a short break in Rome. The apartment is 30 seconds walk from the Piazza Navona but really quiet at night! Having stayed in other parts of Rome I was concerned that being so close to the action it would be noisy at night but all of us slept perfectly, hearing very little noise at all.
We ate out every night as were only there a few days but there are facilities to cook and plenty of table space. Televisions in every room - children enjoyed watching Italian TV despite not understanding anything. Air con in every room but we didn't need that as it was January.
Oh and the most important part when you are travelling with pre teen children - excellent free WIFI! It handled all 5 of us with no issue whatsoever :)
We would definitely stay again.
Fabulous location and excellent hosts in a busy part of the old city.
The apartment was great for our group of 5. We were 4 young women aged 18-21 and myself (their mom/aunt, aged 54). Location was very convenient for walking to major sites and restaurants. And the hosts could not have been better - truly. Check in was very efficient and hosts were always quick to respond to questions. Only challenge was the noise at most hours- but we knew this would be the case based on other reviews. It is unavoidable in such a central location. With ear plugs and white noise apps on our phones we could sleep just fine. Just for the info of other travelers, the power was also a bit of a challenge as one had to be careful not to overload circuits with too many appliances at once. We were warned about this by our hosts however and once we followed the instructions properly and got used to it, we had no problem at all. Overall we are very happy we stayed at this apartment - it was clean rooms were spacious for Europe and very good value compared with other rentals in this location, and the outstanding hosts outweighed any small inconveniences for us.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Location is good
The apartment is sparsely and uncomfortably furnished, and it didn’t invite staying for long. As mentioned in the previous reviews, the location is ideal in one way, but very noisy in another. The communication and check-in went smoothly.
A perfect place for exploring the historical part of Rome, just steps away from the famous Piazza Navona. The host was very responsive, check-in was a breeze. The nearby streets can be a bit noisy at night due to the foot traffic and proximity of restaurants but this was never a problem. Lots of dining and shopping options around, a Carrefour store just a few blocks away. All major sites are within walking distance.
We had a great stay here. It is steps from Piazza Novona and made out sightseeing very easy via walking and/or finding taxi right nearby. My only feedback would be for families with younger kids, the area is very active at night and the sounds of the city (people, music, parties) were quite loud. If you are looking for a quiet place, I would suggest looking further away from some top sites. But...if you want to be right in the action and have a lively, easy access spot from which to explore Rome, this is perfect.
My family and I stayed during our visit to Rome and were very happy with Danielle’s apartment. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, good facilities, and a great location. I would recommend staying here if you want to be centrally located to the major sites and in the middle of great eating and night life.
Great experience and staff. Loud live music in bars below until 2am.

Sleepless Nights
I really wanted to like this place but simply couldn’t. The apartment is so old and is located next to restaurants and bars which played LOUD music until 2 AM each day. Each night, I would watch the clock and waited patiently for the restaurants to close to get any peace and quiet. Then when I actually could fall asleep, the trash trucks came at 4 AM, so literally, there were loud noises all night long. We stayed here for 3 nights and could not get a good night sleep at all. I did read the other reviews before booking, but I never thought the noises could be that LOUD. I even tried to sleep on the living room sofa to get away from the bedrooms near the streets, but the walls were paper thin and the sofa was so old and lumpy, I could not get comfortable. The linens on the beds were so basic, just sheets and a thin scratchy blanket. The 4 of us were absolutely miserable for 3 nights straight. The apartment really needs renovation and investments in good bedding and a new sofa to make it comfortable. Even the shower head fell off during a shower. The best thing about this place is that it has both a washer and dryer so we were able to do our laundry. I’m really sorry, but I will have bad memories of our time in Rome because of this accommodation.

Great stay in busy restaurant and shops area. A little noisy in mid evening. Like the convenience for walking to various sites.
This property had an ideal location in the city with excellent accommodations. The property manager was respectful and responsive to our questions via email.
Great stay. I can sleep through noise so it was no problem, but it can get very loud due to the restaurants downstairs. Even with the windows closed. Check in staff was very nice and tried his best to get to us even though there was a fire that delayed our stay. Responsive. Lights did go out, but it makes sense due to the age of the building. Simple switch downstairs fixed the problem. Thanks for the great stay!
Overall, this was a great find! Apartment is on the second floor so easy to carry up luggage. Each bedroom has its one A/C head so those rooms were very comfortable in the August heat. Antonio was very helpful and made our check in process simple and straightforward. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the two front bedrooms are noisy due to street noise and restaurant traffic. That being said, we would stay here again.
Great location and very nice Roman apartment. Plan for some earplugs because the restaurants in the street play some very loud music at night.

Take into consideration
We booked a 4 night stay and only lasted one night. The check in people are lovely, however, the cleaners had not come prior to check in so it was dirty. We then left our bags as instructed and walked around only to return with a bag missing. The communication was non existent except to call us a liar. The bag was returned the next day.
The building is very old so the power didn’t work well. It kept going off at the meter and it turned off at least 10 times within the first three hours before we left. No aircon or anything with no power.
Location is great but a 2 seat couch and 3 bedrooms is all it is (looks retrofitted)
Would not recommend if you want stability and aircon.
We loved our stay in this apartment near Piazza Navona! Friendly and helpful Adriano kindly offered early check-in and acquainted us with the apartment and area. Some initial paperwork and some extra fees to be aware of at check in.
Three comfy bedrooms, two with big beds and one with two singles, were perfect for our family of 4. A fully equipped kitchen, roomy bathroom with washer and dryer, sitting room with sofa and table for 4 made for a perfect home base!
Yes, the two front rooms hear the late night revelry from the street but you are in Rome…bring earplugs and a sound machine 😊 The water/dryer were a bit tricky simply because I don’t speak Italian, but worked great. Shower door leaked but I believe is being fixed.
We walked everywhere from the apartment: Vatican City, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Gallery, Palatine Hill, Aventine Keyhole & beyond. Walked 20,000-27,000 steps daily! Bring comfy shoes!
Plenty of places to eat right outside the door and on every charming cobblestoned street.
A note for non-walking travel: “FreeNow” is the app to use for booking taxis but be warned they often accept then cancel.
Great location - can walk to all the main attractions; flawless, friendly and organized check-in process. Comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
Me and 5 of my friends decided to stay here for spring break, and it was absolutely wonderful! We are all 19/20 and thought it was perfect! The location is great and the host was friendly and quick to respond when we needed him!
