My Space Barcelona welcomes you to Barcelona!

Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 80 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30 € / day).

This comfortable apartment of approximately 90 sqm is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for 30 € / day. Located near the Muntaner metro station, you will enjoy easy access to public transportation and Barcelona's various points of interest.

The apartment has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a nice terrace, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, in each apartment. In addition, if you are a group of more than 6 people there is the possibility of requesting the rental of more apartments in the same building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob. In addition, we have included an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer to ensure your comfort. In addition, you will have free Wi-Fi access during your stay in Barcelona.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

l'hébergement qui nous a été confié n'est pas celui qui nous avait été stipulé dans la réservation et l'information ne nous a été transmise que parce que je m'en suis aperçue en récupérant le contrat ! et pas du tout dans le même quartier ! Il était , soi-disant, "better" mais la qualité des prestations n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions aux vues du prix payé pour la semaine de location . Nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée que les stores des chambres ne pouvaient pas s'ouvrir donc on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres non plus.... et nous n'avons eu aucune intervention ni suivi de notre demande. J'ai sollicité une compensation mais rien ne nous a été proposé. Les bondes des baignoires et bidet n'étaient pas compatibles avec le système d’évacuation, il n'y avait que très peu de vaisselle, .... Par ailleurs il y avait énormément de bruit des voisins chaque nuit et jusqu'à pas d'heure ce qui nous a empêché de dormir

Nice neighborhood but rundown apartment not exactly like the pictures

This agency is managing several apartments in the building, hence the listing often still being on VRBO after you rented it (for same dates). The apartment was definitely not the one on the listing, not as clean and fancy! It's rundown and you can tell it's heavily rented. The couch had a big hole, bathroom's lights were flickering or not working at all, furniture were damaged, water leaks on ceiling....etc. The most problematic for us was to get our deposit back. It was supposed to take about 10 days but it took 5 emails and some phone calls to finally hear from the agency 3 weeks later saying they had processed it. Shady! Apart from that, the building is fine, the neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close to restaurants and shops.

Needs serious maintenance

The arrival was well coordinated. However when we arrive to the apparent, the sofa, the walls were really run down and dirty. We cleaned the floor and leaving room as it was filthy. We asked for another apartment but nothing available. The kitchen is poorly equipped and falling apart. The door to the freezer is detached. The microwave came off as soon as we pushed the button to open it. It worked finally. For the silverware, it had only 2 knives… but the listing says it sleeps 6 … which it will be very uncomfortable 6 as it has 1 doble bed and 2 small singles. We were 3 so that did not affect us. The price way too high for the actual standard.

For the price, in the center of Barcelona and with the facilities and equipment it has a 10/10. The best place in Barcelona where we have been to spend a few days. Super recommended.
