フィンカは海岸沿いのラス マリナス通りにあります。家は約4,500平方メートルの敷地の裏にあり、テラスとプールは家の南側にあります。通りに面して芝生、ヤシの木、オレンジの木がある大きな庭があります。

一部はデニア、一部はエルス ポブレッツに属する美しい住宅街は、さまざまなビーチが特徴です。ヴィラから約150メートルのところに砂浜があります。このビーチは、デニアの反対側まで続く、1 km に渡る純粋な砂浜です。農園の左約 500 メートルのところに 2 km の小石のビーチがあり、その後に美しい長い砂丘のビーチが続きます。あらゆるウォーター スポーツに最適です。

近くには、デニア、アルテア、ハベア、ベニサ、ガンディアなどの興味深い都市があります。

アリカンテ空港は 90 km 離れており、バレンシアは 85 km 離れています。

レストランやショッピングは角を曲がったところにあり、もちろんデニアの 7 km 先にあります。

Extremely convenient location . 15 minutes by car to the centre of Denia Literally 2 minutes to a wonderful clean beach. There is a convenient small supermarket around the corner and 2 restaurants located on the beach within easy walking distance. The villa itself has great private oudoor areas and a relaxing pool. The furnishings in the villa and the kitchen are somewhat outdated. Overall this was a enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Beautiful, well-kept villa to fall in love with.

Beautiful, well-kept villa to fall in love with. We were there with 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children and were warmly and friendly welcomed by Xavi. Xavi took a lot of time to show and explain everything to us. The house is equipped with everything you need, everything is very well maintained and clean. The outdoor area is beautiful and huge with terraces, palm trees, cacti, flowering plants, green lawns and a large swimming pool. Xavi checked in from time to time to make sure everything was OK. The distance to the sandy beach and the sea is a 3-minute walk. The WLAN is stable and sufficient. Short distances to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and it was very hard to say goodbye. We would love to come back! Super schöne gepflegte Villa zum verlieben. Wir waren mit 5 Personen, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder dort und wurden von Xavi herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Xavi hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Außenanlage wunderschön und riesengroß mit Terrassen Palmen, Kakteen, blühende Pflanzen, grünem Rasen und dazu noch das große Swimmingpool. Xavi hat sich zwischendurch gemeldet und hinterfragt ob alles gut ist. Die Entfernung zum Sandstrand und Meer beträgt 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Das WLAN ist stabil und ausreichend. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und das Abschied nehmen ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Tolle Finca mit herrlichem Grundstück

Wir haben zu fünft eine sonnige Woche in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Besonders die Außenanlage mit dem Pool, Aussengrill und Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie die kurzen Wege zum Meer haben uns es angetan. Zimmer, Bäder, Ausstattung der Küche ..... an nichts hat es gemangelt. Die Abwicklung von der Buchung über den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dem Hauskeeper bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war professionell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very enjoyable

There were 7 adults in the house. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and had plenty of room indoors as well. The layout lended itself well to spreading out or comfortable conversation areas. The location was great - very close to the beach and within walking distance of several good restaurants and a couple of little grocery stores. The kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally, did not find the mattresses comfortable.

Great villa, great pool, well located

It's exactly as described, in fact it's rather nicer than the VRBO page suggests. Maybe the kitchen could be slightly better equipped, but the space pool and environs are first class.

Das Haus war ein idealer Standort zum Baden, Strand spazieren und entspannen. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. In der Stadt gibt es nette Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben auch viel gegrillt und gekocht, auch dafür ist alles vorhanden. Die großzügige Anlage, der schöne Pool und die Nähe zum Starnd waren unsere Highlights.

Espectactular y muy recomendable

El sitio es espectacular. La casa es muy cómoda con todo tipo de facilidades. La única sorpresa negativa que nos llevamos fue que había que pagar la limpieza al llegar, sin que se nos lo hubiese comunicado antes, pero por todo lo demás, el propietario excelente y la casa inmejorable

Perfect family holiday (with 10 month old baby)

All perfect and quick responses from Rene. The garden, pool and BBQ kitchen are excellent. The finca fully lives up to its description. Beach and shop 50 metres away and very good local restaurants.

Toller Urlaub!

Die Finca bietet alles, was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht! Tolle Lage: in Gehdistanz zum Meer, kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Städte Dénia, Javéa, Moraira und weitere sind jederzeit einen Ausflug wert und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das grosse, gepflegte Anwesen bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Fotos bilden die Realität ab. Das Haus ist top und gut eingerichtet! Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich, Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Gerne wieder!

We have bought this finca on the beach in 2017. We have spent a lot of time here in the area and love it here. Weather is mostly sunny and very stable even in autumn and winter.

We both play golf and are therefore happy in this area.

We also have 2 dogs and enjoy with you the long walks on the beautiful beach.

We are happy to provide information on questions from guests. Tips on restaurants, golf courses, excursion destinations, nearby cities, ...
