Casa Laura is an independent apartment in a restored farmhouse Agriturismo la Magione that is situated on an agricultural estate on a hilltop at about 300 meters above sea level. It offers a wonderful panorama of the surrounding countryside with fields, olive groves, vineyards and woodlands. The gardens and the swimming pool are set inside the olive grove next to the farmhouse. The house is divided into three apartments, one of which is rented year round and the other occupied by the owner and his wife and sons.

Private entrance to the apartment is into the open plan living/dining room with one wall occupied by the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, American Coffee machine and tea kettle. To one side of the kitchen is the living/dining room with comfortable seating and sofa.

Through the kitchen is a short hallway with three doors. At the end of the hall is the door to the double bedroom with antique wardrobe and matching wrought iron double bed. To the left in the hall is the door to the twin bedded room, and across the hall is the door to the complete bathroom with shower stall.

As the apartment develops entirely on the ground floor, it is suitable for people in wheelchairs. There is a large 43 inch smart flat screen tv and Wi-fi in the living area. A Mountain bike is available for guest use, and there is a baby cot. The owner speaks English and is willing to assist guests with visits to the most famous wineries of the Chianti Classico Region and he can also provide directions and maps for hiking and trekking in the area.
