About Villa SnoVista
We are a husband and wife team of Malibu local architect and builder for over 28 years. We both have immediate family members living in Seattle & enjoy visiting them several times a year. We have enjoyed building exquisite estates for ourselves and clients alike and we remodelled Villa Snovista for primarily our own vacation use.. We remodeled this villa with the finest materials and decorative pieces, hence the name 'Villa Snoivista' which abbreviates for 'Snohomish Vista" Villa'. We would love to have other guests share and enjoy memorable time in Villa Snovista & its forever views of Snohomish river valley and sweeping panoramic Cascade mountains views as we do.
Villa SnoVista purchased this Villa in 2015
Why Villa SnoVista chose Silver Firs
As mentioned earlier we purchased, designed and remodeled this estate from inside out since we are architect and builders. When we first saw this property we fell in love with its abundant 4.5 acre size with a head-on forever view, its private gated farm access, and its easy access to Seattle.
What makes this Villa unique
Expansive forever breathtaking views of Snohomish river Valley and Majestic Cascade mountain range. Farm country feeling yet easy 35 minutes access to Seattle's City center activities and attractions. Easy access to the interstate 5 freeway, walking across the street to our own private gated 2 acres of farmland, 10 minute drive to grocery shopping center, 15 minutes drive to outdoor malls and cinemas, easy access to sail boating and water sports , world famous Salmon and Halibut fishing.

The home owners were super helpful and easy to stay in touch with.
Clean and quiet but not as advertised
The house was clean and had a great well supplied kitchen for feeding a large group as well as a large dining table that could seat many people. The arm rests on the dining chairs made it difficult for everyone to scoot up to the table though. We were disappointed that the five recliners were counted as "beds". This made us short on beds for our group. Though comfortable for sitting recliners did not make a good bed for overnight. Also house is advertised as handicapped accessable. This is not the case. The gravel driveway makes it difficult for walkers and wheelchairs to roll, there is a step up to the house ( no ramps) and there are no grab bars in the bathrooms. Also the house has no a/c which in July made it very warm. The staff was thoughtful and provided extra fans which helped however no tools to assemble. We had to improvise. Over all the house was a good choice for our family reunion. The view was gorgeous, sunsets beautiful, and the space was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Clean, spacious, comfortable and serene rental!
This house is immaculate and fully stocked with kitchenware, towels and linens and it has a washer and dryer and new TV's. The furniture and beds are all comfortable and it is a great place for a group to relax and unwind. The sunrises are amazing. It is hypo allergenic too. That is hard to find these days. We all have pet allergies so we appreciated that aspect. The owners are very accommodating. Highly recommend this place if you are looking in this area
Beautiful and comfortable home
This is a beautiful, spacious home near Snohomish, WA. We had a wonderful stay here that included expansive & beautiful views of the cascade mountains and land. The size of this home and it's on-site guest house easily accommodates large groups and the layout is such that it is easy have private space when needed. I especially liked this home for being in a nice quiet location, close to the park and Snohomish River, yet a short drive to the freeway to get back into the City if desired. I would stay here again and I highly recommend Villa Snovista to anyone who is considering it!
