Appartamento sulla seconda linea della spiaggia di Pedregalejo, luminoso, molto ben collegato, a 20 minuti di autobus dal centro; patio interno della comunità.

3 camere da letto (2 con letto matrimoniale e 1 con letto a castello), soggiorno e camere climatizzate (solo giugno, luglio, agosto e settembre), patio, cucina e bagno. Internet incluso.

No Whatsap. I biglietti tra le 20:00 e le 23:00 hanno un costo aggiuntivo di € 20 da pagare all'entrata. Dopo le 23.00, è di 30 euro. Non è possibile effettuare il check-in dopo l'01: 00.

Il quartiere Pedregalejo è un quartiere di case basse e blocchi di 3 piani al massimo. Accanto al mare, goditi una bella passeggiata con molti bar e ristoranti, è una zona tranquilla e molto ben collegata al centro.
C'è una fermata dell'autobus a soli 10 metri di distanza che porta al centro. Un supermercato proprio accanto. Il parcheggio è sulla strada, normalmente non c'è problema, solo nei fine settimana e in estate dovrai cercare qualcos'altro, poiché molte persone vengono a trascorrere la giornata al mare.

Aria condizionata a giugno, luglio, agosto e settembre Per i soggiorni di almeno un mese, l'inquilino è responsabile per i costi dell'elettricità (in contanti alla partenza). Possibilità di parcheggio privato nell'edificio per 10 euro al giorno.

Rude Hosts, Odd Shower, Would NOT Recommend

There is no flexibility in your arrival despite flight changes and things that can happen on an overseas trip. Its confusing who you are supposed to communicate with (owner or manager) and when you talk to one they don't communicate with each other. I was rudely asked in emails to remain in constant contact with them, emails I can only see in wifi. I am on vacation not there to answer my hosts every beckon email. The location was great for our needs but it all stops there. A big reason I also rented this place was because it had aircon and my medications cause me to overheat so I need aircon. When the owners or host popped in when we were out (and oh by the way they popped in several times without notifying us first) I was berated for using the aircon while we were not in the house. OK I get that but they further told me it wasn't hot enough outside to warrant its use and aircon is bad for the environment. Then we were without water/showers for a few days because there was a leak in some pipes, I get that things go wrong. So when the washing machine door broke we notified them right away and they charged me. I reminded them that not only could we not shower for 2 days, we also had to clean up after the workers came and made the water repairs and we had to leave the apartment from 9am till 3pm. I also took pictures of the TV not working and the glitchy picture - we got accused of touching wires - it was never fixed. All in all I was told to bad this was not a hotel . The place lists that it sleeps 6 and we had 4 there but they charged me an extra 185 Euros for an extra person, so confused! Also the shower is horrible and awkward - the bathroom floods every time you use it because it wasn't properly set up. Zero character and bare bones inside the house so don't expect to be comfortable or have a homey feeling. This was my first bad renting experience but it was awful! So awful that the other friend staying with us left and went to a hotel the last 2 days.

Incredible. Although I asked this guest to phone a specific phone number for checkin, she completely ignored it and phoned the wrong person, even though she said she undertood the change and it was all ok. This caused a lot of problems, cause on top of tht, she decided to arrive 2 days later and told no one. She said twice she was going to be at the door at a certain time and it never happened, we waited and she never showed up or communicated. Of course at the time I was very worried and constantly trying to contact her, but no reply! I tried to call her mobile number registered on the booking and that would not work either. Awful. Then 2 days later we hear from her. Yes, this is not a hotel, it's an apartment and rules are slightly different, you cannot have the owner not knowing for 2 days what is going on, if you are coming to the apartment or what, that is very rude indeed. Then broke the door of the washing machine cause they forced it open, we charged 20 euros for the repair, as this was missuse, and I think this is the reason why she is so upset, classic threatening... It all came to a point where I was simply being straight forward with this person. This person used a garage space without asking for permission or nothing, and it was not even ours but a neighbours'! We had to rush to open the door for them cause of course they came in while another car was entering the parking, but then could not get out... And our neighbour was upset also cause they could not park their car in their space! Constantly left the aircon on when there was no one in the flat (this is one of our few rules: not to to leave air con on if not in the flat, obvious reasons, I simply sked them to bear this in mind, ignored it of course),... Fiddled with the TV and misconfigured it, then asked us to return them money for having to watch the world cup in a bar, simply incredible. Ah, the apartment has a base rate for 4 people and then if you are more than 4, you get charged extra per extra person, that is common procedure, and you have the final price when you make your enquiry, so really do not get the point about being for 4 and charging more for 6....
