The host was very welcoming. The property itself was very nice! The host even granted us a late checkout at noon, that was greatly appreciated. The checkout requirements were to wash all towels but there was no laundry detergent left on the property to do so. The beds could use better mattresses and there was pet hair EVERYWHERE. I sneezed like crazy due to my allergies! If you donā€™t mind that? Itā€™s a great property. We had extra towels but there werenā€™t many wash cloths! I had to go buy extra.

Townhouse good. Sleeps 10 comfortably, 15 would be a stretch. Location good, only disappointing things involved unit not being well stocked. No shampoo, only small bar soap. No extra TP or Paper towels, very little glassware (only 1 wine glass), no coffee, and only about 10 plastic dinner plates - kitchen not well stocked. Met our needs for a short visit, but Iā€™d compare this to Comfort Inn vs Hilton hotel as far as amenities. Not a bad experience, just not one Iā€™d pick again.

The townhouse was very beautiful and super comfortable.My family and I enjoyed our stayed.The owner provide towels and she require to clean them after you leave.She also provide small soap (like the hotels).The house has everything you need except a blender.The owner responded to all my question before my stayed. I took 2 dogs and the charge was 25 per dog. There was plenty of parking space. The area is super quiet and very relaxing. There's a lot stores near the house.The room's are very comfortable and super big, 2 room's have a bathroom inside and the rest have the bathroom outside. The area is gated and they provide you with a key so you can go in and out. I recommend this house to anybody.

This rental is best for medium to large families (we had 6 people in our party and everyone had their own, much needed space). The home features some young toddler items which are essential if needed like a high chair, crib, and stroller! The description and pictures match the house perfectly. The house was well cleaned and ready for guests. The house is in a gated community which adds the perfect sense of security some families like when vacationing. The house is also local to major attractions like Disney World and close to main areas with various shopping centers. Communication with the host was fair and prompt. I would have appreciated detailed instructions for check-in/out as all vacation homes differ and they were vague leading to additional questions throughout our stay. The house could benefit from additional kitchen appliances like an air fryer and some other essentials were missing like baking sheets, scissors, etc. that are staples in a kitchen. The WiFi was also spotty at times and the TVs needed constant troubleshooting of WiFi for streaming. Overall our stay was just what we needed and I hope this feedback helps future guests enjoy as much as we did!

Pictures were deceitful, no smoke detector downstairs (owner was quick to respond when inquired about it but said it was removed for maintenance and would be fine), entire house was filthy, pictures (dining room decor) and towel bars falling off of the wall, the dining room chairs were quite literally falling apart and even though the house said it was fit for 15 people, there definitely wasnā€™t enough seating-there werenā€™t any barstools as pictured and only one small 3 seat couch and one living room chair. Not the same set up as in the photos. Dressers were falling apart as well as the pull out couch. Front door lock was not working correctly and had to fight with it to actually lock. Will never stay here again.

Property itself is very nice. Would sleep 11 comfortably. There were quite a few issues with our visit though. 1) Property had not been cleaned when we arrived. There was trash all over, toilets were dirty, place had obviously not been cleaned by the cleaning crew. Host refunded us one night due to the mistake which was great. I could over look this if that was the only issue. 2) General condition of many of the items in the household is beyond the point of needing replacement. The towels are very old, Some had holes and were very raggedy. The pots and pans as noted in other reviews is very poor. Very cheap nonstick pans that are warped and chipping peeling nonstick. Only one wine glass. Not enough cookware, utensils, glassware and other items to effectively cook for a group the size that the house can accommodate. 3) Poor stocking of necessary items. There were no extra trash bags, very little toilet paper, no cleaning supplies, no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. At 9pm when we checked in, we had to go to Walmart to stock up on items that are normally supplied by a VRBO. There is no salt or pepper despite there being a salt and pepper shaker. No sugar, creamers or anything else to use for coffee. Every room has a decorative hand soap dispenser, but there is no hand soap in them The tiny bar soaps provided are the cheapest junk soaps I have ever seen and below the quality that most hotels provide. House itself is very nice, large and secure

The home needs to be updated the back sliding doors missing 3 blinds, the dryer works when it wants, the owner responds and will fix problems right away, look at the pictures real good before renting.

