Please note: Views to Casa Batlló are available from our Passeig de Gràcia A apartment. Paseo de Gracia B apartment has views to the backyard.

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

Excellent location and property was very nice and clean as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is the best in the city. Walking distance to everything great. The property was very clean and nicely done. My reason for only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because for our 5 night stay, they only give you one small roll of toilet paper! One pod for the washer and one for the dishwasher. Forcing you to go out and find a supermarket to buy more. Hardly convienent and not how one wants to spend a few nights in the city on vacation. How do 3 people all use one tiny roll of toilet papar for 5 days? Also, no paper towels or napkins in kitchen. One cloth towel. I never cooked here, but did want to have a few relatives from Barcelona come in and enjoy some champagne and some tapas I bought, which is why I rented a condo instead of a hotel, so I wouldn't have to go to all of their individual homes. They only had stocked 2 cheap wine glasses in the kitchen. That's it. Only about 4 short juice glasses. That's ridiculous. I didn't have enough for everyone. And it was embarrassing. Also no soap in the bathroom. One small towel per person for all 5 days. When I did call on that the first day, I was told I would have to pay 5 euros more to rent each extra towel. When I balked at that they did come and leave 3 extra without charge. (I hadn't realized about the soap, t p. Or glasses at that time, and didn't want to call again). Also, not enough hot water for 3 short showers. Plus, this is listed as sleeps five. One double bed and two twins is all it had, so unless you're going to put 3 in the double I would only say it sleeps 4. Honestly, I would stay here again, but I really think these issues should be handled for guests in the future. The second place we went after our stay in Barcelona had beautiful glassware, plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap etc. It's kind of expected not to have to go out of your way to buy those items.

Close to la Rambla

The Apartment was excellent, very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The location is excellent and central to many restaurants and cafes. La Rambla only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend a stay at this Apartment.
