House with nice view

Lot of space and games for childs, Pool area very nice and outside kitchen as well. Equipment in kitchen not compleat, but anyway everything was ok. Perfect for family with childs.

Hôte gentille qui nous a donné des idées et recommandations pour les restaurants.Maison bien située mais pas bien équipée avec du mobilier cassé et sale (le meuble de la terrasse et qql transats cassés et inutilisables).Dans la cuisine: - il manque des verres et de la vaisselle pour un grand nombre de personnes- les poêles sont très usées…À l’extérieur: - la terrasse est sale, la table extérieure avec des nappes sales et qui se déchiré à cause de l’usure - pas de matelas sur les transats comme dans les photos- l’espace dédié aux transats est devenu terrain du foot car le vrai terrain prévu initialement (comme stipulé dans les photos)est non entretenu…- le trou de skimmer au fond de la piscine cassé et les enfants se sont blessés !!

Villa familiale

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec une vue incroyable, le gérant est très disponible et très agréable vraiment merci. La maison est très bien agencé la suite parentale est très spacieuse donnant sur le rocher de Caple. Conforme à la description de l'annonce Seul petits bémols ils manquent des accessoires afin de pouvoir nettoyer la terrasse (raclette etc...) Nous avons utiliser le four a pizza il manque le matériel pour son utilisation ce qui est dommage nous avons fais avec ce qu'on avait. Pour le confort extérieur le matériel n'est pas adapter à cette villa( les bancs de la cuisine extérieur sont très collant) Porte de la douche extérieure à revoir, l'eau passe du chaud au froid. Cela n'empêche que nous avons adorer séjourner dans cette magnifique ville de Benissa

Het kon misschien nog ietsje beter.

Prachtige vakantiewoning zoals voor ons met kinderen en kleinkinderen. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad over het algemeen gezien. MAAR het kon nog beter zijn: het onderhoud van het zwembad was niet ideaal gezien halverwege ons verblijf het zwembad een onderhoud zou krijgen met nieuwe chloortabletten en zo maar we hebben niemand gezien zodat de waterkwaliteit beter kon de laatste dagen; tijdens ons verblijf meldde er zich iemand die binnen schilderwerken wilde uitvoeren waarvan wij niets afwisten en wij die dag dus een geplande uitstap moesten annuleren; parasol was aanwezig maar geen voet om die in te plaatsen, dus waardeloos; ideale buitenkeuken mocht er ook in de oven een bruikbaar rooster aanwezig geweest zijn; zoals voorgeschreven hebben wij bij ons vertrek de verantwoordelijke een half uur voor vertrek gecontacteerd maar konden hem niet meer bereiken zodat wij zijn moeten vertrekken zonder dat hij ter plaatse gekomen is.

Thank you for the you 4 star review. The pool is taken care off twice a week in the summer months. The issue was the amount of sun oils you where using not the Cholorine, We ask all guests to shower before using the pool. I will make sure the extra tray is added to the outside kitchen. If you plan to checkout early hours of the morning I would recomend letting me know the day before.

Fabulous Holiday

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The Villa was very spacious with a fabulous pool where our children were more than happy to spend most of their time. If I could make one request it would be to have an out door table with seating and some more oven trays. Our stay was fabulous and we would definitely return.

Sehr schöne Villa mit einigen kleinen Mängeln

Erstmal vorab - das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos. Kuckt man allerdings etwas genauer hin, fallen leider einige kleine Mängel auf, die den Eindruck verleihen, dass sich nicht (mehr) so gut gekümmert wird. Der Meerblick ist vorhanden, allerdings so richtig nur von ganz oben. Es war schön sauber, allerdings hätte der Pool mehr Pflege benötigt. Beim Checkin wurde uns von einem Kalkproblem in der Region berichtet - das verursachte zwar unschöne Flecken im Pool, störte uns aber nicht weiter. Allerdings fanden sich in sämtlichen Ecken Schmutz-/Sandablagerungen und wir mussten so einiges aus dem Wasser fischen (halb aufgelöste Papiertücher, Blätter, Insekten) - einen Poolquescher gab es leider nicht - auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Und eine wöchentliche Reinigung wurde zwar vom Hausmeister angekündigt, aber nicht durchgeführt. Dazu kam noch ein Leck bei der Pooltechnik, wodurch der Pool täglich ca. 1000-2000l / ca. 3cm Wasser verlor, welches wir selbst täglich nachfüllten. Trotz Meldung zu Beginn unseres Urlaubes, wurde daran die zwei Wochen nichts geändert. Wir hatten dennoch viel Spass im Pool und besonders der ca. 30cm tiefe Kinderbereich war ein Highlight für unsere 1,5 Jahre alte Tochter. Nun zu den weiteren Mängeln: - marode Tür beim Pool-WC/Dusche sticht sofort ins Auge und klemmt beim öffnen/schließen - Wasserschaden an Wohnzimmerdecke - tropft, wenn man oben duscht - sehr wacklige Esszimmerstühle - nicht benutzbar für normalgewichtige Erwachsene (90kg) - verstopfter Abfluss der Spüle der Außenküche - wir haben immer drin gekocht Und noch einige weitere Kleinigkeiten. Am meisten störte uns jedoch eine fehlende gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich. Der große Tisch neben der Outdoorküche ist wirklich super zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen und bietet viel Platz, jedoch ist ein dauerhaftes Sitzen auf den Bänken eher unbequem und für Karten-/Gesellschaftsspiele ist der Tisch einfach zu groß. Es gibt noch drei kleine Plastikstühle - diese sind aber auch nicht wirklich geeignet für Erwachsene und auf Dauer bestimmt auch nicht bequem. Zuguterletzt möchte ich aber auch noch einige positive Punkte erwähnen - die Ausstattung allgemein war sehr gut (wie im Inserat beschrieben), die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und ich möchte mich auch nochmal für die Kulanz bedanken, da wir ursprünglich für 2020 gebucht hatten und aufgrund von Corona letztes Jahr nicht reisen konnten.

