Located in the very popular Residencial Puerto Estepona building with a private parking space in an underground garage for a small car. Within the apartment, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The twin room has two single beds and direct access to the balcony. The balcony has a dining table for four and two relaxer chairs, plus the lovely sea views over the harbour. The limited kitchen has a two ring hob, washing machine and microwave plus a fridge/freezer. The lounge area provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection along with an international TV package including Sky. An ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.

Nice apartment with pleasant views across the port. Convenient to the facilities in the port and about a 20 min stroll into the Old Town. The apartment was well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was serviced regularly and promptly and the agents were willing and helpful.
This was our regular winter month away somewhere in the sun and it has to rank as one of the nicest.
Highly recommended with only one criticism. The front door lock was a constant source of irritation and needs sorting. If you are arriving outside office hours make sure you get someone to meet you and let you in

Disappointing
First impression was of a shabby front door to the apartment. On looking around the apartment it had a general feel of shabbiness. The balcony only had three useable chairs at the table and two loungers, one of which was fine but the other was filthy. The larger sofa in the sitting room had a tear in the back. The kitchen hot plate back ring was filthy and the old microwave had sticky buttons. Very limited cutlery. Light bulbs not working in bathrooms and bedroom. Clearly no prior checks regarding correct functioning of these and air-con handsets of which only one out of three worked (batteries probably needed replacing). Lastly, to have only one toilet roll in each bathroom and being told we would need to buy our own if that’s insufficient seemed very penny pinching. Overall, for the money paid to rent the apartment for two weeks it represented poor value for money. With a little bit of effort and money spent by the owner it could have provided a much better experience for us.

Buena ubicación y amplio, pero sucio, terraza grande y cochera inutilizable
Die Wohnung ist schön groß und gut geschnitten. Obwohl die Küche extrem klein ist, kann man sie sehr gut nutzen. Es ist alles gut organisiert und es sind ausreichend Töpfe, Geschirr etc vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Tag darin gekocht und diese Küche wirklich sehr oft genutzt.
Der Balkon ist traumhaft schön.
Die Dach Terrasse konnten wir leider wegen der aggressiven Möwen nicht nutzen. Man wurde direkt von den Möwen angegriffen, sobald man das Dach betreten hat.
Der Pool war leider sehr kalt und nicht so sauber, daher haben wir ihn nur einmal benutzt.
Man ist in ca 5-8 min zu Fuß an einer schönen Sandstrand Bucht. In die Altstadt braucht man ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist alles in Estepona super zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars sind in direkter Umgebung.
Wahrscheinlich ist es eigentlich eine ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Genau in unserem Zeitraum haben Bauarbeiten in 2 Wohnungen stattgefunden, sodass wir leider jeden Tag Baulärm hatten.
Wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit dort und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
The property was situated 5 minutes from the main leisure centre. It was about 15 minutes to the old town. The property was on the top floor overlooking the harbour and pool. The property was clean but required some updating and if you have a large car parking can be tricky. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cet appartement d Estepona. L'emplacement est en plein port et tout peut se faire a pied.
Les bémols:
La terrasse du Roof Top n est pas top comparé aux photos et n est pas privative. L'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout et le balai était très sale.
Le reste était sommaire et faisait l affaire.
Points positifs:
Nous avons été ravie de la vue chaques jours et le check in s est fait tout en Francais avec d excellentes explications.
