この地域は1950年代まで鉱山で、自治的な集落として組織されていた。鉱山労働者のアパート、共同オーブン、聖バルバラに捧げられた小さな教会があった。 1990年代の終わり頃、この地域は修復され、それぞれがプライベートガーデンに囲まれた、プールやテニスコートなどの共有施設を備えた独立したアパートメントからなるレジデンスに生まれ変わりました。 1階には広いリビングルーム、キッチン、ハイドロマッサージシャワー付きバスルームがあり、2階にはシャワー付きバスルーム、ダブルベッド2室とシングルベッド1室の計3室のベッドルームがあります。
Wi-fi、オーブン、洗濯機、食器洗い機、エスプレッソ＆アメリカンコーヒーマシン、ドライヤー、電子レンジ、シーツ、リネン類、テニスコートとプール用の小物類が揃っている。1月1日から12月31日までの最初の7日間、お一人様2ユーロの観光税がかかります。

Lovely location in the Tuscany countryside

Great base for lovers of Chianti

Had a great stay here and met the lovely Ben and his beautiful garden :) plus the 4 local cats hanging around :) great base for us to drive and explore the area :) would definitely stay again at this property.

Very nice location near Siena

It was a very nice place to spend a week. The haus had everything you could need in your daily life with a family. Adriana and her husband were extremelly nice and always willing to give recommendations and tips.

Lovely idyllic tuscan hide away

We loved our stay at the villa. The property was a great location for Frienze and Siena and other parts of tuscany. Well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely walks, the tennis court and pool and vast garden with a range of salads were simply devine.

This house was in a great, central location for exploring Tuscany. The outside space was beautiful. The pool was great after a long hot day. The house had every thing we needed. It is on a dirt road which surprised us, but wS not a problem.

Comfortable stay in a central location

Adrianna was very helpful. And her home was comfortable for our family of four,. The garden was beautiful and we ate outdoors every meal. The pool was clean, yet well loved. Thanks for a great stay in a perfect location to see the surrounds of Tuscany.

Fantastic spaceous and quiet place

We had a great holiday in april/may, first time to visit Toscana. The house is great and the wonderful garden is a paradise. We also loved the cat living in the garden ;) It was a bit too early to use the swimming pool but in summer it must be a nice extra feature, as is the airco- which we didn't use now.

Awesome summer holiday in chianti

Safe house with remote gate.we spend two week here in this beautiful summer house very nice quiet heavenly place near to nature.It had all you could need for a holliday. Morning start with birds singing fresh smell of flowers. swimming pool tennis yard Wellness is near. Very helpful owner ready to help any time. for family as well any age of people suitable house. thank you for everythin .

A peaceful place with a wonderful garden

We spent a good time in Tuscany in the house of Adriana. She and her husband Ben are a very nice couple and always very responsive in case of any question or issue before or during the stay. The house is kept in good condition, was really clean and is well equipped. The basement is quite spacious. The rooms upstairs are relatively small - the second bedroom can only be reached through the small room with the fifth bed. The rooms are equipped with air-condition. The pool is very clean and was never crowded (only the sunbeds at the pool are not too comfortable). The tennis court is nice to have some fun. The highlight is the garden which looks like from a catalogue of a garden magazine as the pictures already show. You can feel the dedication. Ben or Adriana will be there latest every second day to water, plant, clean or mow – but very discrete. You can enjoy it using the multiple places to sit or one of the sunbeds. You share the garden (but not the house!) with Kira, a nice and discrete cat being thankful if you give her from the food provided by Adriana. The only negative point (therefore not the full 5 stars) are the mosquitos. In the house it is not a too big issue as the windows are protected with fly screens. But outside they are everywhere even at the pool and it is something you need to get along with. Even using 4 anti-insect smoking spirals and an insect lamp in addition to a regular treatment with “Autan” you cannot escape them. A nice and peaceful place to be!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Alles ist sauber und gemütlich. Super ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Betten sehr bequem. Besonders der große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Schöner Pool in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Tennisplatz gleich daneben.Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florenz, usw. . Supermarkt in 10 min. Fahrt erreichbar.Ardiana und ihr Mann waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für Alles!

An absolutely superb VillaWe booked in for over 6 weeks and were not disappointed. Ardiana and Arben could not have been more accommodating.The property is superb with all the home comforts. The garden is stunning with many areas to sit and and enjoy.The area around the villa is wonderful to explore with many walled towns and some superb citiesThe pool was out of action but this did not concern us as a jacuzzi tub was provided and we are not really swimmers so it never caused us an issue. The tennis court is really good but we didn’t play often as it was too hot.All in all a truly memorable holiday in Tuscany

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr guter Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei, Ardiana war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist architektonisch ansprechend eingerichtet - man merkt, hier floss Liebe rein. Nicht zu vergessen sei der ebenfalls sehr schöne Garten. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig: Florenz, Siena und San Gimignano sind schnell und einfach erreichbar. Trotz relativer Abgelegenheit zu den Hauptstraßen: Mit üblicher Navigationssoftware ist das Anwesen auch leicht zu finden. Vorsicht jedoch beim Befahren der nicht gut ausgebauten Landstraße zum Gelände (hierfür kann Ardiana aber nichts). In Summe sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Un bel endroit

2 nuits sur place lors d'un périple italien avec visite de sienne. Très agréable location dans la nature. Désolé que les frais de ménage 50€ ne soit pas ajouté à la facture à la réservation mais precisé dans les petites lignes avec la taxe de séjour ( mauvaise surprise pour nous)

Vriendelijke hosts, prachtige tuin, groene oase in een dorre omgeving, huisje is volledig uitgerust en biedt alle comfort nodig. Hygiënisch en proper onderhouden. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor alle toeristische toppers in Toscane. Zwembad is gemeenschappelijk met enkele andere huisjes.

Super séjour

Nous avons un passé un super séjour dans la location d'Adriana. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. La location est vraiment très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres (nous n'en n'avons pas eu besoin dans le living), le jardin et les différentes terrasses, la piscine, l'équipement de la cuisine, la literie très confortable, les moustiquaires et les volets à toutes les fenêtres. En bref, tout est pensé pour le confort du voyageur... L'accès à la location se fait sur une "route blanche" d'environ 2 km. Aucun problème pour les voitures, il suffit de rouler lentement. Adriana nous transmet les coordonnées exactes quelques jours avant l'arrivée. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Haus,Garten, Pool alles sehr gut. Nur eine genau Beschreibung der Anfahrt fehlte. Wir haben die Anschrift und das Haus gesucht. Haben dann mit dem Vermieter telefoniert, er hat uns dann an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt.

Familien Urlaub

Wir waren dort 1 Woche im Ferienhaus und konnten von dort aus unsere Ausflüge nach Siena , Pisa , Florenz und Rom problem los machen. Die Lage in den Weinbergen ist schön abgelegen, die zufahrt dementsprechend etwas holprig. Das Haus selbst war sauber und ordentlich gepflegt, das einzige was störte waren die Mücken Gras, aber dagegen gibt es ja Mittelchen. Unsere Ki der verbrachten vielzeit im Pool.

Découverte de cette jolie région d'Italie

Dommage que la pluie est un peu gâché notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du joli jardin et de la piscine. Mais entre les averses nous avons pu randonner à la découverte de tous les jolis villages et la magnifique ville de Sienne
