Welcome to Kauai Makanui 712, a bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and island living, this home is the perfect base for your Kauai getaway whether you’re here to explore the South Shore or simply relax in paradise.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, standing AC, and a private ensuite bathroom, creating a serene space to unwind after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, standing AC, and a ceiling fan, ideal for family or friends. Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six or prepare island-inspired dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer in the unit adds extra convenience for longer stays. Step outside to the large lanai, perfect for morning coffee and soaking in the tropical surroundings.

As a guest of Poipu Kai Resort, you’ll have access to multiple resort pools and tennis courts (available to guests at $10/day; other fees may apply). Take advantage of the scenic greenbelt walk leading you to Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach, or in the other direction to Shipwrecks Beach Park. Great stay at this property, we were overall very satisfied with everything. It is equipped with all needed for a family vacation, including 6 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, 2 boogie boards, 3 snorkeling sets, etc. Pool is excellent, not crowded. Outdoor Webber grill is clean and good. Well maintained outdoor grounds. Helpful and carrying CBB staff. Great locations, in a 5 min walking distance to 3 popular beaches. Shopping centers nearby. If raining in Poipu, drive west 25 min to the best Salt Pond beach were almost never rains. Salt Pond is a hidden local gem, with calm waters, not crowded, lifeguards on duty, good snorkeling, and monk seals napping in the sunshine. We had a good family vacation here, we're sure next guests will as well.
