The house is 70 square meters, but my favorite area is definitely the living room. Having a large enough television available, the view is perfect from any angle! Location is perfect if you want to explore the city by public transport. You can experience everyday life in Naples in this neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped. Dylan and Walter did everything to make our stay perfect.

Wonderful apartment right where you want to be!

The apartment is very well equipped and very secure. Air conditioning and bedroom ceiling fans. Right up by Piazza Garibaldi near the train station and metro. All Naples is accessible from your doorstep. Dylan is an amazing host. He is really interested is getting your stay right for you. He had lots of helpful tips and suggestions when he met us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would be happy to recommend.

Un séjour qui donne envie de revenir!

Pour notre premier séjour en Italie, nous avions quelques appréhensions car nous parlons peu l'italien et Naples n'a pas très bonne réputation. Mais tout s'est très bien passé. Dylan est un hôte attentif et d'une rare disponibilité. Il adore faire partager son amour pour sa ville et nous a prodigué de bons conseils. L'appartement est idéalement situé car proche du centre historique, du métro et de la gare centrale. Il est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous reviendrons!

E la terza volta che soggiorno da Dylan e se cercate una casa pulita e tranquilla in un quartiere centrale questa è la casa giusta! L’immobile e pulito e confortevole dotato di tutti i comfort necessari,il posto e tranquillo e si trova a due passi dalla stazione, posizione è ottima! Il proprietario è affabile simpatico e sempre disponibile! Consiglierei questa casa a tutte le persone che vorrebbero soggiornare a Napoli! È una casa fantastica!

Casa accogliente e pulita

Sono stata a Napoli dal 5/03 al 8/03 per visitare questa splendida citta. L’appartamente è situato nel cuore di Napoli nei pressi della stazione centrale e quindi collegato benissimo con i mezzi pubblici. Si presenta molto accogliente e pulito nonché spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario Dylan è stato molto accogliente e gentile nel darmi informazioni per quanto riguarda la visita della città, consigliandomi posti incantevoli e locali dove poter degustare i cibi tipici napoletani. Dovendo ritornare perché è stata un’esperienza fantastica non esiterò a scegliere nuovamente l’appartamento.

Un soggiorno impeccabile, come al solito!

Indescrivibile, un servizio che non lascia nulla al caso, la cura nei dettagli, la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, la pulizia, la posizione nel cuore del centro città, consiglio a tutti " Dinastia Borbone"! Ormai da un anno vivendo all'estero questa Casa Vacanza è sempre la mia prima scelta, troppi i pregi da elencare, ma questa volta ci tengo ad elogiarvi, dopo il mio quinto soggiorno con voi non posso che ritenermi estremamente soddisfatto, la straordinaria capacità di curare ogni piccolo dettaglio è il vostro punto di forza. Gli ambienti della casa sono come al solito estremamente puliti e funzionali, siete ormai per me sinonimo di qualità! Il meglio che in tanti anni io abbia trovato nel panorama partenopeo. Ho consigliato ad amici e parenti la vostra struttura, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale di Piazza Garibaldi ( finalmente non devo trascinarmi la valigia per KM! )e a pochi passi dalla pizzeria migliore di Napoli " Michele". Basta aprire la finestra per saggiare il vero spirito della città, respirarne gli odori e le tradizioni, dandomi la possibilità più volte grazie ai vostri innumerevoli servizi di vivere e vedere la città non come turista ma come persona del posto! Queste mie poche righe non daranno mai pienamente idea dell'incredibile professionalità che risiede in questa Casa Vacanza, vivere all'interno di quelle mura anche se per pochi giorni lascia in me ogni volta degli splendidi ricordi ed emozioni! Essendo estremamente pignolo nelle mie scelte mi sarei aspettato di identificare come al solito i "classici" problemini delle Case Vacanza, ma non con voi, non con "Dinastia Borbone", grazie a voi posso rilassarmi e godermi l'incredibile città di Napoli con tutto ciò che essa ha da offrire! FINALMENTE UN SOGGIORNO SENZA PENSIERI! GRAZIE! Vi meritereste 10 stelle! Ps: Ringrazio profondamente Dylan un impeccabile padrone di casa sempre gentile e disponibile, ci vediamo a settembre!
