Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.



The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Everything is perfect

There were some issues with my itinerary, but the staff here were extremely proactive and helped me find solutions. They adjusted my booking, which truly touched me, and I could really feel the warmth and hospitality of the Spanish people. The team at Cava Baja suites were super professional , friendly and helpful the apartment is in a great location a few minutes from La Latina and Plaza Mayor. It&#39s clean , spacious and the beds are excellent. The complimentary cava and chocolates were a nice touch ! We will definitely stay there again.

I would definitely recommend Cava Baja Suites as a place to stay to enjoy a trip to Madrid.

The apartment is in an excellent central location, for a visit to Madrid. Easy access to the nearest metro station, cafes shops and Tapas bars. Very clean and tastefully decorated. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Great location, a short walk from Plaza Mayor and full of great restaurants and bars. Less than one minute walk to the Metro. With a grocery store around the corner, having a kitchen was a plus. I stayed with my two teenagers, and the space was just right for us.

Modernes, blitzsauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, vollständig ausgestattetes Apartment mit Küchenzeile einschließlich Kapselmaschine und Mikrowelle sowie einem geräumigen Duschbad im Dachgeschoss in allerbester Lage im Centro von Madrid. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl und elektronische Schlösser an allen Türen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit per Whatsapp ansprechbar, Service ist darüber hinaus auf Wubsch verfügbar. Wir haben uns als Familie mit drei Personen sehr wohl gefühlt!

La suite es perfecta es súper central y desde allí se puede caminar a todas partes! Nos quedamos una semana y nos sentimos cómo en casa. mi hijo de tres años durmió en el sofá, a pesar de que se escucha un poquito de ruido en las noches, no nos afectó a ninguno.
