Loft jeune et romantique au centre-ville de Ravenne 2 lits, zone piétonne

Loft dans le centre-ville, jeune, romantique et fonctionnel, parfait pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la commodité de la ville, à quelques mètres de la gare. Et « séjour avec coin cuisine, salle de bains avec douche et lave-linge, chambre en mezzanine.
Aux termes de maison tous les principaux services (bar, pizzeria, boulangerie, magasins). Les monuments de l'Unesco sont à distance de marche.
L'appartement est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Il est situé dans le centre-ville, zone piétonne, est donc pas permis l'accès aux voitures. Lors de la réservation, nous recommanderons les parcs de stationnement les plus proches. L'appartement est à l'usage exclusif des clients.
La gare se trouve à 500 mètres de l'appartement. De la gare laisser également tous les bus, la destination de la mer, de classe ou Mirabilandia.
Dans la zone piétonne, la maison, vous trouverez toutes les principales commodités comme des bars, pizzerias, boulangerie, supermarché, magasins de toutes sortes. Tous les monuments du patrimoine de l'Unesco (à l'exception de la basilique Saint-Apollinaire in Classe, une classe) sont à distance de marche.

The host communicated well. The man who met me did a nice job of explaining the apartment. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and safe. It was close to the train station, a grocery, and several restaurants. The washer was helpful. I was very pleased with my stay there. Thanks!

Very enjoyable stay

An immaculate small apartment in the centre of Ravenna. Ideal for visiting the Unesco heritage sites. We went to all 8 over three days. Host gave very clear instructions by WhatsApp about letting ourselves in and suggested a restaurant when we asked.

This apartment is charming. The loft with its angled ceiling makes it tricky to move around, but the bed was comfortable and amenities good. The location is loud because it’s in the city but it was easy to walk to several of the cities special sites. It’s a short walk from the train station and we walked everywhere else we went. The host made sure we found the apartment and talked us through all of the details. The apartment is clean and well supplied, and the washing machine was a bonus (though could use a demonstration because it is unlike any we have used and in has instructions only in Italian. The noise of the location and loft shape is why we have it 4-5 stars, but we did enjoy our stay overall.

Ravenna - churches of mosaics

We went to Ravenna to see the mosaics in the churches. This location was perfect for that! The air conditioning unit in the bedroom made our sleeping very pleasant, as did the bed comfort. As travelers, we definitely appreciated the washing machine; these allow us to travel lightly. At 6'4" tall, the bedroom section away from the bed was short as the ceiling is slanted, but it was not an inconvenience - I have learned to duck in Italy when needed (many places have had ceiling beams or short doors I needed to avoid!). The host was great at communicating and providing directions to her vrbo. Great stay!

Ravenna the city of mosaics

It was like the best of old times! Stefania was there when we arrived, she gave us a tour of the apartment, she gave us details about the things we wanted to visit, she provide a map with the places that we want to visit and also with the groceries stores and restaurants around. There were some sweets and biscuits and water just in case we needed before going to dinner. She answered the phone when we need instructions about the washing machine. She put us in touch with a taxi driver that took us to Ferrara, because the trains did not run because of the flooding. It was how we were treated 10-12 years ago when we started using these kind of services. The apartment was exactly as described. The human touch was absolutely incredible. Obviously I warmly recommend the place.

Da dimenticare

Struttura pessima sporca e maleodorante.Nella camera da letto è posizionata la caldaia a gas che emanava una puzza di gas nauseante oltre ad essere molto rumorosa e non fa dormire.Il letto matrimoniale in realtà è un divano letto scomodissimo con un materasso sottile. In generale la casa è sporca e piena di polvere. Le finestre sono vecchie e si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dall'esterno.

Il "signore" in questione era a caccia di scuse per ottenere un soggiorno gratuito, cosa che non ha ottenuto essendo ritenute false le sue dichiarazioni ( non esiste divano letto in casa , gli infissi hanno doppio vetro e la caldaia ha 5 anni e perfettamente funzionante e manutentata ogni anno, per non parlare della pulizia dove abbiamo il massimo del punteggio su tutti i portali). Il suo pessimo punteggio come ospite ne è una conferma , a differenza nostra che abbiamo il massimo dei punteggi in tutte le nostre strutture . In bocca al lupo per la vostra prossima prenotazione, dubito che vi accoglieranno volentieri .

Typisch italienisch

Die Lage der FW ist perfekt. Sie liegt mitten in der Stadt. Man hat Ravenna ... die Marktstände, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Menschen... direkt vor der Haustür. Und in wenigen Minuten ist man am Bahnhof. Störend ist leider die Heizungsanlage direkt neben dem Bett.

Amazing apartment with great hospitality

I can't say enough good things about Stefania and her apartment. I was having difficulty arranging transportation from Siena to Ravenna (phone/internet problems) and when I messaged her about my dilemma she quickly found a solution. The location of the apartment could not have been better for me. It is located in the pedestrian only town center. I instantly felt immersed in the beautiful culture of Ravenna - just by opening the windows I could see all of the foot traffic, from kids racing to school on their bikes, to moms with strollers window shopping. I felt very secure with an outdoor key, and inner locked gate and my own door key. This was a perfect place for an extended stay - with close proximity to grocery stores, banks, shopping and lots of places to enjoy the great Italian cuisine. The apartment was exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and cookware which came in handy for preparing food at home. It was perfect for my stay. I can't wait to come back!

Un apartament molt ben situat, cèntric, proper a parquing públic, amb serveis a la vora, i potser amb alguna petita deficiència a la dutxa fàcil de resoldre. Molt ben equipat per passar uns dies a Ravenna. I sobre tot, la Stefania una propietària excel·lent i sempre atenta als teus precs.
