The property was so much better in person than in the advertisement. You can just feel the luxurious setting you’re in as soon as you step foot onto the resort. The staff and personnel of the resort are very professional and kind. The surrounding area is also very private and safe. Definitely worth the price and would stay again.

Great getaway spot

The property is top notch. Three great bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Located well in the overall property. Very clean. Everything worked. The patio space was amazing. Great views of the resort and the ocean. Quiet and restful.

Perfect, relaxing vacation in beautiful Nuevo!

The beautiful space was exactly what we needed to escape the rainy, cold Northwest. It was much larger than we anticipated, the pool has a fully-serviced bar/restaurant for most of the day (food and drinks are very reasonable and delicious), the location couldn't be better - close to the beach, a short walk to Bucarias and a short drive/ride to Sayulita or Puerto Vallarta. The staff at the resort are amazing and always go the extra mile making you feel special at every turn. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again for my next Mexico trip. Thank you!!

Wonderful 3 bedroom unit- home away from home!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Estancia. This newly remodeled unit was exactly as advertised. The property manager was always rapid to respond to questions and concerns. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to feel like home. Villa Estancia staff are incredible and restaurants are delicious. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids and grandparents.Check in process was slow and we needed to pay close attention to the additional fees.My only recommendation for the owner is to update the pillows on the beds as they are worn out and need to be replaced.

Summer vacation

The room, property, and grounds were beautiful. Perfect if you just want to chill. Not much else going on for activities but the beach, pool, and gym were fantastic. Perhaps during higher season there may have been more going on. We mostly cooked our own meals and went to a couple of restaurants in Bucerias. The restaurants here were nothing special/overpriced.

beautiful and relaxing

This condo is not only steps from the beach but also steps from the pool, great dining options, spa services, and workout facilities. The owners helped us coordinate our transportation from the airport and had helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and beach towns worth visiting, like Bucerias and Sayulita. Our condo was open and inviting with unobstructed views of the pool and ocean- both from inside the unit and on the expansive balcony. The grounds are spacious and the property is quiet and so relaxing. I will definitely rent from these owners again and highly recommend this property.

Great location for beach vacation!

Took a week vacation with my wife & friends & their young kids. Was our 3rd visit here. Perfect location and resort pool is great for relaxing or just a couple of steps away is the beach. Unit is comfortable with view over the pool and ocean. Plan to stay again.

I stayed in the studio and could not have been happier. The unit was large, tidy, and had views overlooking the pool and ocean in two directions! It had everything you would want and then some - a super comfortable bed, bath, shower, TV, and verandas. The property is very well-maintained and everyone who works there is extremely accommodating. The pool is glorious and the beach is literally right beyond the pool. The owners helped us with transportation and restaurant recommendations and were very nice. Muchas gracias!

Great Experience

We have come down to Puerto Vallarta for the last ten years and most often stay at Villa La Estancia. This property is well maintained and managed. It was as usual perfect in many ways. We brought our son and daughter in law and her parents. They absolutely loved it and now they will be coming back. This property location is very convenient for all things you want to do. Not too high but high enough for good view. I like to take the stairs for exercise and the third floor is easy to do. I like that with the third bedroom you actually have two master bedrooms as well as a room with 2 queens. The one master being extremely private from the rest with its own entrance.The staff take such great care to make you feel special and it shows in everything you see and do there. It is well worth the trip! This was a very convenient location on the property to get around. The property owners and manager were wonderful to work with!
