Esta casa ha sido bellamente reformada. Todo es nuevo. La propiedad se encuentra a solo 3 millas de Disney World con una gran piscina con orientación sur, piscina para niños (adjunta a la piscina principal que se muestra en las fotos) y terraza que no se pasa por alto, vistas al lago a la parte trasera de la villa, terraza con cómodas tumbonas y mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre, esto puede acomodar hasta 16. Tenemos 6 habitaciones con 4 camas King, cada habitación ha sido temática de la siguiente manera, 1 Nueva York, 2 París, 3 Londres, 4 Hombre araña (para 3 personas tiene una litera en la parte superior, doble en la parte inferior), 5 Frozen,. Gran hall de entrada con una segunda sala de estar y una gran área de comedor con capacidad para 10 personas. La sala de estar principal tiene un televisor de alta definición inteligente de 75 pulgadas y una gran sala de estar seccional. Gabinetes de cocina blancos con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno con capacidad para 5 personas más. Lavadero separado con lavadora y secadora.
Las 4 habitaciones para adultos tienen televisores de alta definición inteligentes de 55 pulgadas y las otras 2 habitaciones tienen televisores de alta definición inteligentes de 43 pulgadas. Cuatro de las habitaciones se pueden usar como suites.
También hay una sala de estar más arriba. Sala de juegos separada con Pool Table, Air Hockey y fusball,
Wifi gratis, pensó que la casa y todos los TVS son televisores inteligentes conectados a internet.

Nice place but needs some maintenance

We really liked the location and the hot tub was great since it was cold while we were there. The house worked fine for our group but the house needs some maintenance. Showers sinks and toilets did not drain well, bar stools were broken and main couch was in very bad shape. Some of the lights in the kitchen area were burnt out or not working, dryer did not work well, pool cues were broken, some of the sheets and dishes were not clean, etc. if these items would be taken care of we would definitely go back.

At least the host was nice

The host was nice and responded to messages in a timely fashion. I do believe the property should not be rented out until things are fixed. When you take a shower in the upstairs bathroom, it leaks onto the bed below the bathroom. There were no cleaning supplies available. We had to purchase our own trash bags but were required to take the trash to the side of the road. It list that there is an air hockey table and fuse

Family holiday vacation

The home was large enough for our family of 11. There were not enough towels and wash cloths, had to go to Walmart to purchase towels. Also the shower curtain fell off the shower wall, would not spring back to hang the curtain, had to purchase a new shower rod. There were notes regarding the TV remotes, note: welllwere dead.

Holiday stay

House was large, primarily clean but could have been cleaner. Dirty dishes put away in cabinet. Had an ant problem and found a few roaches both alive and dead.

Great house for the family

Beautiful and spacious house. We had plenty of space for the whole family. Pool was also really big. Loved all of the different themed rooms. Plenty of space in the game room.

AWESOME LOCATION!!!

A grill would have made it perfect..Great stay. Nice rooms and clean bathrooms. The kitchen had great space and everything we needed. An Air fryer would be great since there isnt a grill. But we enjoyed the house the pool and our time in Orlando. This home was convenient to everything literally 10 minutes to Disney.

This house is simply amazing!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated and rooms are very spacious. Pool is wonderful. Definitely would stay here again. Only issues are some minor maintenance needs to be done like simple upkeep on plumbing. Toilet in back master bedroom runs constantly, called maintenance he showed up within a timely manner however didn't even touch all of the issues reported. However i do feel a real plumber is needed anyways. So hopefully they'll get all of that fixed. Some minor screws are loose in doorway of that same bathroom and other bathroom downstairs has a loose vanity door. Smoke alarms are very sensitive which could be good or bad. However all of the positives Definitely outweigh any issues. This house is immaculate and I'd definitely stay again! We absolutely loved our stay. The location is wonderful too super close to every major attraction.

Great stay

The rental property was great! Just as listed. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large party. We were traveling with another family and all felt like we had our own space. The kids loved the game room and pool/hot tub. Hot tub was great after long days in the parks. I only have two suggestions… there are only about 12 bath towels in the whole house. So if you’re traveling with a large group, you might want to consider bringing pool towels with you. The property has two dryers…. The one in the garage works great, but the one in the laundry room takes a very long time. Other than that, no issues at all. The house is close to all the parks, Walmart (they deliver) and gas station are right down the road. Plenty of places to Door Dash and pizza delivery. It was kind of hard for us to tell from the pictures on the listing where all the beds and baths were….. there’s a lovely bedroom at the front of the house (with a very comfy bed). Near the living room. There’s a master bed/bath downstairs that has a door from the bathroom out to the pool area which was very convenient. The Spider-Man bedroom is downstairs with a full bathroom across the hall. Upstairs, there’s the frozen bedroom that has a Jack and Jill bathroom with another bedroom (upstairs master?) then another bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom with a door that also opens to the hall. Plenty of room!!! Neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive to messages. We had a great stay at this property!

