Central, bright & cozy apartment

The house is a diaphanous space of approximately 30 meters, silent and very bright. The apartment is located in Lavapiés, one of the most multicultural and bohemian neighborhoods in Madrid. The floor has a lot of light and, being inside, it is incredibly quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. It has a double bed with mattress of excellent quality (viscoelastic) and a sofa bed for two other people.
The apartment has a living room with table for 4 people, 32-inch TV and sofa (double bed), a double bed and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, plus a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Bathroom with shower The apartment is on a third floor WITHOUT lift, like most buildings in the center, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Lavapiés is a neighborhood with a lot of life, with a great cultural offer and a multitude of bars and restaurants with food from all over the world (Spanish, Asian, Arab and African). You can also visit on foot the main points of interest (Reina Sofia Museum, Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza, Caixa Forum).
