Partanna - Mondello vacation rentals

Our stay was wonderful! This was a beautiful location only steps to the beach and within walking distance to a charming seaside area in an historically and architecturally significant home. The off street parking was easy and convenient. Our host Francesco and his wife were so kind and gracious. They gave us a tour of their stunning home, advised us about local fare, sites to see, bus navigation… They thought of everything to make us feel welcome and at home. We arrived as strangers and parted as friends. Thank you!

We were a family of grandparents, parents, and Anson uncles and 2 children 4 and 2. The place was clean, but had minimal mentalities when we arrived. For nine people there was insufficient hot water for everyone to take a shower at night. We also could not figure out how to work the televisions and there were no directions in the house rules. But all in all it was a great place to stay and we would rent it again just knowing what additional things we had to bring.

The house was perfect for our family and we loved the location. Short walk to the beach and town! The dinner prepared by Daniela and her husband was some of the best Sicilian food I’ve ever had ( and Im Sicilian!) Our guide Josie was wonderful too. Our only complaint was the garbage system. They use very small cans that have to be taken out every night.

Loved the seclusion! Private path to the ocean! Quiet! A rare find but hard to find 🤔😁 very much worth the effort ❤️

We enjoyed seeing the west side of sicily

If you decide to visit Sicily and spend most of vacation on the Mondello beach, this place will be a perfect choice! Property is located close to literally everything: beach, restaurants, shops and buses. It is well equipped, clean, modern and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. We really enjoyed to spend our mornings on the balcony. It is spacious and suitable for sunbathing or relaxing with a glass of wine. Giulia was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. We enjoyed our vacation and will be happy to stay there again. The house is perfect for a large family. We were 8 and felt at home in this comfortable, great location house. The owner was welcoming and helpful whenever we asked. We highly recommend this property.

Family of 4 stayed in July 2022. I was a little worried since there wasn't a ton of reviews, but very happy we stayed here and Rosalie had great communication with us. I would definitely stay here again. Our flight into Palermo was delayed, and Rosalie and her husband were fine checking us in at about 930pm. She even had a plate of Sicilian snacks for us, fruit, and bottled water which was awesome after a long day of travel. The pictures are accurate but it looks even better in person. Kitchen is well stocked even with an espresso machine. We did laundry a few times and dried our clothes on the porch. The rooftop is huge and a great place to eat or have a glass of wine. There is a rock beach across the street, and the sandy Mondello Beach is about a 15min walk down the road. There are several beach clubs within walking distance as well. There is a market and a few restaurants within a 5min walk, and several more restaurants by Mondello Beach. We did run too many electrical items at once one day and they came over within about 15 minutes to show us how to flip the circuit breaker. There was also a lot of barking dogs in the area that got a lil annoying at 5am... Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again if coming to the area.
