Maison moderne avec une vue imprenable pour 10 personnes

La maison a un design moderne et élégant. Il est réparti sur trois étages.
Les couloirs et les espaces de vie ont des planchers en bois, les chambres sont recouvertes de moquette pour une sensation plus confortable. La maison a: chauffage au sol facilement contrĂŽlable, adoucisseur d'eau et eau chaude constante.

En entrant au rez-de-chaussée, il y a: un cellier, un local à chaussures et de grands patÚres dans l'utilitaire.
La buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse; il y a une porte sur un jardin arriÚre clos.

Il y a deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée avec lits super king-size zip et lien. Une chambre a une armoire et une télévision, les deux ont des tiroirs de chevet, une commode et des salles de douche privatives.

Au premier étage, il y a un WC et une porte extérieure pour accÚs latéral. Cet étage a une chambre. Celui-ci dispose d'un lit super king-size zippé et lien et d'une télévision. Il dispose également d'une salle d'eau privative et d'un espace de rangement.

Le salon décloisonné comprend une cuisine blanche moderne avec des surfaces en granit noir, un four double, un réfrigérateur-congélateur américain avec eau filtrée et machine à glaçons, Nespresso, micro-ondes et un grille-pain à 6 fentes. Il y a un ßlot de cuisine avec cuisiniÚre à gaz et bar pour le petit-déjeuner. La table a des feuilles extensibles pouvant accueillir 12 personnes.

Le salon est spacieux et moderne avec des canapĂ©s en cuir noir et un poĂȘle Ă  bois. Il y a un tĂ©lĂ©viseur 65 "et un haut-parleur sonos. Les portes coulissantes en verre vous mĂšnent Ă  un balcon avec des siĂšges confortables vous permettant de profiter au maximum des belles vues Solent.

Dehors, il y a: un magasin de bois pour le poĂȘle Ă  bois, une table, des chaises et un barbecue pour les repas en plein air quand le soleil est levĂ©.

Au deuxiÚme étage, il y a une suite parentale avec un lit super king-size, des armoires spacieuses et une salle de bains privative. De l'autre cÎté se trouve une chambre d'enfants spacieuse avec un lit superposé et deux lits simples, une télévision de 42 pouces et une salle d'eau privative.

Un dernier étage de plus, ouvrez le toit en verre électrique et montez sur la terrasse sur le toit que vous pouvez voir à travers East Cowes, le spi, Southampton et la New forest. Profitez de votre apéritif sur le lit de repos, puis regardez les étoiles sortir ...

A truly amazing rental a short walk from central Cowes. Everything about this was high quality, from the main kitchen and living space, to the bedrooms and the outdoor seating (a choice of 3 balconies!!). The view out onto the Solent is never boring and we were blessed with great weather. Marian the host was super helpful, sending us a video message of how to access the property as well as guidance a places to visit. I cannot recommend highly enough
we will be back.

Modern house with great views

Perfect accommodation for family group aged between four and 80 years old. Lots of stairs to consider plus on a steep hill but with great views and level of comfort.

Island family getaway

This fabulous house was perfect for a multi-generational getaway. Amazing sea views and a perfect range of balconies and roof terraces for admiring the boats and yachts sailing by. Everything in the house was top quality and stylish. The property owner could not have been more helpful and made our holiday experience run smoothly - thank you, Marian.

Summer Break

We had the whole family, Grandparents, Parents, and Grandchildren stay. The house easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had their own bathroom. We cooked in 6 out of 7 nights, so the huge kitchen and plentiful appliances were heavily used. We Bar B Q'd one night. House is within walking distance of the busy Cowes downtown. We found many different things to do for the whole family. House is as clean and modern as the photos show. Highly recommend. And Marian is an attentive and very helpful host!

Perfect location for stunning property

We were absolutely blown away with how amazing this property is. The location close to Cowes is perfect and such stunning views there is so much to recommend the house/garden etc. don't really know where to start. Cleanliness, facilities, comfort all added to our enjoyment. We were a family of 9 celebrating my husband's 70th birthday and I can honestly say I couldn't have found a better property in the perfect location. The owner has thought of everything and the whole experience was faultless. We will definitely go back.

What a view!

Just returned from a super stay here. A great house for our 3 generation family, plenty of space, equipment and brilliant Wifi! Marian goes the extra mile with the welcome in her house and communication before, during and since has been excellent. We would definitely recommend Marian and this property.

Absolutely Perfect!

We were a group of friends having our annual trip away together. The house is beautiful, in a superb location within walking distance of the seafront, shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme and very well equipped. Marian our host was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. It was all absolutely perfect!

Wow, where do I start! Marian was the most amazing host, from booking to check in. I have never stayed at a property before where it was literally home from home with equipment. Stunning house in a stunning location

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful house. The house worked brilliantly for 12 of us from a baby through to Grandparents. The facilities are exceptional and the house design brilliant. The views from all levels, especially the roof deck, were stunning. We could not have asked for more.

Beautiful property in a stunning location

Our stay at this property was perfect from start to finish. Communication with the host before our stay was excellent and questions were answered quickly. On arrival at the property we were overwhelmed by how well stocked everything was, and the beautiful views were just breath taking. The decor was immaculate and the cleanliness could not be faulted. The close location to the beach meant an evening swim was the perfect end to the day and the short 15 minute walk into Cowes for morning coffee was a lovely start. Cannot rate this property highly enough.

Beautiful modern house in Egypt Hill, Cowes

Perfect for our family group - spacious very well equipped kitchen , large lounge area with fabulous views over the Solent - 5 bedrooms en-suite and the master was very special again with fabulous views loads of wardrobe space with a dressing area and very large en-suite. The garden didn’t have a great deal of usable space but had a quality BBQ which was important to us and there was enough room for all of us around the garden table. Would certainly recommend.

60th birthday celebrations

Edenrise was the perfect place to stay for all 12 of us to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. Marian was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had everything we needed. The house is amazing, the kitchen is so well equipped for cooking meals for all of us and the layout of the room and kitchen means the whole family were involved with preparing as well as eating !!! and while dining you can enjoy the fabulous views over looking the Solent, there really is no need to eat anywhere else. To top it all the balcony in the main room and the roof terrace are set up with comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine and views. Our stay was late October and Marian had left the bbq out for us which made a lovely evening for us when we all enjoyed an early Halloween evening together. I can only say if you want a perfect place to stay in the Isle of Wight and have everything you need including the most attentive host then book Edenrise you will not be disappointed
 it was a perfect holiday with all the family.

Grew up in London, previously a nurse and a midwife now really enjoying hosting. In the summer we have a boat which is great fun and I like to picnic, swim, wakeboard and paddle board., in the winter i love to go on long walks and watch films or eat out.

I have set the house up the way i like to holiday, i prefer homes to hotels and i always forget something so i have tried to think of everything you need to get you going. The house has terrific views i just enjoy sitting watching the sail boats go by or the beautiful sunsets.
The house is great for a carefree holiday easy to keep clean and orderly.

The sea views are really expansive , there is a great deal of social outside space on roof terrace, balconies, patio and the garden. The house is excellent for family and friend groups, there is the privacy of your own space plus social areas good for gathering.
