Céntrico apartamento ubicado junto a Plaza Cataluña, desde el que podrá disfrutar de la comodidad de estar en el mismo centro de la ciudad, pero en el que gozará de una total tranquilidad y donde podrá sentirse un autentico Barcelonés. El apartamento está completamente equipado, por lo que podrá satisfacer todas sus necesidades ya viaje por placer o por negocios. El piso consta de 3 habitaciones dobles y dos baños completos, además de un salón-comedor muy luminoso y una cocina equipada. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción, además de conexión wifi gratuita.

- Check-out hasta las 11h
- El apartamento es no fumador
- Fiestas no autorizadas dentro de la propiedad
- Cargos extras:
- Tasa turística 10,45€ por persona y noche (máximo 7 noches).

Excellent Location and Apartment

Quiet even tho it’s on a major street in the heart of the action in Barcelona. Wonderful windows and cozy living space. The washer and dryer were a bonus.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city

This apartment is clean and centrally located. The kitchen is well appointed. There is plenty of space for a family to relax. Although the apartment is in a busy area of the city, the windows are excellent and noise is not an issue at all.

Location: Central Perks

We spent a little over a week at this location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The location is near Las Ramblas. Taxi, metro, train are all within a block. The set up is unique, beautiful and spacious for four of us. Concierge was very helpful and friendly. Would come back again.

Wonderful Barcelona Experience

Traveled to Barcelona with my two adult sons to watch some Spanish futbol. The apartment was just as described - overlooking Plaça de Catalunya, kitchen was well appointed, very comfortable and clean. Close to the old town and major sights. Very bustling part of the city but the apartment was quiet at night. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommended this apartment for a family or small group.

Wonderful Place!

Such an amazing location! Right next to Placa de Catalunya and Las Ramblas, couldn't ask for a better one. Check-in and communication was excellent. The amenities were wonderful including a nice welcome basket, such a nice welcome! We loved having a washing machine and dryer, it is so rare to find a dryer in Europe. We had plenty of space and storage for the five of us. And there is everything you need in the kitchen. Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location

My family (45+yrs old) of 5 stayed here in Jan. It is located in a great part of the city with 1 min walk to metro station. Next door is a small market where we purchased water and snacks. The property management was great with easy check-in and rapid response to questions. It has a great street view. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening teas looking out onto the street. Washing machine and dryer (separate machines) were very convenient. An item to fix would be the secondary bathroom's shower head. We were happy with our stay.

Large 3 Bedroom/2bath apartment in a fantastic location with all the amenities!

First trip to Barcelona and was unfamiliar with the city. Just knew we needed to be near the Gothic district. This apartment made exploring the City so convenient. Whether on foot, taxi, bus or Metro, so many historical sites were accessible. The You Stylish team was great in communicating with us prior to and during our stay. They also provided a welcome basket with a few essentials when upon arrival! Coffee, juice, milk, bottle of wine and some snacks. Very thoughtful!

Great location! Arrival experience could use some help

The apartment itself is beautiful and in an amazing location. But, on our first day, the agent made us wait till precisely 3:00 pm, even though they knew we were arriving at 2:00 pm with two kids. Only THEN did they tell us that the elevator wasn't working. We had to take eight heavy bags up four flights of stairs. When we asked the agent to get help, she said there wasn't any. If they KNEW the elevator wasn't working, they could have had a couple of strong folks ready to help us. That left us pretty distraught for the first afternoon, but, eventually, we began to enjoy the great location in Barcelona.

Please note that our standard check in time is at 15:00 pm -if the apartment is ready before that time we are always glad to perform an earlier check in but it is not always possible since the apartment needs to be thoroughly cleaned-. Regarding the issue with the elevator we were not aware of this situation until we got to the apartment. It seems it ceased to work around the time you arrived since our cleaning team did not report it to us when they got to the apartment at midday. Barcelona in October 2024

Property location was exceptional close to restaurants and anything else you could want or need including a supermarket which was perfect for getting apartment fridge filled during our stay. The four of us all had 120 hour Barcelona Cards which came with a separate card for riding the subway and other mass transit systems. There are subway stations all over the city and we used the transit cards 8-10 times a day every day of our 8 day stay. I haven’t added up all the costs of the museums we visited and subway fares, but the convenience was worth the cost. My only suggestions for the apartment owners would be to have some dish washing sponges, paper towels, and extra trash bags onsite because we had to buy these items at the supermarket. There was a welcome bag onsite which included a bag of coffee which we made every morning before going out. There was also a neighbor in the adjoining apartment who did have some loud screaming episodes in the middle of the night. We only passed him once in the hallway outside the apartment and he was harmless but his apartment was next to our back bedroom and it did wake us up a few times but otherwise was nothing other than a nuisance.

Perfect location for our Barcelona vacation

Great apartment in a central location, perfect for our trip which was combined work & vacation. Located just off The Rambla the building is safe and quiet with a charming Doorman always ready with a friendly greeting when we were coming and going. Close to Metra, taxi rank and shopping. Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of storage, exactly as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Our YouStylish representative was very friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Nice, large apartment in great location. Minor flaws.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Beds comfortable. A/C great. WiFi great. Bathrooms and showers great. Building is safe, nice and in a great central location. Check in was easy. Greeter from your stylish was efficient and spoke excellent English. Apartment was not as well equipped as I would have hoped for the price. Starters for kitchen such as foil, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, etc. would have been thoughtful. Most travelers probably eat out more, but a few kitchen starters would help. There are many markets nearby. You would expect the cooking oil we left to remain for next guests. Pictures make it look a bit more luxurious than reality, but still excellent. Slightly overpriced, but we did travel in high season.
