Stayed in this condo in June. This was absolutely stunning. 10 min walk down to Poipu Beach. Saw turtles and seals on the beach. Ate meals on the patio looking at the ocean. Beautiful space. Stocked kitchen. If we ever go back to Kauai, this is the place I would stay, hands down.

The condo is nice and pretty spacious. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and supplied. There were enough supplies for dishwashing and laundry as well as toiletries, etc.The big issue we encountered is the A/C. We used an "air conditioning" filter on the VRBO website. When we checked in, it was awfully hot in the living room/dining room area. The condo has just a portable A/C unit in the bedroom, and the duct had a tear in it that grew and grew during our stay, and ended up not cooling at all. In addition the unit is VERY noisy.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, walking to the beach, and visiting the Koloa fruit stand. A/C units in bedroom and loft worked great, kitchen had everything we needed, and condo was plenty of space for our family of 4. Host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for check-in.

Great location with beautiful evening breezes. Comfy king bed and all the amenities we could ask for. Susan was very responsive to booking messages and we appreciated her checking in on us during our stay. The property has a few items that need attention such as a broken cabinet door and the carpets could use a refresh. But overall it was lovely. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location. Quiet with a great view from the lanai. Loved how close the beaches and pool were. Walking distance to so many things! The AC in the bedrooms was fantastic. My daughters really enjoyed the bedroom loft where they each had a bed.

The host was great. The unit is a little dated with the carpet and the bathroom. We did buy cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom as it was not to our standards.
