The "Luxury Apartment" is located in the heart of Naples. It is 50 meters from the central Piazza Garibaldi and just a few feet from the Circumvesuviana (Sorrento Coast, Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Vesuvius...) and the Central Train Station. Porta Nolana is visible directly from our wonderful balcony. A blend of the sacred and the profane… IMPORTANT: Dear Guests, we would like to inform you about the tourist tax, which must be paid in full before check-out. We would like to emphasize that we do not retain any percentage of this amount; the entire sum goes to the city. The tourist tax is 5.50 euros per night for each person over the age of 12. You can pay via PayPal, by instant bank transfer, or by leaving cash inside the domus. Thank you very much, and enjoy your stay.

Excellent place to stay! Recently refurbished and very clean. Very convenient for trips to Pompei, Ercolano o Sorrento. Pierluigi was always there for us when we needed him

Family trip to Naples

This apartment is in a fantastic location, close to everywhere we wanted to go, and the station for trips to Pompei and Sorrento. Really comfortable place, very secure. Great host - always available!

This is a well apointed apartment. Screens on the windows!!!Great location, lots of restaurants. Quick walk to Spacanapoli. Metro is very close and easy to get to the other areas in Naples.The host was very responsive. Slight problem with virtual key, but was resolved in a matter of minutes.You will not be disapponted!!

Lovely spacious apartment near Porta Nolana. Very modern and very clean which is not what you expect from the outside / communal stairs! Convenient for the stations and Alibus (to airport). Kitchen has a huge sink, full size fridge & freezer, microwave and even a proper oven. Communication with Pierluigi was easy and the Vikey link to open the door worked well (no need for a physical key). We recommend this apartment as a base for visiting Naples and Pompeii.

Our stay in Naples

Pierluigi was a great host. Everything was as expected. The apt was exceptionally clean with modern decor. The check-in process was easy and communication with the most was prompt. I would stay there again.

Close to Train Station

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, updated.Bathroom had a bit of a smell from pipes. Very close to train station Expect city type hussle/bussle

A few mins from Napoli Centrale and great place

Host was VERY responsive. Only "issue" had nothing to do with the host but was figuring out the key to open the building door and apartment door. I think it has an app but we couldn't get that to work. But we were able to use our phones via the browser to open both doors. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (which the 3rd floor for some of us) The walk from the Napoli Centrale was about10 mins, pulling roller bags. There are a bunch of places to eat. The three meals we ate at during our 1 night stay were amazing and all within a 5 min walk We will definitely see if this place is available again, especially if traveling by train to or from Napoli. We only started one

I had to adjust my check in date at the last minute due to my error. They were super accommodating and responsive during a stressful time. The apartment was as advertised. The bed was comfortable but the pull out couch wasn’t great. It was clean and the bathroom was really nice.

Super appartement situé dans un quartier populaire mais central. Metro, bus, alibus pour aéroport et gare pour Pompeï a 5mn à pied. Propreté irréprochable, très belle salle de bain, bonne literie dans chambre et climatisation. Accés pratique par clé virtuelle. Communication facile avec l’hôte.Suggestions : couteau de cuisine et bouilloire.
