Our host was extremely helpful. She met us outside the apartment and showed us where everything was. We enjoyed meeting her!The location was perfect. As it happened, it was raining the night we attended the opera -- but it was only a few steps away! The marche is just around the corner so could visit each day.

Literally right next door to the Opera House and a block from the promenade/beach and water. Flower Market also a half block away. Many shopping options with the Monoprix around the corner, offering gourmet foods and wine. The well-equipped kitchen had a wonderful petite terrace for morning coffee with French doors to open for fresh air. We attended a number of concerts in churches in the Old Town which were 3-4 minutes walk. Church bells on Sunday mornings.

Amazing!

Brigitte was wonderful and welcoming upon our arrival! The appartment was perfect for us, very safe and has a quaint little terrace, perfect for an aperitif. The area is also perfect, close to the beach, the market, great restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to come back! Highly recommended! Merci Brigitte!

Fantastic location

Great location and good clean apartment with decor suitable for 2 people. Supermarket and bakery in the same street. The host Brigitte is incredibly welcoming and friendly as well as trustworthy. We would love to come again. Can be highly recommended.

This is an extremely well equipped appartment in Old Nice with a very friendly landlady. Only one flight of stairs from street level. Can strongly recommend it.

Vieux Nice Hideaway

The property is light and airy(white throughout) with with all amenities(sized to fit the small space). In the heart of Old Nice and fast access to all transit . We spent about a week feeling as if we were locals. Lovely to be so close to the Promenade for after dinner strolls and finding shops and restaurants. The owner and host is charming and has wonderful stories of her time in the 60s-70s in the movie-making scene. (Charles Bronson, Paul Newman, etc..) We will return in the future.

OMG

Wow! Location, Hostess, accommodation...what else can I say. My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with a month long stay in Brigittes Apt. Located in the heart of Old Town, meters to Promenade, across street from Opera, above Frances 2nd oldest wine shop, around the corner from the market, 1 block away from tram station. This is right in the centre of all that's happening in Nice. What a wonderful Hostess. Brigitte was there to meet us and say goodbye to a most memorable holiday in Nice. This apartment was perfect for our stay, and when we come back, we will book it again! Thanks again for everything Brigitte, you are wonderful! Cheers from Canada.

Location Location Location

Good for a couple. Quaint, cozy (read small by American standards) but clean, safe and the location is fabulous.Situated in an old monestary just a block away from the Promenade, the Flower, Market, Old Town Nice. Near the action but still quiet at night. The bath is modern and small kitchen has under counter refrigerator, cooktop and a countertop oven. It’s all very European for you fellow Americans reading this and rooms are compartmentalized -no open floor plan here. Parking a block away and very reasonable. Close to public transportation but we had a car and didn’t use it. I would not want to drag my luggage so recommend a taxi at least for arrival. Don’t be afraid of the stones on the beach. They are rounded and surprisingly comfortable to plop your beach towels on. And you guys-it’s the South of France! Bring or buy water shoes. Only downside-no air conditioning during one of the hottest summers on record. We got the hang of fans, open windows/doors to cool down but the downside of that was mosquito bites-many many mosquito bites. No windows screens in Europe. Brigitte our host met us at the door and was so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again If it was during a cooler time of year or if some sort of cooling system could be utilized in the bedroom.

Très bon séjour, le logement est idéalement placé, à deux pas de la promenade des anglais dans le vieux Nice . L’ hôte est accueillante et nous donne des conseils sur les endroits à visiter.

Situé en plein cœur de Nice ce charmant petit appartement nous a conquis. Une petite loggia pour partager les repas,une cuisine et une SDB complètes et fonctionnelles ainsi qu’une chambre au calme nous laisseront un excellent souvenir .

Hübsches Appartment in top Lage

Dies war die perfekte kleine Wohnung für unsere Woche Nizza. Alles da, was man braucht, sauber und bequem. Die zentrale Lage war für uns ideal, auch wenn es am Wochenende abends einmal etwas laut war. Brigitte ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns schon auf der Straße erwartet und uns zum Empfang zu einem Glas Wein eingeladen. Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch hat jederzeit problemlos geklappt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum der Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Promenade und Blumenmarkt sind fußläufig jeweils in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker und Sparmarkt sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns vor der Wohnung erwartet und uns neben einer umfangreichen Einweisung in die Räumlichkeiten zahlreiche Tipps zu den Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles Notwendige. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein, zahlreichen Bier- und Wasserflaschen gefüllt war.