My family had a blast. The house was convenient to so many places. We were able to drop our teens off to Universal Epic for the day and pick them up within 30 minutes from the house. I am the mother of the family and was able to have a room and bathroom downstairs. Kids had a family room and enough bed and baths for everyone. Nice quiet area and felt safe and secure in the gated community.i could see myself residing in that area. It was wonderful. Only negative, house was for 12-14 not enough tissue in bathrooms, so please bring extras, signs state put white trash bags in benches outside for pick up ( which was great idea, they pickup up daily) but no trash bags at all and to wash towels before leaving but no detergent, so please make sure you get those. Those were the only draw backs. Nothing major but be prepared. You will not be disappointed.

The amenities were poorly maintained. The mattresses were cheap and thin. The ice machine seems to have been broken for a very long time and the water on the refrigerator door only trickled out. Thereā€™s a picture of a sectional sofa but thereā€™s only a smaller sofa available. The kitchen cookware and dishes seemed to be leftover from someoneā€™s house or dorm room. There were no counter stools to provide seating at the kitchen island. There nowhere to hang drying towels in the bathrooms. The bath towels were well worn and one had a hole and none of them matched nor was enough for all the guests. The doors to the washer and dryer space were gone and the sound was so loud you couldnā€™t wash at night. The handle to the shower door was broken and missing and the faucet was loose. The hot water throughout takes so long to heat. There are not enough trash cans and not enough toilet paper. The front door was hard to lock. The pool chairs are in bad shape and missing screws. The host offered to send someone to fix the ice machine and water but they never came. They also were not very compromising for charging more money to heat the pool even after only turning on the heat at 4:30 pm and it taking 24 hours to heat the pool. This experience did not feel like a Vrbo. The overall look was nice and clean but the functionality was not there. There was a great amount of space and bathrooms were plentiful. I wish the host had communicated better and was more available.

Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsor at Westside. The home was roomy and everyone was comfortable. I emailed the host of a few things we noticed that could be resolved quickly. For instance there were no scissors this was a challenge when we were trying to open things.Our only inconvenience was the the AC stopped working he last two nights. Apparently it froze up. The property manager and host were great to deal with. They responded quickly and were at the home to suit our schedule.

My host was out of the country. Gave me a number to call for anything. It appears all town houses entrance have several step going to it. No railing to hold on. Not good for elders or disabled people. Keyless entrance was extremely annoying. Maybe two or three times to unlock or lock. I prefered key entry. When we entered it was 78 degrees. Checked A/C and it was not working. I called and someone came to fix it. One room has no AC. Cooking pans were a disgrace. Scratches and burnt. Had to go buy new ones BBQ grill was disgusting as though it had not been cleaned for weeks I had to clean it before using it. I never used after that one time. Waste of my money that I paid extra for. Pool was great. Kind of annoyed to see that the hose near the pool was not put away. Two of the walk in showers doors were off the sliding rack. Loose. So you have to be care when you slide it closed or open. The washer/dryer doors were not up but on the side. I assume at one point they came off the hinges and never fixed. The couch was dirty. It had food particle in the edges. Lastly are the stairs. It is a townhouse. I understand that. One thing for sure, elders or those with disabilities involving walking, a town house is not good. The stairs were hard for me. Not saying it is anyone fault. Just saying for someone of age and any disabilities it might not be right for you. Love the area. Nice and quiet. The area was perfect for what I wanted.

Overall the property was great. The kitchen could use more supplies as far as silverware and the teakettle was broken and could cause a burn from the top not closing properly. Should definitely be replaced. Other than that would recommend

Great house with minor issues

The house was beautiful and as described. I didnā€™t like that there wasnā€™t a book with info and instructions about the house. There wasnā€™t isnā€™t wash cloths or extra bathroom tissue. The house keeper came while I was still in the house and proceeded to start cleaning an hour before my checkout time. Overall the house is in a great neighborhood, great area and very spacious.

Annual Thanksgiving Family Trip

My family and I stayed at the house over Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we had to clean because the house needed it even though we payed a cleaning fee. Lights were blown outside the front door, over the dining room table and in an upstairs bedroom, I contacted the host, however they were never replaced. Dining room chairs need to be cleaned, we had to cover with trash bags. And there were no chairs at the kitchen island as shown on the pictures on the website.

To my disappointment

Our family had a quick 2 day stay for a family HS graduation. We got to the house late to check-in. The house was a mess and not cleaned. They put us in a new rental for the night and we were told the next morning we had to check out and check-in the original house. The house had issues, The house remotes we without batteries. The house needs updating. The carpet is really dirty. The host stopped communicating with me. Someone showed up at the house without letting me know. The host refunded me 50.00. I expected a refund for the first night. The overall experience was not good for us.

