Comfortable apartment with everything needed.

It is a great location, for the center of the town and park. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utilities. The beds were comfortable. Perfect for our week's stay.

Great short break

Ideal location close to lots of bars restaurants supermarkets and bus stop. Check in was very easy and we were able to leave our bags at reception on departure as we had a later flight which was a great help.

Long weekend in "winter"!

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of February. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and well-equipped. For us, the location was perfect, close all the services of Arroyo de la Miel, the train station, Parque de la Paloma etc. The "urbanizacion" is well maintained and peaceful. Great value for money, and would book again

exallant appartment everything was good the only set back i found was we arrived end off summer and the nights was chilley could have done with a little heater to keep us warm dont like using air con and we had everthing for a fantastic stay & the beds were comfortable thankyou we will be back

Welcome sunny winter break

The apartment was well equipped. Outside space overlooking the gardens and pools. Within easy reach of Bonanza Square, the park and the beach. Mercadona supermarket was around the corner. Well located for shops, restaurants, trains and buses. The owner, Jose, was at all times very helpful and accommodating as on a number of occasions, due to flight changes, we had to alter our dates. Thank you Jose.

Property was a 1 bedroom apartment with aircon in livingroom and bedroom so really good. Beds abit squeaky. No English channels on tv but everything else was there i mean ironing board and iron. maiden for drying clothes. Cooker microwave. Really good

Short Break

Although an older property, the location was well placed, with easy access to the local trains, ( Airport only 20mins away ), plenty of well priced eateries nearby, and 15 mins walk to Benalmadena beaches. The apartment is a well placed ground floor, corner unit and comes equipped for a long or short stay. The complex has two pools, both quite large compared to newer built properties, and large grassed areas, ( the pool loungers cost €2 per day, but have nice thick, comfortable padding ), and there is a life guard in attendance. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and had good communication with our host, via email, throughout.

Last minute stay

The apartment was really good. Great location. Fairly clean. I know everyone has different standards. Was not able too use the kettle as it was all furred up inside but was able to boil a pan of water. Oven door didn’t quite shut properly. But otherwise a lovely apartment with everything you need for your stay.

Corner apartment

Sunny corner property. Quiet area. 24hour reception. Good security. Free safe. Shocked to find first time ever beds weren’t made. Just a cover over beds. Fortunately we found out before we went to bed. Bed settee has seen better days. Shower cubicle needs updating. Good free wifi. Tv only one English channel.

Good location, lovely views

Nice apartment with lovely views of the sea, garden and pool. Well equipped. Good communication with proertyowner and friendly and helpful people in the reception. Flexible checkin time. Fast wifi which is a must when travelling with teenagers. A couple of neg things. Aircon i livingroom can’t be adjusted, only powerbuttons works. Beds where squeeky and unconfortable, if you sneeze, they will move. To use the washingmachine, you’ll have to turn off everything else and implug the water heater. And there where quite a few cockroaches inside. So both positive and negative things. If beds gets replaced with a softer doublebed, I wouldn’t mind staying there again. All in all good value for money

Fräsch lägenhet med promenadavstånd till stranden.

Lägenheten var fräsch och låg centralt med närhet till strandpromenad, barer och affärer. Vi upplever att detta var ett prisvärt boende som stämde väl överens med annonsen. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Parfait .

Nous y avons passé une semaine en Février. La recuperation des clefs a ete tres simple car il y a un concierge à l'entrée. L'appartement est bien équipé et très calme. Idéalement situé à côté des commerces et proche du bord de mer. Il permet de tout faire à pied. Le stationnement est gratuit en bas des immeubles mais je pense que l''été ça doit être plus compliqué car il y a beaucoup d'appartement pour le nombre de place. La piscine était bien entendu fermée à cette époque, donc pas d'avis là dessus.

Great apartment

Fantastic 1 week holiday in benalmadena the apartment was east to get to from the train station and a 10 mins walk to the beach bars and resturants all 5 mins away very clean apartment with everything you need for self catering ,is a no smoking apartment but you have a balcony to sit on and admire the gardens and swimming pool area ,for the price we paid we thought it was worth every penny and will go back next year thanks jose