Fun Family Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. My husband and I were there with our 3 kids (teenagers) There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The pool area was great too! The neighborhood was close to everything we wanted to do - Disney, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home close to Disney Parks!

We stayed here with all of our adult kids for a week and really enjoyed this home. First of all, it was probably the cleanest home I have ever rented which was lovely! The bedrooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, and there is a lot of space to spread out in. There was a problem with the pool, but the host was amazing about it! I also would like to say that communication with the host was amazing, by far the best I have experienced so far and we rent homes quite a bit. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only minor problem that we had upon checking in was the pool. The pool water needed cleaning, I called the property manager and she sent someone out to take care of the situation and the rest of our stay was great.

I found the place to be clean and in order. The only problem was with the tv’s, the Paris had no remote and the system connection in the New York room was inop. Other then that, the experience provided by your rental was outstanding.

Worst Home Rental By Far

Right from the start the house was dirty and unkept. Food and drink splatters on the walls and surfaces. Grime and grease on the countertops and drawers. The privacy blinds were broken and did not close on the poolside of the home. The large leather sectional was broken and had a large collapsed section. The TV's were only operational via wifi connection (which was terrible). The game room in the garage which included a pool table and air hockey table was in unusable condition. The billiards table was filthy, the air hockey table was completely broken. The surface was cracked and bowed in several locations and the "pick" was missing not that it would have functioned. There were bugs throughout the entire house. The first night my middle daughter woke up with ants and other bugs on her and in the bed. My eldest son found old food, condiments, candy and chip bags under his bed. The main dryer in the home barely worked. It took 3 cycles to dry a couple towels and swimwear. Moving into the pool area and patio we found that both the doors locks had been broken, neither for closed properly or latched. Most of the screens were busted out. The patio surface was disgusting and dirty. If your feet weren't already black and filthy from walking around in the house they were once you went outside to the pool area. We payed the additional fee for hottub use. It was roughly $105 in addition for the duration of our stay. The first night we arrived and opened it up to relax we found old vomit all over the surface, down the side and a disgusting vomit ring inside the tub on the surfaces. There was a dead and rotting animal up against the side of the house near the pool pumps and equipment. The pool cover was left in a bunched up pile right next to the hottub and was covered in standing water and mesquitos blocking the door. The only power outlet near the table outside didn't work. The sliding patio door not only is a broken foot waiting to happen since it slams shut on it's own due to some kind of self closing mechanism the lock was also damaged from what I can only assume was an attempted burglary that wasn't properly replaced or repaired. Overall this was our 4th home rental in the Four Corners, Kissimmee area and by far the worst. We contacted the property management company and they were quick to address what issues they could. I contacted the property owner John, expressed my issues and emailed photos but he stopped communication after they were sent.

Nice location but that’s it

Communication with VRBO and specially the owner was difficult. We paid for an early arrival (75$) to have access at 1pm but the property management told us it was at 2pm. The pool heat was supposed to be on and it wasn’t: that same guy told us we didn’t have heated pool and spa (pool heat was in our rental amount paid and confirmed by the owner in an email dated on the 12th). The property management and owner were mixed up with their rentals. The house wasn’t all that clean , some ustensiles absent, 2 showers and sink drainage was poor, burnt lightbulbs , defective patio door handle , a spa that absolutely needs cleaning, a very noisy heater and more. We were disappointed with this rental and will not recommend that place to anybody. We’ve been renting houses for the last 5 years this was the worst.

Bed bugs

The house is nice enough and it is close Disney and easy to get to the airport. However, we discovered bed bugs in the room where our children were staying. We contacted the property management and left the house to stay in a hotel. Contacted the owner about refunding our stay and were blamed for bringing said beg bugs into the house. These were fully mature bedbugs and even the pest people that came by said that they had been there for a while and seeing as how we’ve never had problems with bed bugs in our home, it is highly unlikely that we brought them in ourselves. I would be willing to give a 4 or 5 star review but The owners response was wholly unacceptable. I would avoid for that reason alone on top of not being able to guarantee a clean, pest free house.

outstanding value near Disney

located 10 minutes from attractions. We were at an event at ESPN WWS and had a 10 minute commute in traffic! No I-4 which is a bonus! Hot tub was hot! definitely pay the extra for heated pool and hot tub during winter months. Walmart right around the corner if you forget anything or if you want to shop for food for the week. Bring apple TV if you have one. No cable TV just apps/ROKU.