Overall a great trip!

We had a total of 6 adults and each of us overall enjoyed our stay. Our communication with the host was somewhat splotchy because we thought our door lockbox battery wasnā€™t charged because we couldnā€™t get in (we were actually using the wrong code and didnā€™t realize), but we had to figure it out somewhat on our own. (I had to call after 12 hrs of no response during a Disney park day to get a definite answer that someone was coming check on the box). The host did have someone come out but it was hard to receive a message from him after that. The front room window blinds were angled upwards to where someone could look in, I messaged on how to lower them and did not receive a response. We tucked a towel into the corner of where it was lifted for privacy. There were ants on the dining room table under the dishes so we did not use it which wasnā€™t bad because we were gone most of the day anyway. We were given one toilet paper roll per bathroom for 7 adults (we originally booked 7 adults but only 6 came) during a 5 night 6 day trip which inevitably we ran out of. We brought our own laundry detergent and dryer sheets which was necessary because we had to wash towels every night due to only 2 large towels per bathroom and only TWO hand towels in the entire house. There were no chairs at the kitchen island which was a let down after the ants on the table situation. The WiFi worked well. The hot water never seemed to run out which was great for us to shower at the end of the day!

Great Location - Expected more from what was described

Overall we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable. The fridge/freezer was spacious & clean. The house is worn, old & outdated. From the pictures on VRBO it looked updated, bright & clean, not the case. I think the thing we were most disappointed in was that there was not basic amenities, like soap to wash your hands in the bathrooms or dishwashing liquid or washing machine soap for our clothes and towels. There was one TINY bar of soap by the sinks, not enough for 2 ppl for a week. One of the things required to clean before you left the house were your towels, however we couldn't because they left no laundry soap. We went out and purchased body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and dishwashing liquid and left behind what we didn't use for the next guests, but we should never had to purchase those things. The other thing was toilet paper, there was one small roll in each of the bathrooms, again 4 rolls for 11 people for an entire week...unacceptable. When I text the owner they said they would send more and so they did, but only 4 more rolls. Again, not enough, 8 small rolls for 11 people for an entire week, so again we bought our own& left behind what we did not use.The pool is not large, but it was also big enough for those of us who used it the most often. All 11 of of were never in it together at one time. The bedrooms, except one are missing fans, that should also be a basic in FL. The host was very quick to respond though & made an attempt to find some solutions.

Good owner, ok home

The communication with the owner was very good. She is extremely responsive and was helpful.. there were no arrival directions ever sent--so I had to message the owner on the app.. who was able to answer the majority of my questions. But I also never received any information even as far as amenities would go--no note book or anything in the house as a backup either. The back screen door was broken, so it didn't provide a sense of security in that sense (although the house locked just fine). The ice maker and water line to the fridge seemed to not work, so that was a let down.. there were not any cookie sheets and there were 2 small pots.. all the other kitchen items were in abundance.. those were the only complaints. As far as the house goes, it was nice. It would have been nice for them to turn on the AC for our arrival as it was really warm in there and took a while to cool down. The towel situation was also different.. I think it's fairly customary to use white towels in rentals and they did not. The wash cloth set up on one of the counters also had a hair on it. Just gave a little "ick" factor, not that the house wasn't nice. Based on the photos, I assumed the rooms to be a bunk with single, double... 2 queens, 1 king, 1 queen and 1 king (it's a queen). But the "2 queen" room was a double and single.. so we had to put 2 people on couches. Either way, it was a decent experience but I felt there could have been more details in the listing and arrival process.

Wir sind als Familie (5 Erwachsene) gereist. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir am Zugangstor von der dortigen Security erwartet. Die Ɩffnung der HaustĆ¼r mit dem zuvor durch den Gastgeber Ć¼bermittelten Code hat erst nach mehrfacher Eingabe funktioniert. Das Haus war an sich gut eingerichtet und alles war an Ort und Stelle. Leider sind wir von der Sauberkeit sowie der Instandhaltung der Ausstattung enttƤuscht. Dieses ist den Fotos zu entnehmen. Unter anderem war der hinzu gebuchte Grill in keinem guten Zustand. Auf dem GelƤnde war jeden Abend einige HƤuser weiter PartylƤrm, der sich Ć¼ber mehrere Stunden zog. Das Haus hat seinen Zweck fĆ¼r Ɯbernachtungen erfĆ¼llt, aber wir wĆ¼rden dieses nicht wieder buchen.
