Holiday home located in a beautiful hilly area just minutes from the center of Garda and enjoys a very scenic location on the lake. It is a holiday apartment renovated and equipped with every comfort: the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda and for a break made of silver olive trees, peaceful silences and restful views.
The apartment has a large and bright living area with a wooden table, a comfortable and spacious sofa (which can become a comfortable sofa bed if necessary), an elegant furniture with satellite television and a selection of books. Here a French door leads to the property garden where in spring and summer you can start the day with breakfast, enjoy a quiet dinner with the colors of the sunset on the lake or relax in the sun.
The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort such as a kettle, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a Nespresso coffee machine and a Nespresso "Aeroccino" to prepare excellent coffees and cappuccinos for breakfast.
The bathroom is modern with a large built-in shower, complete with towels, shower towels, accessories and small amenities to feel good; next to it there is a utility room with a washing machine and a linen closet, and a large and bright bedroom with a door leading to the garden.
