A good stay at short notice.

Although very familiar with Benalmadena it was the first time for us to stay to in the Hercules appartment block. the studio we stayed in was very neat, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. The property manager was very friendly and informative and called several times to check if we had any problems first class service. would not hesitate to return and recommend to others.

Very clean and tidy apartment.

Would definitely stay here again. Jeff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for him. Great views from balcony and great location. Reception manned 24 hrs and receptionists very friendly.

We have lived in the town of Arroyo de la Miel near our properties for 20 years . We have been in property rental business during this time and most our clients which we consider our friends have stayed with us for many many times. We have registered our properties with the authorities and the police and are a fully legal business. We have vast knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions. We are the owners and managers of our own properties and are not just a property manager or absent landlords. We live 10 minutes away from our property and are always available to help our guests to enjoy their holiday.

We believe the property is a good value for money with its many in house facilities. It is ideally located to reach many tourist destinations and other towns and cities around without the need of a car ,specially the city of Malaga and the autonomous region of Andalucia. The property offers air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. It is connected to wifi for the use of our guests.