Met meer dan 1 persoon u wassen,dan heb je niet altijd warm water Lekke in het zwembad zo dat we alle dagen moesten bijvullen en zo warmte het niet goed meer bij.

Thank you for your 4 stars out 5 stars review, The hot water system is a combi system which means there is always hot water ready, obviously if someone is filing a barth and two other people are showering and the washing machine is on and you where filling up the pool there is only so much water pressure coming in to the villa at any one time.

House was great. Very comfortable for 8 guests. Lots of room for all. Outdoor space was used every day and night. Perfect for cooking and dining outside. A lounge set on the the terrace and cooking equipment, plates etc would be a nice addition to the villa.

QUE MAL NOS COMPORTAMOS LOS INQUILINOS

Había leído que la realidad superaba las imágenes, pero no estoy de acuerdo, pero no por la propiedad sino por los que alquilamos esta, es lamentable que sean así destrozando algo tan bonito. Que se lleven perchas, etc, Si yo tuviese esta propiedad, exigiría un respeto a la misma donde les cobraría una FIANZA, que lo luego les devolvería según su comportamiento cívico. Pasear por los alrededores, no hay espacio y se corre un gran riesgo con los vehículos que pasan.. Cuando estas dentro es una pasada las comudidas que puedes tener. Saludos

Przestronny dom z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Świeżo odnowiony. Dobrze zaprojektowany teren zewnętrzny. Basen, zewnętrzna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona : duża lodówka z zamrażarką, piekarnik, kuchnia indukcyjna, zlew, szafki i niesamowity drewniany stół mogący pomieścić nawet 14 osób. Ładny i zadbany basen z małym brodzikiem. Przy basenie budynek z prysznicem i toaletą. Wnętrze domu przestronne, czyste i odnowione. Doskonały kontakt z menadżerem obiektu. Serdecznie polecam! -------------------- A spacious house with a beautiful view of the sea. Freshly renovated. A well-designed outdoor area. Pool, outdoor kitchen fully equipped: large fridge with freezer, oven, induction kitchen, sink, cabinets and an amazing wooden table that can accommodate up to 14 people. Nice and well-kept pool with a small paddling pool. Poolside building with shower and toilet. The interior of the house is spacious, clean and renovated. Excellent contact with the facility manager. I heartily recommend!

GREAT VILLA!!!

Superb Villa can’t wait to go back next year!!!. Our kids loved the small area in the pool, the games room keep them quiet, my two teenagers and their friends loved the game room with the ping pong and darts. We where meet on arrival and given a guided tour of the property and where told all about the local best restaurants and place to visit. My husband and I had the top floor which was like a suite in a top star hotel with superb views. To be honest there are great views from any window or terrace. It did rain one day during our stay that was the only bad thing about the whole of our stay at the villa.

MARAVILLOSA ESTANCIA

Hemos pasado 5 maravillosos días en la casa. Lo que encuentras al llegar es mejor incluso que en las fotos. Éramos 7 adultos, 3 niños y un bebe y no hemos tenido problemas de espacio. La casa es muy espaciosa y limpia con todo el menaje que puedas necesitar. El salón es enorme y la cocina muy amplia y cómoda para tantas personas. Todo se ve nuevo y moderno. La zona exterior tiene una cocina abierta al lado de la piscina con todo lo que puedas necesitar. También hay barbacoa y horno de leña. Para los niños había un montón de juegos incluso un pequeño campo de fútbol. Las vistas de Calpe desde la casa son impresionantes. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento. Nosotros volveremos sin dudarlo.
