Great apartment with lovely host

Located close to the train station and several bus stops. Very clean and spacious apartment with a well equiped kitchen and very helpful host. Recommendable!

Enormous apartment, with sun terrace, in a beautiful location.

Very large, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, quality TV good shower. Quiet location near both the railway station and the old town. Stefania checked me in and is a charming woman. She commands the English language excellently. She gave me loads of help and tips, responding very quickly to my messages. I loved Ravenna and hope to return one day. If you stay here, do visit Crsanatoco. A charming Fishing port.

Comfortable

Apartment - confortável and spacious. Parking - only for small car, as the parking places are very narrow. WiFi - good. Location - close to train station, so often you would see strange people, but we had no problems. 5 minute walk to the center of Ravenna.

Fabulous hosts and location

The charming apartment looks out toward the Palace of Theodoric on one side and a field on the other side surrounded by shade trees. There is a large patio to watch the sky at dusk and the stars at night. The inside is comfortable and immaculate with all that is needed in the kitchen. We cooked several meals. The space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was more than adequate for our needs. Best of all is the friendliness of our host Stefania and her sister-in-law Federica. They were always available by text or phone to help us with something like running the washing machine. The apartment is central and within easy walking distance to all the UNESCO sites. Thank you to Ravenna and to our hosts. We had a wonderful time.

Ravenna retreat

I spent 4 nights here in May 2024. What a gem! Spacious, quiet, well appointed and immaculately presented, this apartment is in a quiet, safe residential area that backs onto one of the main basilicas famous for its mosaics. All of the major sites are reachable on foot 10-15 minutes and there is a small supermarket about 3 minutes’ walk around the corner. The apartment has a large terrace the overlooks a small park that in the spring is wildflower meadow. A large neighbouring house has an enormous garden filled with beautiful birds and mostly that is all you can here, as the apartment complex is tucked away in a gated community. There is a parking spot provided, but if you have a large vehicle, you might need to use one of the three free spots just outside the main gate at the end of the street. I found this apartment excellent in so many ways, such as if you wanted to pop home for lunch and rest before exploring further. Communication with Stefania and Niccolò was great and they were very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect base for visiting mosaics

Stefania's apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. It was close to the train station and within walking distance of all the churches with mosaics. The check-in process was efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also took the #4 bus to see Sant'Appollinaire en Classe which was 8 km outside Ravenna. Purchase bus tickets at the bus office next to the train station.

große Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Stefania war auch wegen einer Rückfrage telephonisch zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, verfügt über einen gesicherten Parkplatz und ist relativ umfassend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. sollte das durchgesessene Sofa ausgetauscht werden. Die zwei Einzelbetten sind ein Etagenbett in einem kleinen Zimmer. Sehr angenehm war der überdachte Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bars und Restaurants nicht weit entfernt, Sehenswürdigkeiten auch schon einige direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Was uns sehr gestört hat: Die Bewohner der Wohnung in der Etage darüber waren sehr laut, fast täglich bis nach Mitternacht. Das war besonders unangenehm, da sich ihr Wohnzimmer direkt über dem Schlafzimmer der Ferienwohnung befindet.

Appartement très grand, très bien situé, très agréable. En plein centre, à deux pas de tous les sites (sauf un, mais le bus est à cent mètres). Terrasse qui donne sur le verdure. Parking sécurisé.

Grand appartement idéalement placé et bien équipé dans une résidence calme avec parking sécurisé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé à Ravenna. L'appartement se situe hors de la zone de circulation limitée et possède un emplacement de parking sécurisé. La circulation dans Ravenna pour visiter les différents monuments se fait à pieds sans problème. L'appartement est grand et peut aisément loger 4 personnes, au 1er étage d'une résidence très calme et bénéficie d'un accès privé et direct. Nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes sans être gêner par aucun bruit. L'appartement possède une grande terrasse et est très bien équipé. Il manque juste le lave-linge pour en faire un logement parfait. Le contact avec Stefania était parfait, lors de la réservation et aussi à notre arrivée. L'explication des clés et de tous les détails ne nous a posé aucun problème. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour tous ceux qui souhaiteraient découvrir Ravenna et ses magnifiques mosaïques ainsi que les environs.
