Construcción a estrenar. Bienvenido a Village By the Beach. "Ocean Breeze" está decorado con divertidas decoraciones temáticas de playa. Tenemos 55 "HDTV en la sala principal. Cada habitación tiene 43 "HDTV. El salón es agradable para relajarse y ver un espectáculo o simplemente para visitar. El comedor está ubicado en el piso principal. Cuenta con cocina amueblada, lavadora y secadora, sofá cama, baño con ducha y toallas amuebladas. El dormitorio principal, en el piso principal, tiene cama king, tocador y 2 armarios. Arriba hay 2 camas de matrimonio y un baño con bañera / ducha. También la forma de entrada al balcón. En el balcón encontrará 4 sillas adirondack con mesas que dan a la piscina. Balcón cubierto. La unidad está ubicada junto a la piscina. Tiene un patio privado que da a la piscina. Por la noche, la piscina climatizada roba el espectáculo con sus luces que cambian de color. Hay una fuente superior y una piscina para niños separada con luces cambiantes. Hay una parrilla de barbacoa justo afuera de la puerta en el área de la piscina, además de otras 6 parrillas a la vista.

Very impressed with this property. Conveniently located right across the pool & close to designated parking spaces. Outdoor patios were great. Unit location made it easy to load/unload luggage. The property has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay by the pool or beach. From BBQ utensils to beach toys, chairs, towels etc. this place has it all. The host was very helpful and attentive to us during our stay. Highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be booking again for future stays.

Awesome Experience!

Walking distance to White Cap beach was a great plus, but the property itself was amazing! The host was super friendly. The place was well stocked on all items you might want or need. Great AC and hot water! We also loved that there were good sized TV's in each room. This is the place to stay. We will definitely be back next year.

Good location for a beach getaway

Great location for beach getaway, which is approx 1.5 blocks away to Whitecap beach and packery jetties. And as advertised you are steps from the pool. Had a mix up with the lock combination, but Stephanie was on it and she handled it very promptly, and even asked if we would like to change it for our convenience. The home was as advertised and what our family needed for our stay.

Annual Family vacation

We take a trip with our family every summer to North Padre Island. This is our second time staying at this condo and it’s amazing! Very clean and well kept. The hosts is very easy to communicate with and always responds timely. We will definitely be back to this place!

Best Condo Ever

I’ve stayed at this property more times than I can count. Property manager always responds promptly. Condo is always very clean, in fact, I could still smell the cleaning supplies when I walked in. They’ve recently done some upgrades from last year. New recliner, new sofa and each space reclines back making for more sleeping space. New bed mattresses. Oh and it’s literally five steps from the pool and 1-2 blocks to the beach depending the route you take. Perfect for family.

Location great- property needs work

Location was awesome however property needs some TLC. dishwasher didn’t work properly and cleaning crew needs to have paid more attention to having it ready for new paying family. A lot of money to have to hand wash dishes and find soap for bathrooms. No extra paper towels on hand either. But having the pool right outside the door and the beach 5 min away was great.

Home sweet home

This feels like our second home every year we return. Stephanie has been very responsive when the coffee maker broke down. We also received new sofa, loveseat, and chair. They are just beautiful. Stephanie also replaced the mattress and is getting the place repainted. Can’t wait to return! Location and pool are the best also!

Perfect!!! Just Perfect!!!

We asked our oldest grandaughter what she wanted for her graduation. She said beach time, lots of beach time. We started looking for a place to stay. We found this gem and booked it right away. This place had everything we meeded for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the showers, the beds, and the pool. This was our fifth trip to the Whitecap Beach area, and hopefully not our last. We weathered two tropical storms, Alberto and Beryl. We hardly knew there was anything going on outside. What the locals were calling major storms, being from Oklahoma, we just call that Tuesday. The owner and site manager were informative and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Stephanie and Veronica for making this trip wonderful!

Great location

Amazing location with great potential!! Unfortunately it is in need of a deep , deep cleaning. The property owner was amazing for letting us do an early and late check out but unfortunately the property hasn’t been kept up with in some weeks. There was Heavy mold in dish washer we did not use the utensils and towels had horrible smell, dust was also heavy through out the house which was a nightmare for my son’s allergies. Pros are it is close to the beach and directly in front of the pool area, the top balcony is also a big plus !!

Great month long stay on Padre island

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had the necessary essentials to get us started for our month long stay. The pool was excellent and right out the front door. The property is located a block from a beach access and the sea wall starts right there if you don’t want to walk on the beach. We were close to several good restaurants, the local grocery store, mini golf & ice cream. Flour Buff is very close and had additional shopping/restaurant options. Downtown Corpus Christi is about 30 min away. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Perfect Location

Village by the beach is the best location around the area. Can walk to beach and go for a long walk along the mile long seawall or on the beach. Can drive onto the beach to spend the day and have all your beach things with you. Excellent floor plan in the unit with king bed in master bedroom on main level and huge bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds and balcony overlooking beautiful pool. We loved the high ceilings which made unit seem extra spacious. Everything you could need in kitchen when you want to cook. Also many good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Missing toilet seat was unfortunate for such a beautiful condo.

We arrived at our condo to find the downstairs bathroom missing the toilet seat. When I contacted the manager she was aware of the issue and although she had a good reason for it not having been replaced by the time we checked in (which was almost 2 hours after check in time) Communicating this issue to us beforehand would have been the right thing to do. We probably could have picked one up and installed it ourselves. On top of that the offer was to possibly come later in the evening but more than likely the next morning to add the toilet seat. We were checking out the next morning at 11am and felt that was pointless. Although she was very apologetic and communicated very well there after we were not offered any type of discount or even a late check out (which had been requested upon booking). The condo itself was lovely and had everything you could possibly need including extra fans for this Texas heat but a missing toilet seat is something you just can’t bounce back from.

Close to beach and fishing. Love the complex. Awesome pool that can see from unit. Close to Schlitterbahn Water Park. The Veranda Restaurant is close to with great food.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Love the area. close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Love the pool. We were lucky to get a unit that is by pool and we have a patio overlooking pool and BBQ grill area.
