Nouvellement rénové 4 chambres face à la plage à la maison

Belle 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain face à la plage maison situé dans la section 3 de Las Conchas. Cette maison de plain-pied offre une vue incroyable sur la mer de Cortez. Cuisine, salon et salle à manger chambres entièrement rénovées avec patio élargi! Tous les nouveaux appareils majeurs! Superbes comptoirs de granit et de nouveaux meubles tout au long! Marque de nouveaux planchers de travertin! La chambre principale offre un lit king size, salle de bain privée et accès à la terrasse. La deuxième chambre a un lit king size et salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre a 1 lit queen et 1 lit superposé suédois w / un lit inférieur et supérieur à deux.
La chambre à coucher et 4ème 4ème bain est dans la Casita qui peut accueillir 4. La chambre a un lit queen size et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon qui offre également une vue sur l'océan! Comprend une kitchenette.

This home has a beautiful ocean view and a great back patio area to enjoy it. We loved the location and the layout was great for our group of 10. Kayaks were a nice bonus and sparked several impromptu afternoons on the water. Would book again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous beachside home. So convenient to have direct access to the beach, plus amazing beach views from the property. We love coming to Los Conchas and hope to rent this place again!

The location was perfect. Step off the patio and you’re right on the beach. The property could use some maintenance but overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was a beautiful house direct access to the beach my family loved every part of it. They had access to kayaks my family enjoyed using and life jackets. It was very close to the Walmart if we needed anything. The host was very nice and understandable and got back to me when we needed anything. We enjoyed are stay and hope to back there soon! There was also sooo many dolphins we got to see form the inside of the house! Very magical!

Great Location!

This is a great place for families. The outside patio overlooking the ocean was the perfect place for us to gather together. The little ones enjoyed the sand box. Decor is a bit dated, but I recommend this place for families to gather because of the bunk room and additional casita. It worked well for extended family.

Vacation on the beach

Outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, quiet beach, comfortable beds, big kitchen, outdoor seating, stunning views, close to Rocky Point favorites like Churros Penasco, Thrifty's Ice Cream, and Lucas Pollo...this is why we come back to Casa Neblina each stay. It's a favorite visit and simple check in/out process. Glad to have this as our family's favorite Mexico house.

Awesome location, clean & comfortable home.

House is located right on the beach in Las Conchas. The three bedrooms in the house were big with comfortable beds. The Casita provided extra space and privacy. Would definitely recommend this home for a large gatherings of friends and family. Plenty of room and a big and beautiful deck overlooking the ocean.

I went with a couple of friends and we all enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the beach was relaxing. Not many people around us only neighbors who actually live by the area. We will definitely go back!

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Neblina!!! The house was so spacious and beautiful. We loved having direct access to the beach right down the steps from the patio. We will be back! I can’t imagine a better place to have spent my 40th birthday!!!!

Wonderful location for multi-age group

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was stocked with all the supplies we needed for cooking for a large group. The ocean view was amazing and we loved seeing the drastic change in the tide. Twice a day the ocean almost lapped the patio and twice a day it was 100 yards out leaving amazing tide pools to explore.

Superb location in Rocky Point & Las Conchas

Lovely location, and a lovely home with a nice open floor plan and a great back patio area that we enjoyed every night. My only critique is that the The property could be stocked a bit better. There were no blow dryers, soap etc, very minimal hangers in closets for the number of bedrooms , no syran wrap/alum foil but etc…

Family christmas gift

This is the second year in a row we have treated our family to a trip to the property. Gerri and Steve are quick to respond to questions and helpful with all things. The house is in close proximity to the beach, great for the grandkids to just go play critter hunt etc. We look forward to renting again. Thanks again for opening up your home to us.

Beautiful Ocean Views & Great Floor Plan

This was a very nice place and has a great floor plan with rooms a nice distance from one another. The ocean access is great, and the back patio is gigantic. We did have some issues with the refrigerator staying cold, but luckily there was another refrigerator in the guest house, so we were able to put things out there. All in all, we liked it very much.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for my family definitely enough space for my six adult children, and my four grandchildren and I everyone had a bed to sleep on plenty of space large area to eat together the patio was amazing. We had no issues whatsoever with anything. The only suggestion would be, maybe a hammock on the patio and some wider steps going down to the beach but other than that this place was absolutely perfect

Casa Nublina

Nice open home, the Casita provides privacy and quietness for adults can use a TV but it's good. The AC was not working on parts of the house, and the refrigerator worked off and on. Overall the house is good size and good distance from the town. Good house.

The host was very responsive & accommodating. The location and space for four couples was great. Easy and quick access to the beach with amazing sunrise and sunset views! We do enjoy cooking & found that the stove was missing a knob, the refrigerator doors did not work very well and the dishwasher had rusty racks with the lower rack not staying on the track. The casita entry lock didn’t work & the screen was off the track. We enjoyed the fire pit but it needs to be cleaned out as it is full from previous uses. Overall, this is a 4.5 if all the items were fixed and functioning properly.
