Holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 24 people with twelve bedrooms, four bathrooms and two toilets.



INTERIOR: This magnificent villa has four apartments of around 80 m2 each, distributed over two floors, with their own entrance. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed. One bathroom with shower, only two apartments have a guest toilet. Each apartment has air conditioning in the living-dining room and hallway.



EXTERIOR: Terrace area with a rectangular pool measuring 12x5 with Roman stairs, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has a maximum depth of 1.80 m and a minimum depth of 80 cm. Outdoor shower. From the pool area, there is a ramp for people with mobility issues. The villa has a spacious flat area with several pergolas for shade, a brick barbecue for outdoor meals, a petanque court and a ping-pong table. Parking within the same plot for 8-9 vehicles.



LOCATION: Just 1.2 km walking distance from Calpe's widest sandy beach (Arenal-Bol), seafront promenade, restaurants and all services. Calpe town is approximately 1.5 km away.



OBSERVATION: Free WiFi. Animals weighing less than 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.

Really Spacious Accommodation!

This property was clean, well finished to a high standard with a fantastic swimming pool, table tennis, french boules court and a great barbeque area. We needed something big,and fit for up to 24 guests for my partners 50th birthday celebrations. It certainly was the place we were lookin for. 4 large apartments which slept 6 in each comfortably with all mod cons. Also it had lots of parking space and we also found tomatoes growing on the grounds which we used........ I am considering returning next year as we had such a great week.

Leilighetene var for dårlig utstyrt med kjøkkenutstyr

Renhold på bad og dusj ikke imponerende. Måtte hente kjøkkenutstyr i alle 4 leilighetene for å kunne lage mat til 19 personer i et kjøkken. Bassengområdet helt greit, men lite innbydende stoler å sitte på ved bassenget.
