Blanca: Modern villa with private pool and garden

The Villa Blanca decorated in a modern style, it very light and spacious; unique elegance, beauty and comfort.

Around the house you will find a private pool and a large garden with variety outdoor furniture that will make your stay very comfortable, and where children can play freely, while you prepare the BBQ and enjoy the meal with friends. Also at the villa you will find free wi-fi, TV with option to connect it to the internet and follow all favorite programs, air conditioning and parking. This will allow you to spend your time with your family comfortably.

This modern villa is located in a quiet area, just 9 minutes walk from the beach Riells. This beach with white sand, with transparent and very shallow water, a perfect place for the all family! The way from the Riells Beach offers you variety shops, restaurants, entertainment for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. Also close to the villa you can find the Natural Park of Montgrí where you can enjoy magnificent walks or biking in a pine forest.

On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils) with large windows that let you enjoy a magnificent view of the pool and garden. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers. In total in the house sleeps 9 people.

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

La agencia ha sido un desastre y unos sin vergüenzas. No solo no resolvieron los problemas que vimos según llegamos a la casa y que comunicamos con fotos y vídeos (suciedad general, moho en cojines, horno con grasa, ducha en la que la temperatura no se podía graduar y salía ardiendo, televisión que no funcionaba, puerta de garaje que no cerraba...), si no que encima le dan la vuelta a la tortilla para cobrarnos más de lo que corresponde. Una verdadera vergüenza.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa grundsätzlich genossen, aber es gab mehrere Punkte, die unseren Urlaub beeinträchtigten. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage war in Ordnung, mit ausreichend Parkoptionen. Leider waren wir durch die ständigen Bellgeräusche der Nachbarshunde gestört, die oft auch mitten in der Nacht für mehrere Stunden bellten. Die Küche war grösstenteils gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlten wichtige Utensilien wie ein scharfes Messer, genügend Teelöffel, Topflappen sowie Spülmittel und ein Schwamm, etc.. Besonders unangenehm war die verschimmelte Zitruspresse, die wir entdeckten. Ein weiteres Problem war der Schimmel an der Duschwand, was in einem modernen Haus nicht hinnehmbar ist. Zudem war das kleine Schlafzimmer schlecht durchlüftet, was zu unangenehmer Luft führte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fielen auch kleinere bauliche Mängel auf, die den Eindruck trübten. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr hellhörig, was sicherlich an den grossen Schiebetüren lag, die zwar toll aussehen aber schlecht abdichten. Ein weiterer enttäuschender Punkt war, dass wir erst kurz vor der Abreise erfuhren, dass es nebenan eine Baustelle gibt. Eine proaktive Preisreduktion wäre angemessen gewesen. Positiv war die schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Excelente casa de veraneo

Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable en familia (5 adultos y 2 niños menores). La casas es moderna y esta en buen estado, limpia y espaciosa. Tiene algunos defectos que son solucionables y otros no tanto. Es claramente una casa de verano, ya que no tiene calefacción central. Solo posee los aires acondicionado que pueden soplar aire caliente, pero esto no caliente el suelo ni los muros. Nos ha tocado buen clima con sol, y eso ha sido muy agradable. Probablemente en invierno húmedo sin sol no es una buena opción. Las camas son cómodas y grandes, cada pieza con su ducha estilo italiana de maravilla. Falta de agua caliente si todas se usan al mismo tiempo. Volvería a esta casa pero probablemente en primavera/otono sin dudarlo. Un plus que nos ha Gustavo mucho, es que dispone de 4 bicicletas, las cuales son muy utiles!

La maison est baignée de lumière. Les espaces de type loft, la qualité des finitions, les équipements nombreux, le wifi en libre accés....la tranqulité, la bonne exposition, le jardin très agréable, les vélos à disposition,(petit entretien à prévoir sur deux d'entre eux, un abris destiné leur permettrait de moins subir les aléas du temps). Bravo pour cette belle maison et votre accueil! Quelques modes d'emplois manquants pour les équipements, petits entretiens sur les portes notemment, une entrée dans les lieux avec personnel pour explications de fonctionnements des équipements, des poignées sur les panneaux coulissants, mais c'est du détail. Peut être aussi préciser qu'une des chambres et double (accés obligatoire par une des chambres pour la chambre en lit superposés)

La maison est très belle, manque de matériel à l’extérieur comme table de Ping Pong pour les enfants par exemple, les transats méritent un petit rafraîchissement. Concernant la propreté, à 180€ le nettoyage c’est vraiment pas propre, les portes sont toutes noires, on a trouvé des choses sous le drap dans le lit, des cheveux dans les sanitaires, le nettoyage est à revoir. La casa, exterior, es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Pagamos 179€ de limpieza pero desde luego la limpieza de la casa no esta la altura... la casa estaba limpia pero si te fijabas un poco encontraba pelos, pelos de perro, suciedad y polvo.

Lo que más me ha gustado la piscina y los grandes ventanales y puertas de la casa dan mucha luz natural Quizá la limpieza y algunos utensilios más de cocina pero la casa suple con creces esas pequeñas cosas

Ideal para ir con la familia

Jardin grande para jugar los niños, pisicina para relajarse antes de comer, ya sea dentro de la mesa enorme del comedor o si lo prefieres en la mesa de la terraza al lado de la piscina. La decoración es senzilla pero correcta y funcional. No dejar en la casa sarten o utensilios de cocina que no funcionen con induccion para no confundir. Quizas dotar de alguna cazuela para arrozes caldosos o fideos. Al ser una casa grande se tiene a cocinar por mucha gente.
